Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur elever i ett SVA-klassrum kommunicerar. Ämnet är aktuellt i vårt mångkulturella samhälle. Forskningsstrategin tar utgångspunkt i etnografi. Datainsamlingsmetoden har varit deltagande observation i den naturliga miljön. Resultatet visar att eleverna använder sig av verbal och icke-Verbal kommunikation.

Syftet med vår studie var att beskriva förskollärares arbete med att främja utvecklingen av barns kommunikation i förskolan. Vi valde att använda oss av kvalitativa intervjuer som metod. Vårt urval bestod av fyra verksamma förskollärare vid tre olika förskolor. Resultatet visar att förskollärarna arbetar med att främja barns utveckling och lärande genom att stödja och stimulera barns kommunikation på olika sätt. Förskollärarna beskriver sin egen pedagogroll som en viktig del i barns kommunikationsutveckling.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate if verbal encouragement had any influence on handstrength measurements. Twenty subjects participated in the study, all women between the age of 20 and 62 years. A standardisation of testing conditions and verbal encouragement were designed. Three measurements were conducted during two days using T.K.K 5401 Grip D. First there was a trial set, and then Test 1 (without verbal encouragement) and Test 2 (with verbal encouragement) were conducted.

IckeVerbal kommunikation utgör omkring två tredjedelar av alla budskap som förmedlas och ärvanligtvis det som uppfattas som mer äkta när budskap strider mot varandra. Sjuksköterskansicke verbala uttryck kan både öppna upp och skapa hinder i mötet med patienten vilket visar påvikten av en god kommunikativ förmåga. Syfte: Detta fördjupningsarbete belyser hur icke verbalkommunikation påverkar den vårdande relationen och patientens upplevelse av trygghet ochbekräftelse.

This paper investigates the usability of the intelligence test Wechsler Nonverbal Scale of Ability (WNV). Twenty four children in two different age-groups were tested with WNV, 10 children between ages 5 - 6, and 14 children between ages 9 - 10. The WNV turned out to be a useful test when some verbal communication was used in the test situation. This was especially apparent among the younger children, who needed extra verbal instructions and verbal support through the different subtests. The test also contained standardized verbal instructions for all ages.

Face-to-face communication is always complemented with non-verbal signals that give us clues as to how a message shall be interpreted, but as communication is moved online the possibilities to express oneself becomes more limited.This paper focuses on the instant messaging client Windows Live Messenger and three of the non-verbal functions that it provides (nudges, winks and emotes). The purpose of the paper and its underlying study is to compare the senders' intentions with the receivers' conceptions when it comes to these functions.The study was done as a questionnaire with two different versions of the questions, one looking at the senders' intentions and the other at the receivers' conceptions.The results were then compared in order to look for tendencies. The results showed that the most common intention among the senders was also the most common conception among the receivers, but that the rest of the attitudes didn't match at all. The functions that are supposed to help the conversation flow often create ambiguity instead and lead to vagueness, misconceptions and annoyance..

Background: During a house demonstration a real estate agent have the chance to make new contacts which is of big importance to spread the word about the agency and keep up with the competition. If the realtor makes a good impression on the customers, it increases the chance for making the customers return to the same realtor when time comes to sell their own house. The interpretation of this non-verbal communication has been shown to have a fundamental effect on the participant?s perception of the encounter. This makes the study aim regards investigating which non-verbal signals a real estate agent express.Purpose: This study has a two-parted purpose whereas the first part intends to point out similarities and differences in a realtor?s non-verbal communication.

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether there are any similarities or differences between leisure-time pedagogs and primary school teachers' verbal communication with parents. Questions we ask ourselves is how the verbal contact looks like today, the desire for how it should be and the importance of verbal communication has.We chose to make a qualitative questionnaire study in the form of open questions to three leisure-time pedagogs, three primary school teachers and eleven parents were asked to answer.The results show that leisure-time pedagogs, primary school teachers and parents believe that verbal communication is important and significant. They believe that it is working well today, whether is via face to face, telephone or email. The verbal communication should be honest and straight between all parties. Parents believe it is important to know leisure-time pedagogs who take care of their children, in order to create a sense of security among parents.

Denna studie är en kvalitativ forskningsstudie med en etnografisk ansatts. Studien belyser hur barn i den mångkulturella förskolan integrerar med varandra genom både icke Verbal kommunikation och Verbal kommunikation. Genom observationer på två mångkulturella förskolor kan vi se problematiken att samspel och interaktion mellan barnen blir ett hinder då missförstånd och frustration synliggörs på grund av att språket mellan barnen inte samspelar. Utvecklingen av teknik och tekniska hjälpmedel har lett till att det finns fler sätt att lära ut på än de traditionella klassrumslektionerna. Studenterna behöver inte vara bundna till en specifik tid eller plats, när lärandet kan göras mobilt. Syftet med detta examensarbete är att undersöka hur studenter vid distanskurser upplever att kommunikationen fungerar samt vilka för- och nackdelar de finner. Åtta intervjupersoner har intervjuats i arbetet och de utförda intervjuerna har transkriberats och tolkats. Det framkom att intervjupersonerna till största del använde e-mail och icke-verbala chattar för att kommunicera med varandra och med lärare.

The empirical material was gained from semi-structured interviews with co-workers at various departments within the same organization. We used a hermeneutic interpretive approach and our data was analyzed concerning different factors affecting communication. The result has been interpreted using the theories of deliberative conversations and dialogue competence. We have also used Illeris theory of learning.

The purpose of the study is to observe how the participants of the study interacted musically through verbal, non-verbal and musically resonant expressions. Verbal communication was expressed in discussion of the music's tempo and to clarify for ensemble participants from where they we?re going to play and sing. Non-verbal communication could be used to gesticulate an instrument or a melody. For example, the movement of a hand could symbolize notes on a musical stave to indicate the notes placements.

Verbal kommunikation kan handla om olika aspekter som till exempel kommunikation mellan anställda, kommunikation med chefen eller till och med konflikter. Dessa exempel har en påverkan på arbetsglädjen i tidigare studiers resultat. Denna studies syfte är att se hur individer formas i samspel med andra genom att se kommunikationens påverkan på arbetsglädjen. Genom att gå in på djupet och se vad det är som gör att kommunikationen påverkar arbetsglädjen, istället för att bara konstatera det, kan det ses ur ett alternativt perspektiv för att skapa en större förståelse kring fenomenet.
