In this work we?ve been focusing on how to adjust educational computer games in order to make them suited for the educational context of upper secondary school. Our opinion and entrance to the study is that the related developers of the subject, in some ways, have failed to successfully combine and find the balance between the entertaining and pedagogical aspects in the games. Our main questions is which aspects in the games game developers need to take in consideration to satisfy the pupils, but also what qualities that is needed for them to function in their educational context. In order to do that we had to investigate the people of the target groups own perspective on what technological and social aspects in the computer games they assess as important.

Abstract ? Noblesse oblige: a roleplaying gameDuring the 17th-century the Swedish nobility was forced to deal with a number of new challenges. They reached the height of their power, but also began their downfall. How did the nobility?s ideal come to be in the face of this? Can we in these ideals find the duties and obligations of the nobility? And if we can, how can a roleplaying game be made out of the historical facts? A roleplaying game meant for educational means, well suited for the classroom and teachers, capable of stimulating the young minds and offering them an in depth understanding of how the nobility?s minds moved.

The culture center studied has gone from being organized by enthusiasts and ideals, to being institutionalized with a educational association responsible for the management. The questions discussed are ? how this change affects the active people in the house and what consequences these changes make for the institution of the house and for the regular management..

Background: Pedagogical documentation is currently used as a natural part of the educational activities under the revised curriculum for preschool.Aim: The purpose of this study is to see how preschool teachers perceive and define educational documentation in preschool. The aim is also to see what opportunities and obstacles that may arise over the pedagogical documentation.Method: The study was conducted along a qualitative approach with questionnaires in order to reach more preschool teachers and thus obtain a broader picture of the subject content. From a phenomenological approach I have taken account of the preschool teachers' experience and perception of educational documentation and designed it to my own interpretation.Results: The results show that pedagogical documentation is an important tool in preschool teachers work not only found to contain a product, but seems more like a collection of a lot of products to be brought together into a whole..

This study investigates how social interaction affects newly arrived pupils? views on their study situation in the Swedish educational system. The aim is to give a contribution to the discussion on the notion of including ?the Other? in educational practice in multicultural schools. Semi-structured group interviews were conducted to explore how the intercultural perspective and the theory of inclusion can be used to explain the dynamics of social interaction.

I förskolans läroplan, Lpfö 98, framgår det att pedagogerna ska ha som mål att alla barn utvecklar sitt intresse för och förmåga att samtala om bilder som de ser samt att använda sig av och tolka dessa. Pedagogerna ska också sträva efter att barnen utvecklar sin förmåga att uttrycka tankar, upplevelser och känslor på flera olika sätt till exempel genom dans, drama, bild eller sång.Syftet med studien är att undersöka möjligheten att arbeta med de estetiska uttrycksformerna i förskolan, samt ifall detta arbete stimulerade barnens språkutveckling.I studien intervjuades pedagoger som är verksamma inom förskolan. De arbetade på fyra olika avdelningar på två förskolor i Blekinge.På samtliga avdelningar förekom arbete med alla olika estetiska uttrycksformer, det vill säga dans, drama, bild och musik. Pedagogerna menade att barnen tycker att detta arbete är roligt och på så vis blir det extra givande för barnens språkutveckling. Vidare påpekade de också att det är viktigt att man att använder ett korrekt språk i arbetet med barn.

The drama of Kristina Lugn?s Kvinnorna vid Svansjön (The women by the Swan Lake) takes place in the dialogue and language; the same ambiguous language that is found in Lugn?s poetry. In this essay I examine how meaning and dramatic tension is created in the dialogue of Kvinnorna vid Svansjön.I describe the play, using concepts from various drama theories. However, the most important concepts of classical drama theory such as "story" and "plot" are not really applicable. This is because of the contradictory information given in the dialogue.

 Tanken med denna uppsats är att försöka få en inblick i vilka funktioner musiken fyller i TV-dramat. Det finns en del studier att tillgå om filmmusik men ytterst lite om just musik inom TV-serier. Mitt syfte är således att undersöka vad för slags musik som används i TV-dramer, i vilka sammanhang den förekommer och dess relation i förhållande till det som utspelar sig i bild. Utöver det tar jag delvis upp diskussioner om huruvida vi ska uppfatta filmmusik medvetet eller inte. I och med det har viss vikt lagts vid att studera eventuella skillnader i upplevelsen och användandet av instrumentalmusik och populärmusik. Till mitt arbete har jag använt mig av tidigare forskning kring filmmusik och gjort en jämförande analys av polisserierna Miami Vice och Life on Mars.

