Vårt syfte är att klargöra analytikers informationsbehov samt deras förhållningssätt till information i företagens finansiella rapporter. Vi ämnar även redogöra för analytikerns synsätt på sitt samspel med företagen och hur detta kan påverka marknaden. Uppsatsen är deskriptiv, induktiv samt kvalitativ och den empiriska undersökningen har gjorts genom semistrukturerade intervjuer med 10 av Sveriges bästa finansanalytiker. Slutsatser är att analytikern kräver all form av information som kan påverka företagen men är nöjd med årsredovisningens information. Balans- och resultaträkning samt kassaflödet används mest som kontrollinstrument, inte beslutsunderlag.

Att arbeta med konflikthantering : implementering och undersökning av en form av fokusgruppsamtal i skolan
I have chosen an action research approach for this essay. I want to incorporate a method of conflict management in the work of the personnel at a school and also discuss their thoughts and experience in conflict management. I wanted to incorporate modern knowledge about constructive conflict management for everyday use and I stress that if we can evolve these skills among the personnel in schools then we have a better chance of helping children with deviant behavior which often end up in conflict because of it. This will also help all the other children and personnel to manage conflict situations in a better way. I want to introduce a new way of thinking about conflict management which in many ways is different from how it is today. Briefly the method which I advocate revolves around paying attention to every ones basic needs and says that everyone can win and no one has to loose. he main purpose of this essay has been to find out if focus group conversations is a viable method for improving conflict management in the school system. Several of the participants has in their evaluations written that it was a rewarding and interesting way to work.

The essay is based on a case study of the management of the staff working at the commuter train stations in Stockholm. The study consists of a number of interviews with the management staff and with the personnel working at the stations, where the aim of the study is to describe how management works within ISS Trafficare AB and what the personnel working at the stations think of it. ISS Trafficare AB is the entrepreneur who runs the commuter train stations in Stockholm by an agreement met with Stockholmståg KB.The study is based on information from the interviews with the personnel and other material from ISS Trafficare AB. Research on the area of management have been used to put data into perspective and to further deepen our analysis and conclusions from the case.The essay shows that the management has tried to implement several changes on the organization in order to provide more service to the travelers.

Beslutsprocesser och informationshantering ? en fallstudie inom en högskoleorganisation
The purpose of this thesis, was to study decision processes and the importance of Information management in the processes within an academic organisation, which led to the work with adaptions according to the law of Equal Treatment of Students in Higher Education, (SFS 2001:1286). A general question was formulated concerning how different information- and knowledge flows interact within an academic organisation and its library during the decision processes. The questions at issue we have tried to examine, concern the factors that have influenced the participants´ choice of information during the decision processes, in their work of adapting the law of equal treatment, and how these choices have influenced the priorities that were made. The theoretical starting point was basically Cohen, March and Olsens Garbage Can Model. We also found the author Chun Wei Choo´s descriptions of organisations, as systems of information processing, useful for parts of our thesis, especially the parts that deals with the role of Information management within the decision processes.
