Anledningen till att vi antar att kyrkoherdarna har en starkare värdegrund än ledare i privat och offentliga organisationer grundar sig i ett personligt engagemang. Vi brinner för frågor angående ledarskapsutveckling, en vilja till förståelse och en förändring till att få ledare att helt enkelt växa som ledare. Vår utgångspunkt ligger i ett antagande att kyrkoherdar har ett starkt värdesystem och därmed även en förmåga till att leda sin församling på ett etisk, människovänligt sätt.Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att analysera vad som påverkar och utmärker fyra kyrkoherdars ledarskap. För att besvara vårt syfte har vi genomfört en kvalitativ, empirisk intervjustudie med fyra kyrkoherdar inom Lunds stift. Som ett komplement till vår bakgrund har vi även genomfört en kvalitativ intervju med en ärkebiskop.

The purpose of this paper is to describe and analyse the Chinese destination of Hainan, with background in a globalizing tourism destination development, for tourism from Finland and Sweden. The questions at issue are regarding what kind of an impact the status as a special economic zone have had upon Hainan, what kind of conditions there are for tourism on the island, in what form participants of the tourism industry want the development to proceed, what the prevailing trend is for distant destinations for Nordic markets and also regarding what kind of potential there is for organized tourism to Hainan from Finland and Sweden.As a foundation for the paper, I?ve composed a theoretical reference for knowledge of China, Hainan and the study of destinations. The sources of secondary kind are literature related to the subject. The primary sources are mainly interviews, field work done at Hainan has given a concrete and personal knowledge of the place.

Title: Improvisation ? a pedagogical perspective. This investigation studies how church musicians and pianists describe the use of improvisation in their teaching. The research questions focus on the relationship between improvisation and interpretation, the aim how to use improvisation and how this could be realized. To get the answer of these questions, I have interviewed two organists and two pianists, all excellent in their profession.

Min uppsats handlar om situationer där jag har svårt att fördela min uppmärksamhet. Mitt fokus läggs antingen på barnet med speciella behov eller på barngruppen.I essän för jag en diskussion runt mitt eget förhållningssätt kring detta.Den senaste tiden har vi upplevt en trend att barn med särskilda behov ska inkluderas i all skolverksamhet. Syftet är naturligtvis gott, men min upplevelse är att det ibland kan leda till en ny form av exkludering. Det vill säga att de barn som inte fungerar som förväntat kan känna sig ännu mer utanför vilket kan få konsekvenser för att uppnå kunskapsmålen. Hur kan jag hantera detta som pedagog? I min essä undersöker jag problemet med hjälp av ett antal etiska teorier, pliktetik, utilitarism, diskursetik och fronetisk etik..

Kompetensutveckling är i många företag en lika självklar förutsättning som arbetsuppgiften i sig för att organisationen ska hålla sig vid liv och vara framgångsrik. Arbetet med att utveckla en organisation går inte att generalisera eftersom varje företag är en komplex organism. Uppsatsen fokuserar på att utveckla mer kunskap om hur kompetensutveckling värderas inom en organisation och om det inom ett och samma företag finns flera sätt att betrakta kompetensutveckling. Vi tar även upp hur effekterna av kompetensutveckling kan mätas och tas tillvara.Syftet med studien är därmed: att analysera uppfattningar om värdering av kompetensutveckling i ett kunskapsintensivt företag, med utgångspunkt från intervjuer med HR- och linjechefer inom Sony Ericsson.För att undersöka ovanstående har vi genomfört en empirisk kvalitativ studie på Sony Ericsson i form av fem intervjuer med individer i strategiskt ledande positioner. Vi utgår från teoretiker som var och en besitter en spetskompetens inom sitt område.

Examensarbetet som presenteras i denna rapport är utfört som ett samarbetsprojekt mellan SSAB Special Steels i Oxelösund, Swerea Mefos och Luleå tekniska universitet. Examensarbetet är den avslutande delen på Civilingenjörsprogrammet Hållbar Energiteknik med inriktning mot energieffektivisering och bioenergi.Arbetets mål var att bygga, demonstrera och testa en operatörsstyrningsmodell för koksverket i Oxelösund. Syftet med modellen var att kunna simulera olika driftsituationer och ta fram förslag på driftparametrar som operatörer kan använda för att hantera den dagliga driften. Som stöd för operatörer utarbetades även en operatörsmanual till modellen.I inledningen av arbetet identifierades fyra huvudområden som ansågs allra viktigast för SSAB och mest fokus lades på dessa i byggandet av modellen. Dessa var koksningsprocessen, värmeledning i ugnar, flödet av koksgas och masugnsgas till verket samt tillförsel av luft till förbränningsprocessen.

Title: The competent teacher-external and internal frameworks and their influence on educational praxis. This thesis is about what kind of approach a teacher (may) consider when he is facing parameters that he can not do anything about, in this case represented by political, educational och social frameworks. One of the things a teacher can do to adapt to the situation is to see what possibilities he has to develop and expand his topic. The study is built on action research and was carried out during a nine months period on an upper secondary school in Malmö, Sweden. The object of reasearch is myself as a teacher and in my result I describe how various educational situations were handled.

