Kommunikation och kreativitet - En studie av en distansorganisation
Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att redogöra för hur ledare och anställda i
en distansorganisation kan uppmuntras, via en god kommunikation till att
förmedla sin kreativa förmåga. Genom att beskriva hur arbetet med kommunikation
sker mellan de båda partnerna, kan vi presentera en förståelse om hur det
skapas nya kreativa idéer även när medarbetarna inte är under kontorets tak.
Metod: Den metod vi har utgått ifrån är en kvalitativ studie där data har
samlats in genom en personlig intervju samt tre stycken telefonintervjuer. Den
personliga intervjun genomfördes med KNS Bilfrakt AB ena delägare.
Telefonintervjuerna genomfördes på tre lastbilschaufförer inom samma
organisation.
Framgångsrikt strategiarbete : ett arbete om visioner och strategier inom Region Gotland
The usage of visions and strategies is something that helps an organisation to create an imaginary scenario and guide them of how to realize these goals. During the years of 2006-2008 Region Gotland presented a document that was supposed to show the region's visions. The theoretical framework of this thesis is based on the stakeholder theory, Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Management Control Systems Package (MCS). Personal interviews were conducted within the organisation Region Gotland, with individuals whom are directly linked to the visions and strategies of the organisation. The purpose of this study is to clarify the concepts of vision and strategy, and what their impact is on the organisation's work on the operation level.
Hur uppfattas företaget? - En studie av annonseringens effekter på företagens image
Syftet med studien var att öka kunskapen kring hur företag genom annonsens
uppbyggnad kan påverka sin image. En kvalitativ studie har genomförts genom
insamling av primärdata. Annonser från tre företag valdes ut, varpå
semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes med såväl företrädare för företagen
som sexton respondenter. Studien visar att konsumenters tidigare kunskap och
erfarenheter påverkar deras utvärdering av annonser. Annonser som uppfattas som
mainstream kan både vara något positivt och negativt.
Mellan bildningsideal och besparingskrav : En studie av Uppsala universitetsbiblioteks styrdokument 1999-2013
The purpose of this thesis is to investigate how structural changes are depicted as well as formally brought about in the documents of rule and regulation of Uppsala University and Uppsala University Library the years 1999?2013. Beside the documents of rule and regulation, also documents that is commenting on (or in other ways relates to) these are investigated. The study is based both in organizational theory and modern rhetorical theory. The results show that the University to a certain extent gained an increased possibility to micromanage the library?s working routines during the time span covered and the study traces the consequences this had on the library organization and reactions it evoked among the leaders and representatives of the library staffThis raised a debate between representatives from the University library and its mother organization, the University, regarding at which level in the whole organization decisions regarding the library?s forms of funding and everyday praxis.
Entreprenöriell marknadsföring -Hur marknadsförs småföretag startade av entreprenörer
Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva och precisera innebörden av
entreprenöriell marknadsföring sett ur småföretags perspektiv samt huruvida
marknadsföringsmetoderna karaktäriseras av entre-prenören eller av den bransch
som denne är verksam i.
Metod: För att uppnå vårt syfte valde vi att genomföra en kvalitativ studie.
Studien bestod av fem djupintervjuer med entreprenörer i Karls-krona. Vid
intervjutillfället lade vi även fram ett case för att få en djupare insikt i
hur entreprenörerna skulle agera i en given situa-tion. Detta för att de verkar
i olika branscher. Vi utgick i stor ut-sträckning från Carson och Gilmores
modell av småföretags entre-prenöriella marknadsföring.

The students have been assigned a task from Consid, were they are supposed to develop a web based platform for handling the company?s consult CV:s. The key features of the system are to simplify the administration part at mission procurements towards customers and to match qualified consultants to certain missions.Consid is an international it-consult company and have about 1000 consults working for them. When Consid makes mission procurements towards a customer they have to manually match the best consult against a certain mission, this is both time consuming and complicated.The students started the project with big visions and thoughts about how the work would be performed and how the system would be developed. After the initial meetings and the closer it came to the beginning of programming it became clear that the expectations were too big.

