Skolmaten är ett ständigt omtalat och debatterat ämne. Flera studier som genomförts på ungdomars matvanor visar att det blir allt vanligare att elever i högstadiet avstår från att äta skollunch varje dag. Hammarö kommun genomför våren 2007 ett projekt med målet att få fler elever att i större utsträckning än tidigare få i sig ett näringsriktigt sammansatt, varmt mål mat under skoldagen. Projektet genomförs i form av att köttbullar, kokt potatis, sås och lingonsylt dagligen serveras som alternativrätt till den ordinarie maten på matsedeln. Då skolmaten är känsligt ämne har detta fått stor genomslagskraft i media och många har velat yttra sig i frågan.

The essay is an effort to examine and define three examples of liminal dance performances through an aesthetic, hermeneutic and semiotic analysis. The examples are three dance or liminal performances, made by three different choreographers and performed at ?Moderna Dansteatern? and ?Dansens Hus? in Stockholm during September and October 2005. In the effort to determine the liminal and cross-over in the performances, the analysis focus on aspects such as: the character of the work, choreography, the use of scenery, stage light, requisites, conception of place and interior room, the use of costume and mask, the use of different media as text, pictures, film, and music or not using any these, and the interaction with the audience. The analysis depends on a historical background and the use of literature in the subject.

We have, after three years of studying at Södertörns University Collage, experienced that there is great division in the classroom between students of foreign origin and ethnically Swedish students. How the students choose to place themselves in the classroom form a pattern on the basis of students? outer shells. The aim of this study is to understand what impact the student?s social orders has on the position they choose in the classroom.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to research how the Göteborg City Museum places their organization in a context of culture policies andmuseology.The discursive analysis constitutes the methodical frame for this thesis. According to the analysis of this thesis, since an increasing influence of a market-­oriented discourse, an antagonism between a sociological pathos and a market-­oriented instrumentality seems to be the major theoretical clash at the museum. Inside the organization though, the personnel lacks broader insights concerning these theoretical conflicts, but the stressed economic situation creates no room for further theorization. There is a risk to get caught in a market-oriented discourse where there is no time to reflect on the effects of the discourse because of the lack of time that the discourse itself generates.

Intranets can streamline workflow processes, improve communication and add value to the employees of an organization. Companies that don?t take advantage of the potential in their intranet is a common phenomenon. In connection with a migration project dealing with a switch of content management system it turned out that SAS Technical Services lacked clear objectives and strategies for the use of their intranet. Thereby they didn?t make the most of the possibilities an intranet brings.The work with this thesis began with collecting the experiences the company could take with them from the migration project.

the most obvious problem at Traction today is the in-between handling that demands much time and resources. The reason is that the packages are not designed with handling in mind. Several of the packages of today also have a poor degree of utilization that means there is room for a fewer number of articles. That in turn means more packages, more transports, more storage space and more staff. On the basis of a specification of demands ? which take quality and environmental influence, as well as transport, handling and economy in account ? we have developed suggestions on new packages that will facilitate handling and lower the total costs, The time of handling will in some cases abbreviate to just a few seconds with the new packages.

Socialstyrelsen, i sin roll av tillsynsmyndighet för den läkemedelsassisterade opiatvården, utfärdar riktlinjer för detta arbete. Av dessa framkommer vissa skyddsfaktorer av särskild vikt, vilka har operationaliserats i en factorial survey med en randomiserad och en standardiserad vinjettkomponent. Dessa bedömdes av yrkesverksamma inom underhållsbehandling, totalt 38 personer. Materialet bearbetades genom multipel regressionsanalys. Resultatet visade att tre av variablerna - psykosocial intervention, boendesituationen samt familjen/nätverkets stöd, har ungefär lika stor påverkan på bedömningar.

Näringsrik mat och bra matvanor är en viktig förutsättning för god hälsa. Valet av mat styrs av olika faktorer, till exempel media, vänner/familj och ekonomi. Då många levnadsvanor skapas i ungdomsåren får dessa en stor betydelse för hälsan senare i livet. Av denna anledning väcktes intresset att undersöka unga tjejers uppfattningar kring hälsosam mat. Vidare ville vi undersöka vilka faktorer som påverkar deras matval.Metodvalet i studien blev fokusgruppsintervjuer.

Every place is a stage where people interact. The nature of the stage and its scenography to some extent shapes the interaction. Considered as a place, the school ground gives rise to many varying expectations. Lower school pupils often have clear ideas of how they are expected to behave and how they are expected to use the place. But as the pupils age, the purpose of the school ground grows less obvious.

Detta examensarbete är en förstudie där väl lyssningsanpassade rum har undersökts både objektivt och subjektivt med syftet att kunna identifiera och tolka allmänna akustiska fenomen som uppstår, och upplevs, samt upplysa läsaren om dessa. Rapporten behandlar ljudfysik så som akustik och våglära, ljudteknikerns roll, psykoakustik, kontrollrum och teknisk utrustning. De mätningar och lyssningstest som utförts har alla utgått ifrån den tänka lyssningspositionen som sedan ställts mot specifika krav och rekommendationer från AMS (Audio Measurement Standards) och EBU (European Brodcasting Union). Lyssningstesten har gjorts efter EBU-standard. Även intervjustudier har genomförts med erfarna ljudtekniker.

Måltiden kan behandlas och ses ur många olika perspektiv så som fysiologiska där näringen är främsta motivet men även ur kulturella och sociologiska perspektiv. Mat är inte bara näring, utan också gemenskap och mättnad. Detta har varit utgångspunkten i den här uppsatsen då fokus varit på den sociologiska aspekten på måltiden.I uppsatsen är det måltidens sociala betydelse för gemenskap som behandlas. Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka hur blivande hem- och konsumentkunskapslärare tänker kring måltidens betydelse för social gemenskap ur två perspektiv. Det handlar dels om betydelsen i deras eget liv, dels hur de tänker kring detta i sin blivande profession som lärare i hem- och konsumentkunskap.I den empiriska undersökningen har åtta intervjuer med blivande lärare inom hem- och konsumentkunskap genomförts.

In my degree project I have focused on how to make it easier for ambulance personnel to remove a motorcycle helmet after an accident. During my research I have interviewed ambulance personnel from different cities and a trauma surgeon to get a better understanding of how they work today and the problems they experience. Some of the problem areas are that you need a lot of force to remove the helmet, that the padding catches the ears and that the chin guard catches the face. Since ambulance personnel always assume that there is a neck injury after an accident, all these problems make it difficult to remove the helmet safely.The result is a motorcycle helmet with a focus on safe removal after an accident, to reduce the risk of worsening a neck injury. The solution suggested is that a small part of the back of the helmet is detachable, to make the opening larger.

Uppsatsen handlar om den fysiska inomhusmiljöns utformning och hur den påverkar barns lek och lärande. I vår studie har vi intervjuat tretton pedagoger från två förskolor, en Montessoriförskola, samt två skolor. Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka och belysa miljöns betydelse för barns lek och lärande och att se hur pedagogers medvetenhet är kring miljön som arbetsredskap. Vi såg av resultatet av vår studie, att pedagogerna anser att den fysiska inomhusmiljön har betydelse för barns lek och lärande. Pedagogerna var också överens om att miljön ska vara lugn, harmonisk och genomtänkt.
