Facebook och ansikte mot ansikte-kommunikation : En undersökning bland 100 ungdomar i Karlstads kommun om deras kommunikativa vanor
This essay deals with the subject of communication through Facebook. In this survey we studied 100 youths from Karlstad and their communication habits and behavior patterns on Facebook. The social network site Facebook has since its start in 2004 made a mark in modern communication. Today in 2010 the site has more than 500 million users. This paper wants to study what happens to other types of communication.

Internkommunikation på IKEA : En funktionsanalys av IKEA Uppsalas interna kommunikation
AbstractTitle: Internal communication at IKEA ? A functional analysis of IKEA Uppsalas internalcommunication (Intern kommunikation på IKEA ? En funktionsanalys av IKEA Uppsalas interna kommunikation)Author: Fredrik JohanssonAim: The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal communication at IKEA Uppsala.Are the channels of communication working efficiently? How is the information received by the employees? Finally I will make a few suggestions on how the internal communication can be improved.Method/Material: The method used in this study is quantitative. The internal communication at IKEA Uppsala is analyzed based on the results of a questionnaire. 75 employees at three different divisions were given questions on how they appreciate the communication channels at IKEA in Uppsala. 50 answers were received.Main results: The results clearly show that even though the internal communication at IKEA seems to work well in general, a few of the channel needs to be improved.
Moralisk stress hos sjuksköterskor och undersköterskor
Moralisk stress är något sjuksköterskor och undersköterskor kämpar med varje dag på sin arbetsplats. Moralisk stress definieras som negativa stressyndrom, vilka uppkommer när en person inte kan utföra den handling han eller hon anser be-hövs, pga institutionella förutsättningar. Syftet med studien var att utforska i vil-ken grad sjuksköterskor och undersköterskor upplever moralisk stress på sin ar-betsplats. Metod för datainsamlingen var enkätundersökning som utfördes på två avdelningar på ett sjukhus i södra Sverige och resultatet presenterades med de-skriptiv statistik. Resultatet visar att både sjusköterskor och undersköterskor upp-lever moralisk stress.
Påverkar grad av self-efficacy samt fysisk aktivitet studenters upplevelse av stress?
Stress är idag ett område som är allt mer omdiskuterat och anses ha inverkan på den psykiska hälsan. Många studerande på universitetsnivå upplever någon gång under utbildningen stress, och detta kan bland annat förklaras utifrån tidspress, ny stad samt ekonomi. Syftet med denna studie var att ta reda på huruvida stress hos studenter kan förklaras utifrån self-efficacy och fysisk aktivitet, samt om det finns någon skillnad i upplevd stress mellan manliga och kvinnliga studenter. Det var 76 av 92 tillfrågade studenter som svarade på hela enkäten (39 män och 37 kvinnor) som innehöll två standardiserade tester, General Self-Efficacy Scale respektive perceived stress scale. Resultatet visade ett signifikant samband mellan variablerna stress samt self-efficacy.

Aim: The main purpose of this thesis was to investigate how the employees experience theinternal communication and to examine the channels they communitace trough betweenthe departments at Blå Stället in Sweden. This task was given by the unit chiefs at thecompany who?ve seen a need to investigate and improve their internal communication.The goal is therefore also to produce concrete and well-founded proposals on how theinternal communication can bee improved at Blå Stället. Stress är i dagens samhälle ett vanligt förekommande fenomen inom många domäner där individer på olika vis drabbas. Högskolestuderande är en av grupperna. Tidigare forskning visar att olika faktorer bidrar till stress och att stress kan leda till allvarliga konsekvenser för individer. Studiens syfte var att undersöka vilka faktorer som relaterar till högskolestudenters upplevda stress. Till grund för studien låg fem frågeställningar.

Internet has given possibilities to a whole new world within communication. Nowadays the communication inside organisations and companies takes place through the Internet. The idea of this paper arose when one of the authors discussed the general involvement of the tenant-owner?s association in the committee. Providing a new channel for communication through a homepage could affect the attitude of the tenants. We were curious of what effect on communication introducing a homepage would give.

Kommunikation om kommunikation - medarbetares upplevelser av vad som påverkar kommunikationen mellan dem och deras chef
Our study aimed at gaining insight of co-workers experiences of different
factors that affects the verbal communication and leads to dialogue and
misunderstanding between co-workers and their managers. The empirical material
was gained from semi-structured interviews with co-workers at various
departments within the same organization. We used a hermeneutic interpretive
approach and our data was analyzed concerning different factors affecting
communication.
The result has been interpreted using the theories of deliberative
conversations and dialogue competence. We have also used Illeris theory of
learning. The result shows a number of factors that affects communication
between co-workers and managers.

När ett företag ska kommunicera : En explorativ fallstudie kring hur en kravspecifikation tas fram i syfte att välja ett internkommunikationssystem
The importance of internal communication within companies has increased in recent years. However, there are still a number of companies that are not adapted to the modern world and the new modes of communication the Internet provides. This study evaluates the internal communication of a medium sized company by holding semistructured interviews with the employees. The goal of the interviews was to develop a requirement specification. This requirement specification was later used as the basis to analyze possible aids for the internal communication of the company.
Basal kroppskännedomsbehandling vid stress och stressrelaterade sjukdomar: en litteraturstudie
Stress är nu ett av Sveriges största folkhälsoproblem. Många lider av stress och stressrelaterade sjukdomar/besvär. En ökande andel av patienter som söker vård hos sjukgymnast har stressrelaterade kroppsliga symtom. Basal Kroppskännedom (BK) är en behandlingsmetod som används för att minska lidandet av stress. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka vilka erfarenheter som finns dokumenterade i vetenskapliga publikationer om BK-behandling vid stress och stressrelaterade sjukdomar/besvär.
