The expectation gap is the definition of the differences between what the interests expects from the auditor and what the auditor delivers. A number of studies have been done regarding the expectation gap and generally they point at the existence of an expectation gap.In our paper we want to discover and see how strategies are used in the process to reduce the expectation gap from three levels. The levels we treat are auditors, audit bureaus and the profession. We have chosen to examine the strategies used by the three levels to reduce the expectation gap to following interest groups, owners, management/board of directors, and creditors.The purpose with our paper is to create understanding about how auditors, audit bureaus and the profession use strategies in the process to reduce the expectation gap.With existing theories as ground we have construed and developed our own theory about which thinkable strategies the three levels can use.We have interviewed auditors, representatives from bureaus and a spokesman for the profession. In the examination we have used telephone interviews with questions based on our operationalization.

Syftet med denna studie Àr att fördjupa vÄr förstÄelse för hur 12 unga mÀnniskor med funktionshinder upplever sin levnadssituation. Detta vill vi uppnÄ genom att anvÀnda oss av kvalitativa intervjuer som datainsamlingsmetod med en hermeneutisk ansats. VÄrt urval bestÄr av tolv informanter, fem kvinnor och sju mÀn, som Àr mellan 20 och 30 Är gamla. De typer av funktionshinder vi har valt att avgrÀnsa oss till Àr olika typer av ryggmÀrgsskador som innebÀr att personerna Àr rullstolsbundna, olika grader av synskador samt en person som Àr amputerad. Studiens teoretiska perspektiv Àr Madis Kajandis definition och modell av livskvalitet samt mÄngfald.

VÄrt examensarbete handlar om estetiska lÀrprocesser. Syftet var att synliggöra ochbeskriva hur lÀrarstudenter definierar och uppfattar begreppet, samt hur de vill anvÀndadet i sitt framtida yrke. Vi ville ocksÄ ta reda pÄ hur man legitimerar anvÀndandet.Studien grundas pÄ tre kvalitativa gruppintervjuer med tolv lÀrarstudenter. Derasutsagor sammanstÀlldes och bildade olika kategorier. Resultatet av vÄr undersökningvisar att det finns ett Hettal olika sÀtt att se pÄ begreppet estetiska lÀrprocesser.

Dark Tourism Àr en reseform som lÀnge studerats men som Ànnu inte har nÄgon enhetlig definition. Begreppet innefattar resor till forna slagfÀlt, mordplatser, kyrkogÄrdar, platser dÀr kÀnda personer dött, minnesplatser, evenemang och utstÀllningar med reliker och annat Äterskapande av döden. DÄ resor till Dark Tourism attraktioner blivit en allt mer populÀr reseform har vi genom den hÀr studien valt att studera vilka bakomliggande intressen och anledningar som gör att mÀnniskan vÀljer att besöka en Dark Tourism attraktion. Underlaget till studien grundar sig pÄ fem semistrukturerade intervjuer med personer som besökt Dark Tourism attraktioner samt tvÄ berÀttelser av vÄra egna erfarenheter av ett besök vid en attraktion.Studiens resultat visade att det finns olika faktorer som pÄverkar varför turister reser till en Dark Tourism attraktion. Vi kunde dÀremot genom studien se att det fanns tvÄ faktorer som frÀmst spelade in.

Sara Lidman?s second novel Hjortronlandet (1955) unfolds in the north of Sweden in the early 20th century. It describes the progress of modernity and the conflicting interests of an old local culture and a new more ?civilised? one. The two cultures are constituted by different value systems and in the novel they are represented by two neighbour communities.

The purpose of this essay is to investigate the presences of open-ended problems in the textbooks of high school Mathematics A. For practical reasons the study was limited to three textbooks and two topics, Fractions and Area & Volume. The Essay also describes the theory behind open-ended problems and why they should be used. I identify three criteria as a definition for open-ended problems. The study found that only 7,6% of the investigated tasks qualified, and met at least 1 criterion.

VÄrt syfte med detta examensarbete Àr att utveckla bÀttre förstÄelse för vilken bild av svenskhet NSU förmedlar samt problematisera anvÀndandet av varumÀrkesteorier pÄ kulturella och politiska fenomen som lÀnder och nationer. Vid val av tillvÀgagÄngssÀtt har vi utgÄtt ifrÄn en abduktiv ansats, dÀr vÄr primÀra kÀlla har varit en kvalitativ dokumentstudie över offentligt material publicerat av NSU samt material relaterat till detta. Det empiriska materialet har sedan analyserats utifrÄn kritisk teori genom negationer. Inledningsvis förklaras teorin om Nation branding vilken ger en förstÄelse för hur varumÀrkesteorier kan appliceras pÄ nationer. DÀrefter förklarar vi de tvÄ varumÀrkesidentitetsteorierna Identitetsprisma och Identitetsstruktur, vilka senare i arbetet integreras med varandra.

