En studie om kunskapso?verfo?ring vid o?ppen innovation genom crowdsourcing
Organizations that want to maintain a good innovation capability can seek knowledge both within and outside its boundaries. Opening up innovation processes, through so-called open innovation, allows organizations to combine internal and external knowledge sources in order to include previously excluded perspectives to the innovation process. This study examines how knowledge is created and transferred when conducting open innovation through crowdsourcing. It is done based on Nonaka?s (1991; 1994) theory of how knowledge is created through conversion processes, where implicit knowledge can be converted into explicit knowledge and vice versa.

This study focuses on the integrity of students at Uppsala University that has used the university?s network, UpUnet. We?ve studied their opinions with the use of questionnaires that cover questions related to privacy and awareness about logging of data traffic.The results showed that more students than our hypothesis suggested were unaware of the surveillance on the network, and the majority of these also had a negative opinion towards logging of data traffic. However, we found that there were several relations between how the students responded on our questionnaire, and we?ve presented these in the analysis chapter towards the end of the essay..

AbstractTitle: A union, a collaboration and a currency crisis- a quantitative study of the media coverage of the euro crisis within the European Union in Spanish and Swedish newspapers.The purpose of this study was to see whether Sweden and Spain ?s differences in media climates and relations to the euro crisis would affect how the story was portrayed from a narrative perspective. Did the coverage differ between the two countries and who got to comment on the situation in the media were two of the questions I strived to answer. I also wanted to see how the coverage reflected on the situation that the euro crisis has created.In this study I used a number of theories that I based my research on. The main theories I focused on was about different media systems and Sweden and Spain ?s relation to the euro crisis.

Bloggen i tidskriftsbranschen : En studie om hur tidskrifter riktade till unga kvinnor anvÀnder bloggen pÄ webb och i tryck
Avsikten med denna studie har varit att kartlÀgga hur tre svenska tidskrifter riktade till unga kvinnor anvÀnder bloggen, dels pÄ hemsidan och dels i den tryckta upplagan. Studien har Àven syftat till att urskilja om det finns ett samarbete mellan dessa medier och hur detta i sÄ fall tar sig uttryck. Vidare har jag med denna studie velat klargöra vilka skillnader och likheter det finns gÀllande detta anvÀndande de tre tidskrifterna emellan och Àven tydliggöra hur de redaktionellt skrivna bloggarna anvÀnds.Denna uppsats har sÄledes varit avgrÀnsad till tre av de största tidskrifterna riktade till unga kvinnor i Sverige; ELLE, SOLO och VeckoRevyn. Samtliga tre anvÀnder bloggar pÄ hemsidan, har en liknande mÄlgrupp och ligger i ungefÀr samma prisklass.Studiens referensram tar ett avstamp i Public Relations dÀr det tittas nÀrmare pÄ Co-Creational Perspective och Excellence Theory. The purpose of this study is, based on theories of gender and hegemonic masculinity, to studyhow masculinity and femininity is constructed and reproduced in one of the most popularSwedish podcast: Filip & Fredriks podcast. The main theory in this study is that gender issocially created and sustained by humans through language and interaction with others.The study's research questions is: How are gender roles/gender portrayed in Filip & Fredrik'spodcast? What characteristics are attributed to men and women in Filip & Fredrik's podcast?How does Filip & Fredrik's podcast represents conditions and power relations between menand women?Through an linguistic textual analysis, which is an application of discourse analysis, I seek toget beneath the surface meanings of texts and examine more implicit social meanings andideologies regarding gender. It includes an analysis of metaphors, word choices and syntax.The analysis shows underlying values and ideologies that indicates gender structures in abroader societal context. Choice of words and metaphores in Filip & Fredriks's podcastexpresses symbolism where men and male-typical attributes are highly valued, whilst womanand female-typical attributes is being devalued and representative of the opposite.Masculinities and femininities are also constructed and represented in various ways throughsentence constructions that guides the listeners in certain directions.

I have chosen this subject so that I, as a pre-school teacher, can adhere to the curriculum?s aim of maintaining the school?s responsibility for counteracting traditional gender roles. I aim to study how gender is represented in literature for children.I shall apply Yvonne Hirdman?s theories on the gender system which is built on the principals whereby the sexes are separate entities and there is a structural hierarchy between them.

This paper explores the emic use of ?Internet trolls" and trolling behaviour in one specific Internet community. The findings are compared with, and put in relations to the conventional definition of Internet-trolls as individuals who deliberately, typically anonymously, antagonize other users of online common spaces.A forum dealing with matters of relationship issues in the Swedish online community Message Board of Familjeliv.se, was the subject of field-work that provided the basic empirical material for the research; three comparable threads on the subject of infidelity. These could all be said to contain suspected trolling, and such suspicions were also ascribed participants throughout the discussions. The analysis was undertaken mainly in terms of quality of narrative, performance and interaction.A comparative method and a genre analysis out of a holistic and functionalistic perspective is used to shed some light on how forum participants organize themselves and steer narratives towards desired outcomes.

Syftet med denna studie Ă€r att studera nĂ„gra utvalda lĂ€rares syn pĂ„ individualiseÂring i matematikundervisningen för Ă„rskurs 4-6. Denna studie belyser och analyserar hur lĂ€rarna i studien ser pĂ„ individualisering och vilka möjligheter och begrĂ€nsningar de upplever, vad lĂ€rare grundar sin individualiÂsering pĂ„ och hur de sedan planerar och anpassar den i sin matematikunderÂvisning. Med hjĂ€lp av en urvalsenkĂ€t, dĂ€r lĂ€rare svarade kortfattat pĂ„ ett fĂ„tal frĂ„gor angĂ„ende deras individualisering i matematikundervisning, valdes lĂ€rare ut till sex olika kvalitativa intervjuer. De kvalitativa intervjuerna genomfördes för att fĂ„ en djupare förstĂ„else för lĂ€rares syn, förhĂ„llningssĂ€tt, mĂ„lsĂ€ttningar och planeringar med individualisering. De intervjuade lĂ€rarna har alla en god medvetenhet om individualisering och genomför den framförallt genom olika arbetsmoment och arbetsmaterial i sin undervisning.

In May 1675, the local court in the northern Swedish parish of NordingrĂ„, which had approximately 1,000 inhabitants, held a preliminary investigation on 113 persons accused of witch-craft and superstition. For the majority of the 113, the main accusation was to have travelled to BlĂ„kulla, a place where witches according to Swedish folklore participated in satanic festivities and rites led by the Devil himself. The preliminary investigation was held at the request of The Royal Witch-craft Commission. NordingrĂ„ belonged to the province of Ă
ngermanland, one of the Swedish provinces with the highest number of witch trials in the 1670s. The trials in NordingrÄ have, more or less never been examined before, mainly due to the fact that no sentences or penalties were ever imposed.The purpose of this paper is to examine social relations and social conflicts in NordingrÄ with the records from the witch trial 1675 as the primary source.
