As most developed countries Norway has an ageing population meaning that the number of pensioners is predicted to grow rapidly over the coming years. As a consequence the Norwegian pension system will not be able to provide for these future pensioners. Meanwhile, a rising number of early retirees and disability pension claimants is diminishing the real retirement age. Also the individual pension amount is growing while the pension system itself reaches maturity. In short, major reforms are needed in the Norwegian pension system.

Det här examensarbetet syftar till att belysa tre före detta floristelevers tankar och upplevelser av sin treåriga gymnasieutbildning på Hantverksprogrammet, med inriktning florist. Alla tre tog studenten från samma klass 2011 och är i dag verksamma florister. Respondenterna har fått svara på frågor utifrån fyra begrepp; kreativitet, motivation, bildning och förståelse. De anser att de har fått stort utrymme under sina praktikperioder och i skolan, till att vara kreativa, med undantag från en av respondenternas upplevelser under det sista året. Men förutsättningarna för att vara kreativ under utbildningen, har sett lite olika ut.

Inom den offentliga verksamheten finns alltid budgetproblematiken dvs. att behoven alltid ärstörre än de befintliga medlen. Därför måste alltid prioriteringar göras. Infrastruktur i Sverigedelas upp i två grupper ? riksväg , länsväg och kommunväg.

Local cultural environment planning in Sweden often comes to rely on municipal heritage plans. These plans are meant to facilitate management of local cultural values, work as a tool for local planning and increase awareness of cultural environments for the public. In the last decades public participation in planning has become more and more of the ideal strategy, challenging the idea of cultural environment planning as an expert-led field. The idea of the field as one that implicates public participation as a strategy has been fortified in Sweden through national goals, government bills and conventions. Nevertheless the implementation of public participation in municipal heritage plans remains quite uncharted. The aim of this study is to explore public participation in regards to how municipal heritage plans are developed and the perception of public participation in cultural environment planning amongst professionals, comparing bigger and smaller municipalities.

Kommunen har varit skyldig sedan utbildningsreformen 1992 att bidra till finansieringen av friskolorna. Sedan dess har antalet friskolor ökat markant i Sverige. Kommunen sitter på två stolar när det gäller styrningen av gymnasieskolan. Dels utövare när det gäller den egna kommunala skolan, dels som finansiär när det gäller den fristående gymnasieskolan. Dagens elevpeng ger eleverna en valfrihet att välja vilken skola som de anser maximerar deras egen nytta.

Summary in EnglishThe purpose of this essay has been to examine the Christology of Wolfhart Pannenberg, and especially his interpretation of the belief in Jesus as true God and true man. The consequences for his ontology and his view of the incarnation are also focused upon.Fundamental features in the Christology of Pannenberg demand a closer examination in this connection. First, christological method regarding which a certain development can be shown from the early to the late writings of Pannenberg. According to my view, the later Pannenberg is more balanced in his way of describing the christological movements "from above" and "from below" and how these movements complement each other. In contradistinction to his mature Systematic Theology, in Jesus, God and Man from the 1960s he was more categorically an advocate of the from-below-perspective.Secondly, Pannenberg risks his entire Christology claiming the historicity of the resurrection.

Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet med denna studie är att kartlägga attityder på ledningsnivå till att använda fysisk aktivitet för de anställda som medel för att öka de ekonomiska vinsterna i företaget.Frågeställningar:? Hur ser attityderna till fysiskt aktiva medarbetare ut, utifrån ett ledningsperspektiv på företaget?? Hur ser företagsledningen på kopplingen mellan medarbetarnas fysiska status och företagets ekonomiska resultat?MetodInsamling av material till studien skedde genom intervjuer och utgår ifrån en kvalitativ undersökningsansats. Kontakt togs med en person på ledningsnivå på fem företag. Denna person kom sedan att representera respektive företags attityder. Intervjuer gjordes även med två ledande organisationer på den svenska arbetsmarknaden, en på arbetsgivarsidan respektive en på arbetstagarsidan som komplement till övriga intervjuer.ResultatDe attityder kring hälsoekonomi som framkom i denna studie var av varierande karaktär.

The starting point of this study is that the news media in general strongly influence which topics determine the public agenda by their choice of what is considered newsworthy. The study is based on articles from two major Swedish daily newspapers, Svenska Dagbladet and Dagens Nyheter. The aim of our thesis is to establish how the environmental public debate as portrayed in the newspaper corresponds to the environmental discussion within the scientific (subject matter expert) field, that is taught by the academic institutions, or if the two materially differ. The environmental communication discourse at the academic institutions advocates ?episodic? formation as the driving force behind transformation of attitudes and behavioral preconceptions. This episodic formation is aimed at incentivizing change by creating intimacy to the incident by linking cause and consequence to the individual citizen instead of to society as a whole.

