The essay is an effort to examine and define three examples of liminal dance performances through an aesthetic, hermeneutic and semiotic analysis. The examples are three dance or liminal performances, made by three different choreographers and performed at ?Moderna Dansteatern? and ?Dansens Hus? in Stockholm during September and October 2005. In the effort to determine the liminal and cross-over in the performances, the analysis focus on aspects such as: the character of the work, choreography, the use of scenery, stage light, requisites, conception of place and interior room, the use of costume and mask, the use of different media as text, pictures, film, and music or not using any these, and the interaction with the audience. The analysis depends on a historical background and the use of literature in the subject.

The purpose of this C-essay within the subject of religion is to form a notion as to how the attitudes towards women and their position in a theoretical biblical society might have been perceived, based upon a select number of texts from the first five books of the Bible (the Pentateuch).Since this essay was written under the framework of the teacher education programme, it is also integrated with the pedagogy subject. Denna uppsats behandlar delat ledarskap. Syftet har varit att ur ledares synvinkel undersöka orsakerna till delat ledarskap samt de konsekvenser som uppkommer av delat ledarskap för ledarna, medarbetarna, familjerna och organisationerna. Vår metod för att lyckas med detta har varit intervjuer och vårt tillvägagångssätt vid insamling av teori och empiri har varit abduktivt. Analysen visade att orsakerna till att intervjupersonerna ville dela sitt ledarskap var att det skulle bli roligt samt möjligheten att alltid ha ett bollplank. De flesta menar att de tack vare sin arbetspartner har möjlighet att utnyttja sina styrkor och att arbetet därigenom blir mer effektivt vilket gynnar organisationen.

SammanfattningI have looked into the possibilities for culture workers to integrate music in the schools traditional teaching. Through litterateur and interviews it appears that it is a lot of possibilities, but also obstacles. The greatest obstacle seems to be the lack of money, time and research. The possibilities come with an increased understanding between the occupational groups and a good function of coordination. The creative process and its possibilities in the school surroundings, is something that also is under discussion.Jag har undersökt möjligheterna för kulturarbetare att integrera musiken i skolans traditionella undervisning.

Sammanfattning: Det här är en empirisk studie om fritidgårdens samarbete med sex olika högstadieskolor i en medelstor kommun. Vi valde endast en fritidsgård för att det är den enda som finns i kommunen. Eftersom att det finns stor kriminalitet bland ungdomarna i den här kommunen undersöker vi vilka åtgärder skolan och fritidsgården tar tillsammans för att hjälpa ungdomarna ifråga.Syftet med den här studien är att beskriva och analysera samarbetet mellan fritidsgården och högstadieskolorna ur ett ledarperspektiv. Undersökningen genomfördes som en kvalitativ studie.En av de största hinder är att struktur och mål är oklara i samarbetena. Fritidsledarna och skolans ledning har stor flexibilitet i utbildningsbakgrunden och olika erfarenheter och därför kunde de ge mycket mer i de här samarbetena om mål och struktur var tydligare.

Medarbetarsamtal är en form av samtal på individnivå. Samtal kan vara en viktig arbetsform även för hälsopedagoger som arbetar med människor på individnivå. Att veta hur pedagogiken kan användas i samtal för att påverka individer blir därmed en stor tillgång.Undersökningen syftar till att ta reda på om och i sådana fall hur pedagogiska ledare använder sig av pedagogik i medarbetarsamtal.Uppsatsen bygger på en kvalitativ ansats och den metod som har använts är intervju. Fyra intervjuer har genomförts med en urvalsgrupp bestående av personer med pedagogisk högskoleutbildning och som arbetar som ledare på en pedagogisk arena.Resultatet visade att medarbetarsamtalen till stor del är baserade på utveckling och utvecklingsinriktat lärande. Reflektion ses som det viktigaste verktyget man som pedagog har i samtal som syftar till utveckling hos en annan individ.