The aim of this study is to analyse how pornography is used in the American comics X-Men, published by Marvel under the authorship of Chris Claremont.I have applied Butler and MacKinnons theories about pornography as a performative speech, to this special art form. I have also investigated how censorship has influenced the comics evolution and whether it has affected the way women and sexual and ethnical minorities are represented. To corroborate how these theories apply, I have analysed three main female fig-ures in The X-Men comics - Storm, Phoenix and Shadowcat - and I have tried to identify how they relate to existing stereotypes.The conclusion of this essay is that the women characters in X-Men break the existing stereo-types and create new implications. This reinforces Butler?s theory about the possibility to re-verse hate speech and diminishes MacKinnons perspective of pornography as an imperative..

The purpose of this essay was to describe the opinions of different religious and non-religious ideologies and aspects of treatment, concerning use of drugs and drugsaddiction, and with a special focus at Narconon. We also wanted to try to understand the connection between professionalism and ideology in their treatment.Our central questions where;· How does the treatment Narconon's provides, look like?· What is Narconon's opinion on use of drugs and drugaddiction?· What is Narconon's connection to the Scientology?· Is there any scientific proof that Narconon's treatment is functioning?· How can we understand the connection between professionalism and ideology in treatment?We made intervjues with six social workers and six intervjues with staff at Narconon. Added to the intervjues, we studied articles and Internet research.From our work and through information we have got from Narconon, we have discovered the need of further research concerning their treatment. Narconon does continuous following-ups when the treatment is finished.

Wiklund, Marie-Louise (2007) Lärares syn på specialpedagogens arbete. (Teachers views on special needs educational competence) Skolutveckling och ledarskap, Specialpedagogisk påbyggnadsutbildning, Lärarutbildning, Malmö högskola. Syftet med detta arbete är att beskriva och undersöka lärarnas syn på specialpedagogens arbete. Baserat på lärarnas arbetssituation i skolan vill jag undersöka hur man använder sig av specialpedagoger i dag och se vilka övriga önskemål och behov som finns. Med hjälp av en strukturerade intervjuer vill jag åskådliggöra lärarnas syn på specialpedagogens arbete. Sammanfattningsvis visar mitt resultat på att specialpedagogen är en viktig person i skolan. Att undervisa är vad lärare är vana vid att specialpedagogen gör.

The aim of this study was to understand how social workers deal with honour-related violence, with special focus on the processing from sheltered housing. Our qualitative interviews with social workers that work with this kind of problems show that there are both obstacles and opportunities in the processing from sheltered housing. On the negative side are the loneliness, the shame and the guilt that the girls may experience when they need to leave their families. The social services can both be an obstacles and an opportunity. When the girls need to create a new life in a new city they have a lot of opportunities and in the same time it is hard to get to know new friends when you don´t know the city or have much money.

For many years, sugar beets have been the most profitable crop for farmers with suitable growing prerequisites. During year 2007 when the grain prices increased and the EU reform decreased the payment for sugarbeets, it was no longer obvious to grow sugar beets in the crop sequence. With the latest agricultural reform in mind, farming has turned to a more open market and that is important for the independent farmer to adjust to the prevailing market presumptions. In the theory, scientists distinguish between unique and repetitive decisions. Unique decisions can be described as decisions made ones or not often. The opposite, repetitive decisions are decisons that have been made several times before.

Skolutveckling och ledarskap, Specialpedagogik, Lärarutbildningen, Malmö högskola. Syftet med följande arbete är att undersöka om pedagogerna underlättar för elever i koncentrationssvårigheter och i så fall på vilket sätt detta görs. Vi vill också undersöka när pedagogerna anser att elever har koncentrationssvårigheter. Arbetet bygger på litteraturstudier och kvalitativa halvstrukturerade intervjuer. Sammanlagt tolv pedagoger och special¬pedago¬ger i årskurs två och fem från två skolor i två kommuner har intervjuats. Sammanfattningsvis pekar resultatet på att de flesta pedagoger gör sitt bästa för att underlätta för elever i koncentrationssvårigheter i skolsituationen.

Simulation means running a model of a system with suitable input and observing the corresponding output. Real-time environment simulation is a special kind of simulation used to simulate a control system's environment in real-time. This is done to test the control system before it is used in its real environment. In this project, computer simulation of a certain kind of environments, called track-based systems, is studied and a general model for track-based systems is developed. In this model, track layouts are represented by graphs, which is a flexible and extensible representation and a method for visualizing these layouts is presented.

I dagens högteknologiska samhälle ställs organisationer inför nya och svårare konkurrenssituationer, vilket kräver förändringar av både organisationen och de anställda. För att bli effektivare ställer organisationen högre krav på kompetens. Därmed måste individen anpassa sig till nya tankesätt när det gäller synen på lärande.Föremålet för vår undersökning är ett företag inom livsmedelsbranschen vilket har blivit starkt påverkat av omvärlden. Detta har tvingat dem till omorganisation och effektivisering. För att uppnå effektivisering måste de anställda bredda sin kompetens och få en helhetssyn på produktionen.