Studiens syfte var att undersöka deltagarnas erfarenheter av att ingÄ i en referensgrupp för en projektverksamhet. Referensgruppen skulle arbeta med att synliggöra vÄld mot kvinnor med funktionsnedsÀttning. Sju referensgruppsdeltagare intervjuades. Intervjuerna bearbetades huvudsakligen med meningskategorisering utifrÄn grundad teori, men Àven svarsfrekvenser frÄn kompletterande frÄgor med fast svarsalternativ redovisas. Samtliga deltagare var representanter i referensgruppen mellan Ären 2007-2009 och kom frÄn olika föreningar och organisationer i VÀstra Götalands LÀn.

 Innovationer kan beskrivas pÄ mÄnga olika sÀtt. Inom vetenskapen Àr det ett begrepp som Àr vÀl diskuterat, men nÄgon exakt och direkt definition finns inte. DÀremot Àr de flesta vetenskapsmÀn och Àven turismaktörerna i Kalmarregionen överrens om att det handlar om nÄgonting nytt. Det kan Àven vara att förnya en redan befintlig produkt eller att skapa nÄgot nytt som ger ett nyhetsvÀrde för kunden. Det finns olika kategorier av innovationer, det Àr produktinnovationer, processinnovationer, managementinnovationer, logistiska innovationer samt institutionella innovationer.

Starting in January 2007, capital adequacy of internationally active banks will be regulated by the new Basel Capital Accord, International Convergence of Capital Measurement and Capital Standards ? a revised framework, [Basel II]. The framework introduces for the first time minimum capital requirements for operational risk and encourages market discipline of capital adequacy by initiating requirements for public disclosure of quantitative and qualitative information on operational risk exposure. This thesis examines the nature, definition, management and public disclosure of operational risk in Scandinavian banks based on regulations and recommendations presented in Basel II. We find that the models currently available for addition of operational risk to the capital requirement do not reflect actual operational risk exposure of banks.

Syftet med denna studie Àr att undersöka vilken innebörd begreppet ?kulturkompetens? ges i litteraturen samt utifrÄn detta problematisera dess applicering pÄ praktiken. Begreppet ?kulturkompetens? saknar en enhetlig definition, nÄgot som initierat skrivandet av denna uppsats. Studien bygger pÄ en litteraturstudie i form av en kvalitativ textanalys.

Introduction: In Sweden the definition of ambulance nursing is the examination and treatment of sick or injured people done by ambulance nurses during transport.  This means not only focus on the illness or injury but also the human being treated. The paramedic service must be based on the presumption that the medical needs of the patients are guaranteed, and that the expectations and demands of the public are satisfied. Competence and availability are basic terms for a well-functional paramedic service. There is a lot of pressure put on the people working with pre-hospital nursing. One mistake can lead to serious consequences for the patient.

AbstractSweden is a country with good reputation when it comes to questions aboutequality. The definition of equality is not always explicit though. The aim of thisthesis is to examine what Swedish equality is and what it should be. By studyingdescriptions of equality and discrimination in the political programs of the partiesof the Swedish parliament from the sixties until today, I examine which groupsare included and excluded from the concept of equality. The analyse shows thatthe concept initially was only referring to class matters.

While conducting our practical training we experienced how the structure and the complexity of the municipal administration could, from a white-collar workers perspective, become a limitation and burden for efficient work. Deriving from this experience we found an interest in how politicians reasoned with regards to their relationship with supervisor in municipal old-age care. Kouzes och Micos (1979) ?Theory of organizational behavior in human service? became our point of departure. Their framework was therefore the foundation for our research and work throughout this paper.Our aim with this research was to examine how politicians viewed their relationship with supervisor in municipal old-age care.

I vÄrt arbete har vi undersökt hur perspektivet hÄllbar utveckling framtrÀder i tre historielÀroböcker för gymnasiet: Alla tiders historia Maxi, Perspektiv pÄ historien A och Epos historia ? För gymnasieskolans kurs A och B. Dessutom har vi, utifrÄn historiedidaktisk teori kring begreppet historiemedvetande, klarlagt i vilken utstrÀckning de undersökta lÀroböckerna kan utveckla elevers handlingsberedskap. VÄr metod har varit hermeneutisk och i lÀromedelsanalysen har vi utgÄtt frÄn vÄr förkunskap om historien, en definition av hÄllbar utveckling samt teorier om historiemedvetande. Nedslagen som analyserats i böckerna har varit följande: upptÀckterna, mellankrigstiden och svensk nutidshistoria. Resultatet visar att perspektivet hÄllbar utveckling gör sig gÀllande, dock i olika utstrÀckning beroende pÄ nedslag och lÀrobok.
