AbstractThe Swedish agricultural organisation, LRF, stands in front of many changes and the work with the changes in the organisation has caused some conflicts at the top. Is it like Michels say that it's a few people at the top that rules? The case with LRF shows to be something different, since the president Caroline Trapp was re-elected. The election committee proposed a new president, but the assembly had another opinion and re-elected Caroline Trapp. This shows that the opinions at the top were not the same as among the members of the organisation and the election committee couldn?t rule over them.In this essay I try to understand what kind of organisation LRF is and what made this case special.

We have through our theoretical framework been able to create a simplified measuring tool for a KIZ; the S-TKL. We have found that the S-TKL is possible to implement on the Öresund Region but with some flaws. Even though the Öresund Region has implemented the mindset of a KIZ, accurate statistics are in some areas hard to find. We can also through our empirical findings say that it is difficult to use the S-TKL on Shenzhen. The data we have found gives a good indication of both of the regions.

The purpose of this master's thesis is to describe and analyse the origin and development of the library of Workers´ Educational Association in the community of Oskarström. This library is special because the organisation run it much longer than usual, until 1977, and to find an answer to why, we have the following questions: Why does the library of Workers´ Educational Association start their activity in Oskarström, and how does it develop, in relation to premises, librarians, financing, the stock of books and the numbers of books out on loan? What is the reason that the library in Oskarström is municipalized as late as 1977? The methods we use are hermeneutics and evaluation of the sources. The library is founded in 1914 and become important for the workers. Important sources of income are the subventions given by the state, municipality and other associations.

Detta är en litteraturstudie av fyra läroplaners språkliga konstruktioner om specialundervisning. Syftet har varit att identifiera och kartlägga de konstruktioner av elever i behov av särskilt stöd som skrivits fram i undervisnings- och läroplaner, relaterat till politiska skeenden och utbildningspolitik vid planernas införande. Studien är utformad med diskursteori som grund. Det vill säga att skolan och utbildningen ses som en social konstruktion. Studien visar att mönster ur tidsandan framträder ur äldre och nyare texter i respektive plan.

Kunskapsbedömningar i träningsskola ska utgå från en läroplan utformad specifikt för elever i träningsskola. Den ska utgå från elevens förutsättningar. Syftet med denna studie är att låta lärare i träningsskola beskriva hur de utför kunskapsbedömningar. I studien beskriver lärare sitt arbete med kunskapsbedömningar i träningsskola. Studien beskriver också vad lärare använder för verktyg och vilken betydelse de anser att kunskapsbedömningar i träningskola har.Studien bygger på kvalitativa intervjuer med sex lärare som arbetar i träningsskola.

Web pages are visited through a variety of different devices with varying screensizes. One method for adapting web pages to this variety is called responsive design. Geographical information, often in the form of embedded maps, is common on the web. The combination of responsive design and geographical information has been shown to lead to interaction problems and is therefore assumed to need special considerations. This thesis examines this combination and investegates how presentation of geographical information can be adapted to responsive web design.

Vad gör projektledare för uppdragsutbildning vid en utvecklingsavdelning knuten till en högskola? Frågan utgör startpunkten för denna studie kring ledning av processer i spänningsfält.Syftet är att belysa projektlederi och kritiska faktorer knutna till detta projektlederi, genom de uppfattningar som projektledare ger uttryck för i en fokuserad gruppintervju med projektledarnas skriftliga narrativer som stimuleringsmaterial.Undersökningens underliggande och sammanflätade syfte är att finna en metod för att utreda en process, ett tillvägagångssätt som samtidigt kan stödja projektledargruppens individuella och kollektiva lärandeprocesser om sitt projektlederi.Studiens teoretiska ram utgörs av Jean Bartuneks dynamiska modell för kraft och vitalitet i förändringsagentgrupper och i förändringsagentgruppers arbete.Undersökningen visar att projektlederi i spänningsfält handlar om att balansera och kommunicera olika intressentgruppers krav och behov. Projektlederiet i denna studie pågår i en självfinansierande verksamhet, som är beroende av den statsbidragsfinansierade organisation den utgör en del av. Konstruktionen i sig bidrar till att skapa och återskapa spänningsfältet. Undersökningen visar vidare att konstruktionen i praktiken ger projektledare ett dubbelt uppdrag, dvs dels att utveckla intressenternas verksamheter, dels att fånga uppdrag för att finansiera verksamheten.

