ATT GE OCH TA EMOT FEEDBACK : några lärares upplevelser av feedback i sin arbetssituation

Syftet med föreliggande studie var att få en större förståelse för hur några lärare upplevde feedback i sin arbetssituation. De frågeställningar som studien baserades på var: Vilken inverkan har feedback på arbetsglädjen på en arbetsplats, sett ur ett medarbetarperspektiv? På vilket sätt har denna feedback en relation till lärarnas utveckling av sin egen feedbackkompetens? Det metodologiska angreppssättet var en semistrukturerad intervjuguide. Urvalet bestod av åtta lärare. Intervjuerna varade 20-35 minuter.

The so called ?ByggaF-method? is a relatively new Swedish method to stop moisture from being built into a building. EAS-tagg med fuktsensor : Design och utvärdering av EAS-alarmteknologi för fuktdetektering

Electronic article surveillance (EAS) is widely used in shops and libraries together with an RF-tag attached to the goods or books in order to prevent shoplifting. By implementing the addition of a moisture sensor to the RF-tag, other functions become possible, including the ability to use as an alarm with regards to frozen goods, which have been shipped but which have melted and have, subsequently, refrozen. In- relation to care for the elderly, one time-consuming step involves checking whether there is the necessity for a change of diaper and this can, instead, be based on an RF-tag with an EAS-system alarm. A preliminary investigation was made using the moisture sensors, which involved how the resistance changes when liquid and/or heat is applied. A simulation of the LCCR circuit (RF-tag with the sensor) was conducted in order to determine how the resonance frequency changes for different resistances levels.

At the Military Academy Karlberg and the basic officers training there is a lot of discussions about feedback and how it is supposed to be carried out. This essay discusses the matter of how well we live up to the demands set by leadership classes at the Military Academy, what the platoon leaders do think about how feedback takes its expression. The questions about how feedback is used are to be answered by interviews with five platoon leaders and their thoughts about how feedback is communicated at the Academy.

A literature study and a field trial have been carried out in order to investigate the physiological response of potato plants to different soil moisture levels. Higher yield, quality and number of tubers can according to the literature be obtained if constant high soil moisture is kept during major parts of the growing season. A field trial was set up where drip irrigation was used as an alternative to conventional irrigation techniques to maintain high and constant soil moisture. The application of water in the drip irrigated area was monitored and adjusted on a daily basis so that the soil moisture stayed as close as possible to the recommended level. The sprinkle irrigated area was irrigated according to traditional practices with approximately 35 mm every 7th to 10th day depending on the whether.

Vems feedback är viktigast- chefens eller arbetskamratens? : En kvantitativ studie som belyser feedback på arbetsplatsen

Syftet med föreliggande studie var att studera om det fanns skillnader i hur fyra dimensioner av feedback uppfattades beroende på om den kom från arbetskamrat eller chef. De fyra dimensionerna var; Kvalité, Framförande, Positiv och Negativ feedback. Ytterligare ett syfte var att undersöka om kön, ålder och anställningstid hade en påverkan i uppfattningen av de fyra feedbackdimensionerna. Studien utfördes på en anstalt och en kriminalvårds-utbildningsenhet i mellan Sverige. Mätinstrumentet som användes var Feedback environment scale (FES) ursprungligen framtagen av Steelman, Levy och Snell (2004) och översatt till svenska av Jansson och Nilsson (2010).

In order to calculate the removal, you need to know how much of different elements you will find in different tree compartments. The aim of this study was to investigate if the concentration of elements in different tree compartments of spruce (Picea abies (L.) Karst) were related to the moisture conditions of the site. Five plots at Risfallet (60º 21´ N, 16º 13´ E), was placed along a moisture gradient in a 40- year spruce stand.

Feedback: en studie om betydelsen av feedback i
undervisningen i de tidigare åren

I detta arbete har vi undersökt i vilken omfattning och i vilka former feedback förekommer samt om feedback har betydelse för motivationen i lärandet. Undersökningen genomfördes på två grundskolor bland elever i år 5 och 6, och bland lärare vilka arbetat mellan 10 månader och upp till 37 år. Enligt litteraturen är feedback detsamma som återkoppling och påverkar elevernas motivation i skolan och feedback bör nyttja eleven så att denne motiveras att inhämta vidare kunskaper. Litteraturstudien påvisade även att det finns olika typer av feedback, summativ och formativ, samt att det är betydande både för elever och lärare med feedback. Studien visade även att feedback leder till reflektion då eleven fått så pass mycket hjälp att denne på egen hand söker vidare kunskaper.

Hur olika lärstilar påverkar individens upplevelse av feedback

Syfte: Syftet är att beskriva hur användningen av feedback effektiviserar organisationer. Metod: I denna uppsats har en kvalitativ ansats använts för att studera upplevelsen av feedback på individnivå. Respondenterna, från två medelstora företag i södra Sverige, har dels intervjuats genom en riktad öppen intervjukaraktär samt fått svara på en enkätundersökning för att kategoriseras efter lärstilarna. Slutsatser: Vårt resultat visar att individers olika upplevelser av feedback kan spåras till individens lärstil. Varje lärstil har sina egna utmärkande faktorer som organisationer bör ta hänsyn till vid förmedling av feedback till de anställda.