Auktioner på nätet har på senare år blivit en vital del i många företags verksamheter. Speciellt mindre företag med begränsad budget och IT-kompetens har upptäckt de möjligheter som auktionssidor erbjuder och idag är dessa marknadsplatser överbefolkade av små, ofta nischade aktörer. På grund av stark lokal såväl som global konkurrens från större företag hade bara en bråkdel av dessa aktörer kunnat existera om inte möjligheten att använda internetauktioner som alternativ distributionskälla funnits. Vårt syfte med detta arbete är att studera en av dessa aktörer och vår frågeställning är hur valt företag med hjälp av auktionssidor genererat långvariga konkurrensfördelar gentemot större aktörer på marknaden. Att skapa långvariga konkurrensfördelar handlar i grunden om att skapa en långsiktigt framgångsrik strategi i relation till konkurrenterna. Huruvida ett företag lyckas med detta beror på en rad olika faktorer Det företag som vi har valt att studera är en av de tio största aktörerna på den svenska auktionssidan Tradera och de har valt att nischa sig mot äldre tvspelsrelaterade produkter.

Traditionally risk-based measures have been used to assess animal welfare in legislation and certification schemes. With increased knowledge and research, debate today tends to focus on and advocate the use of animal-based measures. However this is not a panacea for welfare and the most sound conclusion should be that assessment of animal welfare needs both. The aim of this thesis is to identify the points that need to be taken into consideration to find the optimal balance in the use of input and outcome measures according to the aim of the assessment and how these should be applied when designing a certification scheme? To answer this, a comparison of the use of resource-based, management-based and animal-based measures in two certification schemes for dairy cow welfare, Freedom Food (UK) and Svenskt Sigill (SWE), was made.

The making of a cultural historical exhibition usually involves the collaboration of two categories of professionals: the curator, in charge of the exhibition content, and the designer. From these positions, representing content and form, the team is in charge of cooperating towards a shared goal ? the exhibition ? which is the spatial expression of ideas.This MA thesis is based on my work experience as a designer of cultural historical exhibitions. By means of situations where my perspective collided with that of the museum curators?, I examine our different concepts on a number of issues: the meaning of an exhibition; the process; and the perception of what our respective roles are.

In the current situation in the housing market and in particular the inner city much attention is directed towards achieved prices per square meter in sales. The indicator is as a principle an appropriate measure of the housing market?s health and development, and can to some extent be used to make approximations of the general economic health status of municipalities and counties. It occurs occasionally that questions about whether prices are based on fundamentals at all times.The thesis questions that very issue, not from a macro accompanying financial perspective but rather from a microeconomic perspective, where each tenant ownership in the study is a micro-object. Are the observed prices per square meter rational relative to housing cooperative?s assets or is there a lack in the observed prices anchoring the respective association's finances.

The paper is a thesis made by three students in the engineering program at Jönköping School of engineering. The thesis was overseen by the urban planning office and features data from Jönköping County.The purpose of the thesis is to improve future central districts by improvement of work methods. The aim of this thesis is, through an evaluation of process mapping, develop a model for systematical work methods with better experience feedback in the urban planning. The following three questions have been answered:? How is the process mapping of the urban planning in Jönköping County built today and how did it affect the current district Kålgården?? How can the urban planning of Jönköping improve with a more systematical work method with better experience feedback?? How can critics elaborate the developed method to make it enough stable and in general applicable method to enforce on future districts?Literature studies and interviews were made to review the work methods of the office of urban planning as well as how their experience feedback works.

Zoo animals can be more or less disturbed by the presence of care takers as well as visitors. This may lead to stress and/or abnormal behaviour. The purpose with this study was to give a time budget of the behaviour of the captive wolves? (Canis lupus) and occurrence of behavioural disturbances and how this is affected of human visitors. For this purpose the wolves at Nordens Ark have been studied during off season as well as on season. The zoo Nordens Ark is an idealistic foundation which was founded in 1988 and is located at Åby säteri, 130 km north of Gothenburg.

 The purpose of this study was to study social work models to explain addiction in the assessment of response to people with addictions. This study investigated how social workers' explanations are shaped by their experiences, theoretical points influenced by research in a discretion is affected by organizational conditions, manuals, evidence-based practice and national guidelines in an investigative process. The material in this study has emerged through interviews with four social workers in the social services department for addiction and dependence. The essay is a qualitative study with personal interviews as the basis for the result. The study begins with a description of addiction and dependence, current laws on the matter, and officer's work.
