Finns det samband mellan upplevd arbetstillfredsstÀllelse och

Flera studier har undersökt sambandet mellan arbetstillfredsstÀllelse och Älder. Resultaten tyder pÄ att Àldre trivs bÀttre med jobbet men det saknas dock empiri som förklarar detta eventuella samband. Denna studie syftade till att undersöka förekomsten av samband mellan upplevd arbetstillfredsstÀllelse och variablerna; Herzbergs hygien-och motivationsfaktorer samt Älder. En enkÀt delades ut till 100 anstÀllda pÄ psykologiska institutionen vid Stockholms universitet. Resultatet visade inget signifikant samband mellan Älder och arbetstillfredsstÀllelse.

Motivation vid motion : vilka faktorer kan pÄverka?

Alla mÀnniskor behöver aktivera sig fysiskt och motionera pÄ ett eller annat sÀtt. Men för att kunna motionera krÀvs det att motivation finns. Forskning har visat att motivation gÄr att dela in i framförallt tvÄ former, det Àr inre motivation och yttre motivation. Den senare formen finns i fyra olika grader. Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka vad som upplevdes motivera till motion hos medlemmar pÄ Friskis & Svettis.

This qualitative study aims to investigate some secondary school teacers' attitudes to and experiences of motivation in their second language classrooms. Through qualitative interviews with five teachers some different perspectives on motivation and its function in second language acquisition have come to light. First, motivation is seen as something important and some teachers tend to distinguish between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Those who do so tend to value intrinsic motivation more highly. Secondly, teachers believe they can affect students' levels of motivation.

Background: Employees acting towards company goals and having a strong desire to remain in the organisation are very important for the success of a company. Motivational factor for physical exercise in elderly people

Syfte: Syftet med denna studie Ă€r att undersöka de skĂ€l som motiverar Ă€ldre mĂ€nniskor att motionera och att undersöka hur tillgĂ„ngen till idrottsanlĂ€ggningar pĂ„verkar deras motivation till motion. Metod: Tio Ă€ldre mĂ€nniskor (60-72 Ă„r) intervjuades med semistrukturerade intervjuer. Resultat: Resultaten av intervjuanalysen bidrog till att identifiera flera huvudteman som skĂ€l till att motionera. Dessa teman Ă€r: Fysiskt vĂ€lbefinnande, Psykiskt vĂ€lbefinnande, Socialt tillhörighet, Synliga resultat och Ändrade livsförhĂ„llanden. Resultaten visade ocksĂ„ att nĂ€rheten till idrottsanlĂ€ggningar Ă€r av stor betydelse för Ă€ldres motivation till motion. Slutsats: Sammanfattningsvis tycks Ă€ldre mĂ€nniskors motivation till motion vara knuten till deras kĂ€nslor inför dem sjĂ€lva, de positiva effekter motionen hade pĂ„ deras hĂ€lsa och andra aspekter av deras liv. Studiens resultat bidrar med förslag till Ă„tgĂ€rder som kan vara viktiga att tillĂ€mpas som motivationsfaktorer. Dessa förslag kan hjĂ€lpa att motivera Ă€ldre mĂ€nniskor att motionera..

GymnasielÀrarnas upplevelser av egen och elevernas motivation

Syftet med fokusgruppstudien var att undersöka gymnasielÀrares upplevelser av den egna motivation samt att ta reda pÄ vilka faktorer de anser pÄverkar elevernas motivation i undervisning och lÀrande. Resultaten visade, i enlighet med tidigare forskning, att de frÀmsta motivationsskapande faktorerna för eleverna Àr en god relation mellan lÀrare och elev, att eleverna fÄr möjlighet att vara delaktiga i undervisningen samt möjlighet till olika val i undervisningen. LÀrarnas egen motivation visades öka av att undervisa och av möten med eleverna. Motivationen minskade dock av otrygg arbetsmiljö, otrygga arbetsförhÄllanden och arbetsuppgifter som inte har med undervisning att göra. LÀrarna upplevde att deras egen motivation och engagemang i arbetet pÄverkade elevernas motivation och engagemang..

Kulturens inflytande pÄ motivationsprocessen

Background: Different cultures meet to a greater extent than before as a result of the increasing globalisation. Therefore, international leaders have to count on greater differences in behaviour of their employees within organisations than they have experience from. It can consequently be difficult in an international environment to understand what motivate individuals of a different culture. Purpose: The purpose of this report is to make greater understanding for how national cultures influence leaders methods to motivate their employees in an international environment in Spain where two different cultures confront. Performance: The study has been made by 14 qualitative interviews with Spanish and Swedish leaders in Spain.

Att investera via delÀgarbaserad crowdfunding : Motiverande och yttre sociala faktorer som bidrar till ett investeringsbeslut

The purpose of this research was to examine what motivates and influences an individual to invest in a project or company through equity-based crowdfunding. The intention was therefore to identify internal and external motivation factors and examine how external social factors such as the Internet, other individuals? investment decisions and interaction in social groups affect an individual when he or she invests through equity-based crowdfunding. The results showed that both internal and external motivation factors are important components of an investment through equity-based crowdfunding. External motivators proved to be for example yields and helping entrepreneurs.

Motivation, kunskapssyn och ledarskap - en studie av fem svensklÀrares syn pÄ motivation

Syftet med följande arbete Àr att undersöka vilken syn fem gymnasielÀrare i svenska har pÄ motivation och vad de gör för att skapa motivation hos sina elever. The need for second language learning is increasing in today?s multicultural and globalized society, and adult studies are becoming more common. Teachers must encourage all students, and all schools need to promote equality. Motivation is one of the most important factors for positive learning and progress, and it can be helpful for second language teachers to know more about this subject. The purpose of this paper is to identify the factors affecting the experience transfer at the rotation of the missions. This is to identify the respective influences are inhibitory factor, which contributes to a less efficient transfer, or if it contributes to a more efficient handover. The method used for the production of this paper is a qualitative case study of squad leaders who have done service in Kosovo or Afghanistan. Through interviews with focus on the transfer of experience, both on individual and organizational level, the factors that affect are being identified. The model used is expressed in a general perspective, where each factor is categorized as inhibitory or contributing to success, and if it appears on an organizational or individual level.

Hur effektiv och sÀker Àr rekombinant och renad plasma faktor VIII-behandling för hemofili A patienter?

Haemophilia is an inherited disease which causes increased bleeding due to defect clotting factors VIII and/or IX. There are two forms of haemophilia, A and B, which both are X-linked and due to mutations of the genes of factor VIII and factor IX respectively. This study focuses on Haemophilia A and thereby factor VIII.The drugs that are available on the Swedish market today for patients with haemophilia A include Factor VIII(FVIII), which has been purified from human plasma and recombinant factor VIII(rFVIII). The main goal of this study is to gain a better understanding of the effects of treatment of haemophilia A with either purified plasma factor VIII or recombinant factor VIII on reducing or preventing bleeding and on side effects.  The study was designed as a literature review and searches were carried out in PubMed at the Linnaeus University library.  The criteria for selection of articles were: patients with haemophilia, treatment with plasma derived and/or recombinant factor VIII as well as clinical studies.
