Ett info?rande av gemensamma pensionsra?tter har tagits upp som fo?rslag i Statens offentliga utredningar men har a?nnu inte genomfo?rts.1 I denna uppsats analyseras hur gemensamma pensionsra?tter pa?verkar levnadsstandarden under pensionstiden fo?r par och fo?r den efterlevande i paret. Detta genomfo?rs genom en sammansta?llning av tolv par och bera?kningar av hur stora utbetalningarna blir med individuella respektive gemensamma pensionsra?tter.

Research has shown that immigrants in the Swedish society often, when seeking jobs, don?t get the same opportunities as the rest of the population. This thesis is a qualitative research that examines the problematic situation of unemployment among immigrants in the municipality of Finspång. The purpose of this study is to analyze how civil servants in Finspång apprehend and describe the labor market problems surrounding the immigrant groups that live in the municipality of Finspång. The empirical material is build upon seven qualitative interviews with eight civil servants working in Finspång.

This report will examine various solar energy technologies in order to decide if they could be applied in the Royal Seaport. The Royal Seaport is a Swedish urban district under development in Stockholm, with the goal of becoming a sustainable district. The public sector in Sweden has in recent decades undergone a large change due to market and liberalism impact. This change has meant that marketing communication and its concepts have been adopted by administrative authorities. In this thesis, we used governmentality, social constructivism and an interpretive perspective to examine the staff at the County Administrative Board in Kalmar County and their experiences and opinions of the concepts ?customer? and ?trademark?. The study was designed as a case study with qualitative interviews.

This thesis aims to study how cybersecurity is managed and framed in the context of the growing threat landscape as a result of the Ukraine Invasion. The war in Ukraine is one of the first conflicts involving extensive cyber operations, furthermore this study is interested in how Sweden, more specifically MSB, considers global security challenges and if they can learn from the conflict in Ukraine. Through a qualitative text analysis, focusing on two reports published by MSB, the study, using securitization and framing as theoretical frameworks, seeks to answer the research question ?How has MSB changed its representation of the threat and adapted its security strategy to address the increasing threat to cybersecurity following the invasion of Ukraine??. The analysis is based on five operationalization questions to clarify whether there are indications of securitization and framing in the reports. The study also aims to identify if there is a more clear threat formulated to cybersecurity.

The purpose of this report is to collect, compile and complement the scientific and experience based knowledge concerning high pressure fire fighting today. The goal is to produce a decision data for the Rescue Service concerning the use of high pressure systems for fire fighting. Focus is on hose reel high pressure systems but other systems are discussed too. The report begins by describing the technical properties of the different systems. Then the fire fighting properties are evaluated, including manoeuvrability and safety for users.

The main focus of this essay is to analyze whether strict employment protection legislation has a negative effect on the labour market possibilities for youth in the EU or not. To empirically examine the labour market possibilities for youth, data for unemployment rates and incidence of temporary jobs are used. By doing simple correlations between the different labour market characteristics and OECD?s employment protection legislation index the effect of the latter is tested. The result is that a tendency for youth unemployment and frequency of youth with temporary employment to be higher when employment protection legislation is strict can be seen.

A tough working climate and the lack of extrinsic motivation at workplaces within health care raise the question of what instead drives employees within this industry. A possible answer to this is Public Service Motivation (PSM) - a type of motivation that is based on the desire to do good for society and its individuals. In order to investigate this further we have performed a qualitative study consisting of ten interviews with people working with institutional care, where the purpose has been to identify the sources of motivation and determine the impact of PSM. The results show that the compassion dimension of PSM appears to be one of the most salient motivational factors. While the rest of the PSM dimensions fail to explain the level of motivation to the same extent as compassion, other factors are recognized, such as relatedness and aspects of the nature of the work itself.
