Listeriosis, which is caused by Listeria monocytogenes, is a rare food borne disease that primarily affects people whose immune system is weakened. These may be elderly people, pregnant women, new-born infants and individuals on immunosuppressive medication. The most common symptoms are meningitis, septikemia and abortion. The mortality is high, on average 20-30 %. In recent years the number of cases in Sweden has increased.

En väl genomförd planering genomsyrar ett helt byggprojekt, redan från anbud till överlämnande och ger den bästa förutsättningen att få ett lyckat sådant. Syftet med all planering är att välja och tillämpa bra arbetsmetoder, hjälpmedel och utrustning, minimera slöseri av olika sorter samt göra materialhantering enkel och direkt, dessa parametrar bidrar till att öka effektiviteten på ett projekt oavsett art. Med bra planering kan icke-värdeskapande aktiviteter reduceras vilket ger ett mervärde för kunden. Det bästa ett företag kan erbjuda en kund är kvalitet, produkten kan aldrig bli förstklassig om producenten inte vet vad kunden vill ha. Detta arbete studerar effektivisering, uppbyggt dels av en teoridel, dels av en fallstudie.

SammanfattningSyftet med denna rapport är att undersöka produktivitet inom utvalda delar avNexans produktion. Nexans är ett företag som tillverkar och saluför olika typer avkabel för en mängd olika ändamål. Då kopparpriserna steg i höjden under börjanav 2000-talet har företagen inom kopparindustrin blivit tvingade att effektiviseraproduktionen för att bli konkurrenskraftigare. I viss mån har kunderna fåttacceptera en prisökning på grund av kopparpriserna. Faktumet att kunderna haraccepterat en stegring av prisläget hindrar inte industrin från att kontinuerligtförsöka förbättra befintlig produktion.Uppgiften som ålåg författarna var att hitta en metod för att öka produktiviteten idivisionen ?Tele-Metall?.

Konkurrensen för företag är med dagens marknad mer krävande än någonsin. För att kunna hålla sig kvar på marknaden på bästa sätt tvingas företagen att tänka om och byta affärsstrategi. Företagen satsar numera på att ständigt göra processerna bättre, förbättra kvaliteten på produkterna och hålla kostnaderna nere. Kostnaderna för bristande kvalitet påverkar lönsamheten och det är inte ovanligt att kostnaderna uppgår till mellan 10- 30% av ett företags omsättning. Att ständigt arbeta med att minska kvalitetsbriskostnaderna är något som också görs på Autoliv.

De formella belöningssystemen för arbetarna i västra Blekinge stödjer företagens operativa mål. I åtta fall av tio finns två eller flera operativa mål knutna till belöningssystemet. I de övriga två belöningssystemen behöver endast ett av företagets operativa mål uppnås för att belöning ska utfalla. Därmed har 80 procent av de undersökta belöningssystemen ett starkt samband mellan operativa mål och belöning. Hos de övriga belöningssystemen finns ett mindre starkt samband.

Syfte: Vi vill bidra med ökad förståelse för faktorer som kan underlätta utveck-lingen av e-förvaltning. Metod: Magisterarbetet är en kvalitativ studie av Sölvesborgs kommun. Vi har genom framför allt intervjuer samlat in vårt empiriska material. Vi har utgått från empirin, men samtidigt har vi haft vår teoretiska referensram i åtanke, med fokus på social struktur, informationsteknologi och tanke-modeller. Slutsatser: I vår studie visar vi att ett förändrat ledarskap, IPC (Information Process Change) och tillämpning av dialog är faktorer som kan underlätta ut-vecklingen av e-förvaltning.

Most of the goats in the world exist in the developing countries where they are important in the meat industry. In Europe, goats are mostly kept for milk production although the interest for meat is growing. Goats have a thin carcass with only small amounts of intramuscular fat, which gives a lean meat. This thin subcutaneous fat cover can cause cold shortening when chilling the carcass. By using electrical stimulation cold shortening can be prevented.

Another positive effect we are hoping for is to improve the situation for the investors whereas all parties benefit from an improved portfolio selection.This study is conducted through a qualitative case study, where we used a deductive approach and collected our data through personal interviews.The conclusion that emerges is that the financial counselling could potentially be improved if financial advisors improve their knowledge in portfolio theory.The originality shapes through the opportunity to investigate a specific bank and because of that an opportunity to examine a specific case more thoroughly was created. Our thesis contributes with opening La?nsfo?rsa?kringar?s and other banks? eyes to how their financial counselling could be improved through new knowledge in portfolio theory.

This report is a study in voltagelevel in connection with regeneration of brake energy from the tramtype M31 in Gothenburg.In the act of braking, the tram M31 uses electrical braking where the electrical motors generates energy and if possible send it back to the overheadline, where other trams in the nearby can use this regenerated energy for its own driving force. In cases where no other energyconsumers are located in the same section, there is a resistance witch task is to convert this energy into heat. The regulation of this resistance appears to cause an increase in the voltagelevel into far too high levels.Investigations of the trams regulationequipment and its construction have been done. Further have measurements on the overheadline been performed in order to map the voltagevariations during a longer period of time.The result have been showing that the voltagelevel during regeneration often is as high as 880V-920V, more extreme values have not been observed in a large scale. The values are especially high compared to the nominal voltagelevel.

Detta projekt gick ut på studera huruvida Outokumpu, Degerfors, kunde använda sig av modeller som representerar strategier från Lean production med tillhörande flödesverktyg och hur dessa kunde appliceras i företaget. Outokumpu, Degerfors, är specialister inom rostfritt stål och levererar produkter till slutanvändare världen över. Uppgiftens utgångspunkt är att försöka få en bättre och smidigare hantering av materialet och samtidigt sänka kostnaderna för produkter i arbete. Modellen som användes kallas ?lära sig att se? och baseras på att kartlägga flöden inom produktionen. Probiotics are beneficial for the bacterial profile in the intestine and it is therefore of interest to study if they through their anti-inflammatory effect could prevent atopic dermatitis.Objective The aim was to study whether administration of probiotics to the mother and the child (directly or via breast milk) could prevent atopic dermatitis in children with high risk profile (at least one first degree relative with a diagnosed allergic disease).Search strategy A systematic literature search was done in databases PubMed and Scopus with search terms maternal, prenatal, probiotics, allergy, atopic dermatitis, prevention, and children.Selection criteria Randomized, controlled human studies and original articles in English were included.

Studiens syfte var att undersöka hur ett byggföretag bör agera vid inköpsbeslut av el-installationer.
