Denna uppsats behandlar delat ledarskap. Syftet har varit att ur ledares synvinkel undersöka orsakerna till delat ledarskap samt de konsekvenser som uppkommer av delat ledarskap för ledarna, medarbetarna, familjerna och organisationerna. Vår metod för att lyckas med detta har varit intervjuer och vårt tillvägagångssätt vid insamling av teori och empiri har varit abduktivt. Analysen visade att orsakerna till att intervjupersonerna ville dela sitt ledarskap var att det skulle bli roligt samt möjligheten att alltid ha ett bollplank. De flesta menar att de tack vare sin arbetspartner har möjlighet att utnyttja sina styrkor och att arbetet därigenom blir mer effektivt vilket gynnar organisationen.

ABB Capacitors Ludvika started their LEAN-project in november 2010, but still has not the whole factory been introduced to the LEAN-tool called 5S. 5S is only implemented on the ?easiest? work-areas.By implementing 5S, at the workingstation called inburkningen, would make the workstation and the area around it much more structured, clean and systematized. The operators are a little bit skeptical to the work that includes continuous improvement today, because they can not see any progresses. If 5S were implememted the operators would be able to avoid searching for tools because with 5S, each tool will have a specified place at the workstation.5S would simplify the cooperation between the shifts, because 5S includes clear instructions for how the workstations will be cleaned after each shift.This report will include my recommendations, thoughts and opinions regarding however ABB Capacitors Ludvika should implement or not implement the LEAN-tool 5S.

AbstractIn this text the attitudes towards and using of blogs in teaching Swedish toteenagers will be explored. The results are based on a survey made amongst 17teachers and 58 students from all over Sweden. The end results show that theusage of blog still hasn?t found a permanent way into the classrooms, but has anappeal to and is being used by predominantly younger teachers both, male andfemale, with a positive response from students regardless of gender. Theconclusion is that using web tools like the blog is an easy first step for schools toconnect to the digital society of the 21stcentury and take advantage of the perksavailable in the digital classroom.Svensk titel:Blogg + Svenska =Sant? ? Sammanfattning: Det här är en empirisk studie om fritidgårdens samarbete med sex olika högstadieskolor i en medelstor kommun. Vi valde endast en fritidsgård för att det är den enda som finns i kommunen. Eftersom att det finns stor kriminalitet bland ungdomarna i den här kommunen undersöker vi vilka åtgärder skolan och fritidsgården tar tillsammans för att hjälpa ungdomarna ifråga.Syftet med den här studien är att beskriva och analysera samarbetet mellan fritidsgården och högstadieskolorna ur ett ledarperspektiv. Undersökningen genomfördes som en kvalitativ studie.En av de största hinder är att struktur och mål är oklara i samarbetena. Fritidsledarna och skolans ledning har stor flexibilitet i utbildningsbakgrunden och olika erfarenheter och därför kunde de ge mycket mer i de här samarbetena om mål och struktur var tydligare.

Medarbetarsamtal är en form av samtal på individnivå. Samtal kan vara en viktig arbetsform även för hälsopedagoger som arbetar med människor på individnivå. Att veta hur pedagogiken kan användas i samtal för att påverka individer blir därmed en stor tillgång.Undersökningen syftar till att ta reda på om och i sådana fall hur pedagogiska ledare använder sig av pedagogik i medarbetarsamtal.Uppsatsen bygger på en kvalitativ ansats och den metod som har använts är intervju. Fyra intervjuer har genomförts med en urvalsgrupp bestående av personer med pedagogisk högskoleutbildning och som arbetar som ledare på en pedagogisk arena.Resultatet visade att medarbetarsamtalen till stor del är baserade på utveckling och utvecklingsinriktat lärande. Reflektion ses som det viktigaste verktyget man som pedagog har i samtal som syftar till utveckling hos en annan individ.