The aim of this study is to examine whether the image of the stereotype librarian has created conflict in young librarians´ personal identity and/or professional identity and if this has shown in their choice of clothes? Our purpose was to find out, with the help of their choice of clothes, the young librarians view of themselves as individuals and professional librarians. We have searched for the answers to the following questions: - Do young librarians experience that clothing at their workplace has any significance and if so, what do they want to signal with their clothing? - Do they experience that clothing and appearance has any impact on their personal and professional identity? - How do they relate, by their choice of clothes, to the stereotype images of the librarian? We have performed qualitative interviews with eleven young female librarians. As a theoretical framework we have used ideas and concepts from different areas of research; semiotics, social psychology, business administration and ethnology.
Partnerskap - en snäv syn på samverkan En studie av lokalt integrationsarbete i Malmö
This essay revolves around partnerships established between local authorities and civil society to promote integration in segregated urban areas. The main focus is on who is active in formulating the local integration policy in these partnerships. The analysis is based on qualitative interviews with representatives from the local public administration and from different parts of civil society in Rosengård and Södra innerstaden in Malmö. The conclusion is that local authorities to a large extent decide the content of integration policy. The authorities, in having the major responsibility of the integration projects, decide what parts of civil society to involve and what projects will promote integration.

Public Sector Scorecard : en ekonomistyrningsmodell med kundfokus
The Public Sector Scorecard (PSS) is a younger version of the balanced scorecard, created for public and nonprofit organizations. The latest model of PSS is divided into three main groups and seven perspectives, while the balanced scorecard consists of four perspectives. Organizations who use either PSS or the balanced scorecard are supposed to have a clear vision spread all over the unit. This study has sought differences between the two models of financial control in both theory and practice. The first part of the study is a theoretical comparison between the models? structures and terms used in them.

According to Jordbruksverket at least 50 % of the screening of animal welfare should be based on routine controls on existing farmers. Today the routine controls only reach a 43 % average for the whole country. A big part of today?s result depends on the amount of time it takes the administrators of animal welfare to process the notifications from the public.

The aim of this thesis was to study elderly people?s experiences of and approach to their usage of home care services with tax deduction. The aim was also to describe how elderly people reason about their underlying motives of using home care service with tax deduction. The study is based on six qualitative interviews with people between the ages of 65 and 80, living in Nacka, Sweden. This thesis is a collaboration with Stiftelsen Stockholms la?ns A?ldrecentrum/ Stockholm Gerontology Center and part of their follow up study concerning simplified administration for elderly people applying for home care services in Nacka.

Slutsats: Spelstreamingplattformen kan likt deltagande marknadsföring ses som
ett system
där konsumenter samproducerar attityder gentemot produkter och varumärken. I
detta system
konsumeras och produceras produkterfarenheterna samtidigt. Förväntningar som
kan ställas
på systemet är att attityder i stor utsträckning påverkas av konsumenterna
själva vilket sker
genom eWOM-meddelanden. Hur eWOM-meddelanden mottags, påverkas kraftigt av
WOMU-faktorn expertis, vilket spelstreamare kan producera. Spelstreamare kan
även
producera ett underhållningsvärde som har nästan lika stark påverkan på
konsumenten som
expertis, vilket gör att även underhållningsvärde bör ses som en WOMU-faktor på
tv- och
dataspelsmarknaden..
Tillit till icke-finansiella mått - en studie av hur icke-finansiella mått används, var de används och tilliten till dem på olika nivåer inom organisationer
Det är många som har skrivit om fördelar och nackdelar med icke-finansiella
mått. I dagens samhälle krävs snabba beslutstaganden och inte endast att man
reagerar i efterhand. Större krav ställs också på företagen att även ta hänsyn
till de ?mjukare? tillgångarna.
Studier har emellertid visat att tillit för dessa icke-finansiella mått saknas
inom företagen, då främst på ledningsnivå.
