Syftet med studien är att beskriva aktuella aktörers samverkan fo?r kompetensförsörjning inom Västmanlands län. Studien är av kvalitativ karaktär och baseras på semistrukturerade intervjuer med representanter från aktuella aktörer som spelar en viktig roll för tillväxten i länet. Den teoretiska referensramen för studien är trippelhelix-modellen för samverkan. Resultatet analyserades med en SWOT-analys för att visa på svagheter och styrkor med samverkan för kompetensförsörjningen i Västmanlands län samt för att kunna ge förslag på hur den kan utvecklas.Studien visade att arbetet med trippelhelix-modellen inte sker medvetet i samverkansforumen då vissa aktörer inte kände till modellen, vilket var ett önskema?l från de respondenter som arbetade med den idag.

Idag använder Försvarsmakten högteknologiska ledningssystem för att underlätta ledning på stridsfältet. Några av dessa system är idag utvecklade för internationella insatser mot en lågteknologisk motståndare, men vad skulle hända i en nationell konflikt mot en högteknologisk motståndare? I denna uppsats utvärderas SLB utifrån ett fiktivt framtidsscenario för att komma fram till tekniska eller taktiska anpassningar för att öka den militära nyttan med systemet.Studien bygger på för och nackdelar med SLB utifrån Försvarsmaktens sex grundläggande förmågor som sedan analyseras för att komma fram till anpassningsmöjligheter för SLB. SUMMARYThe demands on the public environment are big and in particular on the environment of communication which we spend a lot of time in on our way to work, school etc. The city-approach is a road section that leads from the periphery of the city to the centre of the city, often through boring and meaningless industrial areas that displays the back side of the city to the voyager on the city-approach. The intentions of this thesis in landscape architecture has been to study one of the two city-approaches to the city of Luleå, the close surroundings and contextual position in the city and not at least give suggestions of ways how the city-approach can be changed, clarified and improved. The study of the city-approach has been made by studying literature that concern city-approaches and the architecture of roads in general. Studies of different analysis methods has been made to find appropriate approaches to work with the specific study of the city-approach to Luleå.

The aim of this thesis is to investigate how librarians view marketing of the library using social media and how this can be used in a marketing strategy. The theoretical framework for this thesis is based on the 7 Ps of the marketing mix, SWOT-analysis and SWOT/TOWS Matrix. The theory is based on planned elements that make up a product or service offered the market. We have used our own interpretation of the theories to analyse our material. Our main method has been a web-based questionnaire, the questionnaire was sent to 523 librarians active at ten large public libraries and its related branches.

The aim of this dissertation is the production of a landscape management document to protect and improve elements of biological, cultural and economic value found within the site at Tosthult. The study involves both analysis of the current grazing regime, comparison of today?s flora with flora collected in the fifties and a SWOT analysis of inhabitants? views on Tosthult?s landscape and neighbourhood. The resultant landscape management document applies to an area over 134 ha and is valid for thirty years. The proposal contains 26 separate management units, each with necessary information on the area, definition of management goals and the mix of management procedures to undertake.

Länsstyrelsernas arbete med landsbygdsutveckling är en viktig del av landsbygdsprogrammet. Det är på länsstyrelserna de regionala urvalskriterierna för ansökningar till stöd och ersättningar på landsbyden sätts och det i sin tur påverkar hur landsbygden i länen utvecklas. I min uppsats undersöker jag arbetsprocessen för dokumenten som urvalskriterierna finns i och baseras på. Sedan strävar jag också efter att skapa en bild av sambandet mellan källorna och länsstyrelsernas arbetsprocess med dokumenten, i syfte att se hur kunskapsbildningen fungerar i länsstyrelserna arbete med landsbygdsutveckling. Jag använder mig av semistrukturerade interjuver när jag samlar in empirin och analyserar sedan materialet utifrån teorier om kunskap. Det som framkommer är att dokumenten som är swotanalysen och handlingsplanen, baseras till stor del på regionala partnerskap.

In certain places in Sweden, 40 per cent of the teenage girls have outspoken symptoms of depression. This is why it is important to observe mental ill-health in a public health perspective. One effect evaluation of the DISA method (Depression In Swedish Adolescents) drew the conclusion that this universal depression preventive method is well working. The DISA method includes cognitive behavioural techniques that change negative pattern of thinking, give practice of communication, strategies of problem solution plus exercises to strengthen the social network.