The technical achievements that have occurred in recent years have led to a greater use of the Internet around the world. Today, more and more people are using virtual communities, a place where communication occurs with people who have similar interest. Due to the option of being an anonymous user, the concept of trust plays a big part in how virtual communities are working. It is therefore of interest to investigate how trust develops between users in virtual communities. This report asks the following question:"How is trust formed between users at a virtual community?"A qualitative and netnographical study was conducted to answer the question above.

The European Union's long-term budget negotiations during the summer of 2005 were obstructed from being successful due to a quite fierceful debate about the future guidelines of the Common Agricultural Policy. A quarrel about money and who gets what, was the common answer as to why it took the European leaders six months to accept the budget, and quite rightfully. This essay, however, goes beneath those explanations and tries to see what other reasons there might be for such a phenomena.With a new institutionalistic approach this study seeks to see what underlying reasons for why an institution such as CAP is so resistant to change. With special attention to the new historical institutionalism and the rational choice institutionalism the study successfully shows that though the front laying reasons to the problems with the budget might have been economical, several other factors also affected the outcome of the budget negotiations.Structures, national identity and decisions taken when outlining the Common Agricultural Policy in the 1960's still affect the European union, its members and foremost of all, the Policy/institution itself..

Rock singing - five vocal teachers´ experience of the female voice.The purpose of this study is to find out what different vocal teachers have to say about rock singing and the female singing voice. The method I have used to gather information is a phenomenographically inspired qualitative interview. The study begins with a few thoughts about my interest in rock singing, followed by a short overview about other research and literature that has been published on the subject. I have interviewed five vocal teachers in this study. All of them with many years experience of singing, both singing themselves and teaching professionally.

Title: Artistic methods for persons with dysfunctions.The idea to the paper was born in my work, as a pedagogue, with young persons with dysfunctions. My pedagogic method is eurhythmics but I wanted to examine in what other ways you could work with artistic expression in similar areas such as circus, dance therapy and psychodrama. These areas were chosen because they have components that are interrelated, which I find very interesting. Mind and body are considered from a holistic point of view. The purpose of this paper is to bring about a better understanding of how persons with dysfunctions respond to various artistic teaching methods.

The aim of this study was to understand how social workers deal with honour-related violence, with special focus on the processing from sheltered housing. Our qualitative interviews with social workers that work with this kind of problems show that there are both obstacles and opportunities in the processing from sheltered housing. On the negative side are the loneliness, the shame and the guilt that the girls may experience when they need to leave their families. The social services can both be an obstacles and an opportunity. When the girls need to create a new life in a new city they have a lot of opportunities and in the same time it is hard to get to know new friends when you don´t know the city or have much money.

Strävan efter att undvika subjektivism resulterar ofta i en objektivism där kunskapsbildningen är helt bestämd av objektet och inte av det upplevande subjektet. Subjekt ställs mot objekt - medvetande mot föremål. Detta motsatsförhållande upphävs av studiens val av perspektiv som istället för över fokus på lärandet som sker mellan subjekt och objekt - korrelationen mellan människa och värld.Syftet med studien är att utifrån ett fenomenologiskt perspektiv undersöka subjektets roll i mötet med objektet. För att uppfylla syftet görs en litteraturstudie, vars teoretiska material bearbetas via den fenomenologiska reduktionen.Sökandet efter ett subjektsbegrepp som kan möta och undersöka objekt utan att hamna i vare sig subjektivism eller objektivism, leder till ett artificiellt subjekt som förlorar de mänskliga elementen i processen. Genom dess avskalning av subjektiva faktorer minskas subjektets korrelation till objektet samtidigt som subjektet alltmer övergår till att bli ett objekt.

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a special unit for patients who is in the need for emergency life-sustaining measures and every patient has complex medical- technical equipment. The experiences of a critical illness and the needs of critical care are experienced in different ways. The purpose of this study was to describe the experiences from patients in the ICU and how this experience has an influence on the patients. The method was a study of literature with a qualitative inception based on eight scientific articles and the analysis of content has been inspired by Graneheim and Lundman (2003). The result of the study is presented by four categories: to loose the ability to make themselves understood, to be forced to adjust to the environment of caring, to have the lack of connection with reality and to be in an intensive care environment, The results showed that patients in the ICU are affected by the attitude from the staff, the equipment around them as well as the sounds and lights in the environment there.