Syftet med denna studie är att utifrån en kvalitativ metod undersöka hur pedagogiskt drama kan stimulera kreativitet och samarbetsförmåga hos en grupp ungdomar. Arbete ute på fältet omfattade fyra stycken dramapass som fokuserade på kreativitet och samarbete. Frågeformulär förekom även i studien både vid det första passet och vid det sista passet. Frågorna avsåg att undersöka deltagarnas syn på sin kreativitet och samarbetsförmåga samt hur denna förändrades under studiens gång. För att skapa en möjlighet till en djupare analys av det insamlade empiriska materialet utformades en teoretisk design, där två olika teorier korsades.

This paper is a qualitative study of the pedagogical conditions and the knowledge necessary for the creation and development of an education regarding leadership in the field of amateur theatre.The purpose of the study has been for participants to reflect and create knowledge about the creation and implementation of a course for leaders of amateur theatre.Questions raised in the study concern the students? previous experience of drama, theatre and leadership; their desire to become leaders of theatre; their own view of their need for knowledge for their future leadership; their understanding of the contents of the education and the theoretical perspectives upon which a course in theatre leadership can build. Finally, the participants? perceptions of difficulties and possibilities of working as theatre leaders were investigated.All 13 participants have answered a questionnaire regarding their previous experience of drama, theatre and leadership and also about why they want to become theatre leaders. The participants have also taken part in four focus conversations regarding what they think they learned, how they value the knowledge they gained and what knowledge they feel will be needed in a future leadership.The data has been analyzed hermeneutically to find patterns in the participants? perceptions of their learning.

This essay consists of a heuristic analysis of referents in the Swedish educational act, leaning on the methodological guidelines of discourse analysis. The overall aim of the essay has been to analyse in what way language in the educational act works as guidelines and law in relation to teachers? work. To correspond to this aim an openly structured questionnaire has been used, providing an empirical view of how teachers understand certain words, or referents, in the educational act. This empirical data has then been shaped to a spectrum view of the definitions of the referents showing a number of deductable facts, including the significance of the apparent use of institutional and professional language, which then have been viewed from two theoretical perspectives.

Stig Dagermans drama Streber från 1948 handlar om fyra kompanjoner som i frihetlig anda startar en kooperation. Solidariteten hotas av huvudpersonen Blom som liksom titeln antyder är en hänsynslös karriärist och en klassisk bedragare. Genom sitt hänsynslösa spel går han i rak riktning mot sitt eget fall. Männen i pjäsen är rädda att falla och att bli dominerade av andra varför en läsning utifrån manlighetsforskningen belyser just den råa kampen om positioner och den polarisering av mansrollen som är tydlig i pjäsen. Syftet med uppsatsen är att utifrån manlighetsforskningen undersöka hur männen i pjäsen förhåller sig till varandra och varför, samt hur detta kommer till uttryck genom kroppsspråket och den giftiga dialogen med hjälp av läran om tecknen, semiotiken, det vill säga om vad vi berättar med hur vi beter och uttrycker oss.

Den här studien har undersökt huruvida bordsrollspel kan hjälpa till att uppfylla de mål som finns beskrivna i Lpf 94. Den grundar sig i tidigare forskning kring bordsrollspel, pedagogiskt drama och interaktiva berättelser. Studien i sig är en textanalys. Först analyseras läroplanen för att se vilka mål rollspel eventuellt kan hjälpa till att uppfylla. Därefter analyseras fyra stycken rollspel för att se hur väl de kan hjälpa till att uppfylla dessa mål.

This essey aims to investigate how inherited and acquired resources has influenced the choice of education. It is in this essays ambition to understand how the recources operates in a process from childhood to a certain education. The study was conducted using eight qualitative interviews with firstyearstudents in nursing and economics courses at Linnaeus University. By using Bourdieu's theories about habitus, capital and horizon of possibilities I wanted to understad how the students inherited and acquired recoures had operated in their choise of education. The main conclution is that the educational choice is strongly influenced by the individual's social belonging and must be understood as a result of the individual's history.

To this date there are 14 major armed conflicts, four of which are defined as war. Every day several people come to Sweden as asylum  seekers and refugees looking for a residence permit in Sweden. This paper is about the children who receive a residence permit in Sweden and attend Swedish schools. Many of these children have experienced trauma ? damage to the psyche after a traumatic experience.From two qualitative interviews of a principal and a counselor at a school in Järfälla municipality, and three teachers at the same school, I studied what trauma management at this school looks like.