Kan kulturaktiviteter vilka erbjuds genom arbetet, resultera i ett ökat välmående för den anställde och eventuellt även en ökad känsla av sammanhang? Detta är utgångspunkten för uppsatsen, som tar sin början i Antonovskys salutogena perspektiv och KASAM, vilket mäts kvantitativt på två grupper där Grupp 1 utgjordes av anställda på arbetsplatser där kulturaktiviteter regelbundet erbjöds och Grupp 2 av anställda på en arbetsplats utan kulturaktiviteter. Genom deltagarnas resultat på KASAM formuläret, utlästes att kulturaktiviteter och ett deltagande i dessa visar ett samband med en ökad KASAM hos individen. Studien bygger på en hermeneutisk tolkande ansats, vilket syftar till att här skapa förståelse för hur en balanserad styrning fungerar i praktiken avseende lärande och utveckling samt hur den skapar förutsättningar för att bli en lärande organisation. Intervjuer har använts som datainsamlingsmetod, respondenter från två kommuner har intervjuats, och i varje kommun har en enhetschef och två medarbetare intervjuats.

The purpose of this master thesis is to investigate what the work situation of children's librarians looks like in the year 2000, after the changes in society which took place since the 1980's. Did the tasks of children's librarians change during the nineties, and if so, in what way and why have they changed? Which new knowledge needs emerged for children's librarians during the nineties, and what was the cause of these new needs? Finally I want to know which needs for professional development arose, and how these needs are fulfilled. The thesis is based on qualitative interviews with children's librarians, library managers, library consultants, one representative of the Swedish school of Library and Information Studies and one member of SAB's children and youth committee. The study reveals that the identity of children's librarianship is strongly associated with the stimulation of language and reading.

According to the Läroplan för förskolan, Lpfö 98, are pre-schools suppose to introduce the written language and embrace childrens curiosity about the ability to communicate with the written language. The purpose with this research is therefor to study the attitudes of pre-school teachers towards three- to five years olds writing and also to shred some light over which role teachers and other adults have when children learn to write. The earlier research contains different theories about how children in pre-schools conquer the written language and the teachers role in this process. Teachers attitudes towards and thoughts about childrens early writing could be made visible through interviews with teachers who all currently work at pre-schools. The results indicate that pre-school teachers have different attitudes towards childrens early attempts to write.

Diagnosis of adhd, the cause and consequence. A study about the teachers thought about it.The purpose of this study was to examine teachers experience and views about children diagnosed with adhd, and what implication and effects it gives to the pedagogy strategies in the classroom.This is a qualitative study based on the experience of six teachers from primary school. My results have been compiled and compared to special educational research about adhd, from three different perspectives.The results showed that the teachers who have been working as teachers for a longer period, think that the problems of adhd occur primarily due to environmental causes, but then also say that they think the individual causes matters. It is also these teachers that talks very well about medication as a treatment to cure adhd symptoms. The teachers who have worked the shortest time, most of them have some special education from the teacher education.

Syftet med denna studie var att få en ökad förståelse för hur och varför personalen på en institution som drivs av Statens institutionsstyrelse, bemöter ungdomar olika utifrån kön och vilka faktorer som spelar in i dessa skillnader. Vidare så ville jag även fördjupa mig i hur reflektion som verktyg kan användas till ett ökat lärande och utveckling hos personalen. Kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer med åtta anställda har genomförts samt ett observationstillfälle på vardera avdelningen. För att tolka resultaten har en hermeneutisk ansats använts. Resultatet visar på att personalen bemöter ungdomarna olika beroende på kön och vilken avdelning personalen arbetar på.

This study investigates whether teachers working with children ages 6 ? 9 are including an LGBTQ perspective in their teaching methods. The purpose is to critically examine sexuality and gender as part of the teaching methods in Swedish schools; whether teachers are working with LGBTQ questions in their classes, and if so, how. The following research questions are answered: Are the teachers incorporating an LGBTQ perspective in their classes, and if so, in what sense?Are LGBTQ questions relevant and of interest in the education?Do teachers feel like they have gained the right tools in their pedagogical education and/or in their workplace to work with LGBTQ questions in their class room? And if so, in what way? The method used is qualitative research in the form of interviews and observations.