Title: Music teachers' practising of music - thoughts and values from a few music teachers. This study is about music teachers' valuation of practising music. The study is focused on the music that these teachers are devoted to but is not a part of their teaching in music. The papershows how the relation between music teachers and their ability to be devoted to practising music of their own choice, affects them as individuals. The study is carried out at a Swedish upper secondary school which has an educational programme that is focused on music.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur en balanserad styrning i praktiken påverkar verksamheters lärande och utveckling, samt hur en balanserad styrning i praktiken påverkar verksamheters förutsättningar att bli en lärande organisation. Balanserad styrning är en svensköversatt modell av balanced scorecard, en amerikansk styrform. Det teoretiska perspektivet i studien är miljöpedagogik och lärande organisation. Studien bygger på en hermeneutisk tolkande ansats, vilket syftar till att här skapa förståelse för hur en balanserad styrning fungerar i praktiken avseende lärande och utveckling samt hur den skapar förutsättningar för att bli en lärande organisation. Intervjuer har använts som datainsamlingsmetod, respondenter från två kommuner har intervjuats, och i varje kommun har en enhetschef och två medarbetare intervjuats.

The DuPont formula is one of the most well known and basic tools used for financial statement analysis and is highly useful for understanding firms strategies and operating environment. Previous studies on American listed companies have also shown that analysis of the changes in the DuPont components is useful in forecasting contexts. In this thesis we test whether disaggregating the change in return on net operating assets provides incremental information about future performance for Swedish listed and not listed companies. We find that the change in asset turnover is a leading indicator of increased profitability for both listed and private companies, regardless of size. We also find evidence that the usefulness of the disaggregation for understanding future performance is greater in capital intense industries and lesser in service industries..

The purpose of this master thesis is to investigate what the work situation of children's librarians looks like in the year 2000, after the changes in society which took place since the 1980's. Did the tasks of children's librarians change during the nineties, and if so, in what way and why have they changed? Which new knowledge needs emerged for children's librarians during the nineties, and what was the cause of these new needs? Finally I want to know which needs for professional development arose, and how these needs are fulfilled. The thesis is based on qualitative interviews with children's librarians, library managers, library consultants, one representative of the Swedish school of Library and Information Studies and one member of SAB's children and youth committee. The study reveals that the identity of children's librarianship is strongly associated with the stimulation of language and reading.

Utifra?n en etnografisk arbetsmetod observerades en svenskla?rare pa? en gymnasieskola under fyra lektionstimmar fo?r att underso?ka hur la?raren kommunicerade med sina elever ickeverbalt. Parallellt med observationerna intervjuades ba?de la?raren och eleverna som deltog i underso?kningen.

According to the Läroplan för förskolan, Lpfö 98, are pre-schools suppose to introduce the written language and embrace childrens curiosity about the ability to communicate with the written language. The purpose with this research is therefor to study the attitudes of pre-school teachers towards three- to five years olds writing and also to shred some light over which role teachers and other adults have when children learn to write. The earlier research contains different theories about how children in pre-schools conquer the written language and the teachers role in this process. Teachers attitudes towards and thoughts about childrens early writing could be made visible through interviews with teachers who all currently work at pre-schools. The results indicate that pre-school teachers have different attitudes towards childrens early attempts to write.

This is a qualitative case study of young womens? experiences of blogging about One Direction on the social media/microblogging platform Tumblr. The aim of this study was to find out what fan blogging is and why fans blog. We did this by creating an account on Tumblr where we invited young women between the ages of 16?29, who had active fan blogs dedicated to One Direction, to answer an open-ended questionnaire.

Diagnosis of adhd, the cause and consequence. A study about the teachers thought about it.The purpose of this study was to examine teachers experience and views about children diagnosed with adhd, and what implication and effects it gives to the pedagogy strategies in the classroom.This is a qualitative study based on the experience of six teachers from primary school. My results have been compiled and compared to special educational research about adhd, from three different perspectives.The results showed that the teachers who have been working as teachers for a longer period, think that the problems of adhd occur primarily due to environmental causes, but then also say that they think the individual causes matters. It is also these teachers that talks very well about medication as a treatment to cure adhd symptoms. The teachers who have worked the shortest time, most of them have some special education from the teacher education.

Syftet med denna studie var att få en ökad förståelse för hur och varför personalen på en institution som drivs av Statens institutionsstyrelse, bemöter ungdomar olika utifrån kön och vilka faktorer som spelar in i dessa skillnader. Vidare så ville jag även fördjupa mig i hur reflektion som verktyg kan användas till ett ökat lärande och utveckling hos personalen. Kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer med åtta anställda har genomförts samt ett observationstillfälle på vardera avdelningen. För att tolka resultaten har en hermeneutisk ansats använts. Resultatet visar på att personalen bemöter ungdomarna olika beroende på kön och vilken avdelning personalen arbetar på.
