Att ta reda på vad meningen med de två koncepten är, med hänsyn till vad respondenterna säger och med mina egna tankar och åsikter.Metod: En kvalitativ undersökning bestående av intervjuer och enkätundersökningar kombinerad med vissa kvantitativa delar i enkätundersökningen.Teoretiska perspektiv: Kommunikation, lärande, teoretiskt lärande, praktiskt lärande.Empiri och analys: Meningen med utbildningskoncepten har diskuterats fram med hjälp av egna åsikter och med hjälp av svar från enkäter, personliga intervjuer och ifrån övriga respondenter.Slutsatser: Det finns flera meningar med båda utbildningskoncepten och deras respektive utvalda utbildningar. För en KY-student kan det vara att få en skräddarsydd utbildning, och för en co-op student kan det vara möjligheten till betalda arbetsperioder..

The municipality may not provide the municipal owned company with any financial advantages against a private owned real estate company.

Det har visat sig att avregleringar på monopolmarknader inte alltid skapar total konkurrens då det fortfarande kan förekomma hinder efter avregleringen. Den totala konkurrensen motverkas av aktörer som sedan tidigare varit ledande på denna marknad och som vill försvara sin marknadsposition. De hinder som dessa aktörer uppsätter kallar inträdeshinder. Eftermarknaden för bilbranschen har nu avreglerats för att främja konkurrensen. Finns det inträdeshinder som motverkar fri konkurrens? Syftet med vår undersökning är att se vilka inträdeshinder som går att identifiera på eftermarknaden för bilbranschen samt vilket specifikt inträdeshinder i denna bransch som är mest svåröverkomligt. Slutsatser Två av inträdeshindren, stordriftsfördelar samt tillgång till distributionsled är inte identifierbara på det nya marknadssegment som har öppnats.

The Swedish business cycle is in a strong position at the moment, leading to great results and larger profits. This strong business posture has encouraged companies to increase both their liquidity and revenue. Now there is a dilemma, what actions should or could a respectable business take on these newfound liquid assets.The purpose of this paper is to deliver a clear picture of what options there are for such companies listed on the Swedish stock-market, and how the market wants them to act. To these means we have studied the basic theories linked to this subject and reviewed the cause and effects that motivates them. We have also conducted interviews with the people representing the market through their line of business.In the theory we found several options on what companies in similar situations tend to do.

Det vill säga vilka marknadsstrategier Svenska Spel använder sig av, dessutom undersöks hur spelarna värderar de nya spelmöjligheter som framkommit. / The purpose of this thesis is to investigate how the development of the Internet has affected the Swedish betting market. The thesis is limited to see how Svenska Spel is facing the new competitors on the Internet.

The aim of this small thesis is to investigate if the probability of business failure is higher at the time of divestment than at the time of acquisition for portfolio companies that have been subject to private equity ownership. The background for this thesis is the widespread critique aimed at private equity firms, claiming that they increase the risk in their portfolio companies. We have performed a study of 53 buyout transactions, involving Swedish manufacturing companies, covering a time span of 13 years, from 1995 to 2007. We find evidence of an increased risk of business failure for the portfolio companies with a short forecasting horizon (within one year). The absolute increase in the sample is however small.

Slutsats: Prissättningen av mobila tjänster präglas av komplexa fenomen och överväganden vilket gör det svårt att penetrera. Beroende på om det är en ny eller befintlig tjänst tillämpar operatören till största del antingen en kostnads- eller marknadsbaserad prissättning där konkurrensen har stor inverkan på priset. Marknadsbaserad prissättning tillämpas i huvudsak när det gäller befintliga tjänster eftersom man då har kunskap om kunden och dennes betalningsvilja. När det gäller nya tjänster använder sig operatören i huvudsak av kostnadsbaserad prissättning eftersom tjänsten genomgår en beslutsprocess om den är lönsam eller inte och om den skall lanseras.

This report is a joint venture with SCA Skog AB in the Jämtland forest management area. The company is a major player in the timber market in northern Sweden, and also a large business globally with offices in over 100 countries. The purpose of the study was to find out how timber suppliers want feedback/follow-up after completion of timber business. To determine this, a questionnaire survey was sent out to 75 landowners who supplied the wood for the company during the past year. The questionnaire consisted of a total of 15 questions with the opportunity to comment on certain issues.

Title: Register now and stay in touch ? a study about the relationship between CRM-system and business performance.Purpose: The purpose with the study is to identify if there is a positive relationship between CRM-system and business performance in Swedish multinational companies in the industrial sector.Audience: This essay is addressed to the Swedish multinational companies in the industrial sector.Methodology/ Approach / Design: We have applied a qualitative method, with a deductive approach. Through an in-depth interview with the case company Benzlers AB, which provided the empirical basis, supplemented with the CSI-values.Conclusion: The study has presented evidence, that there is a positive relationship between CRM-system and business performance which has been confirmed by the positive increase in the CSI-value after the implementation of the CRM-system.Originality/ Value/ Contribution to knowledge The study contributes with its own results that fill in the knowledge gap about the subject in Sweden. The study finds that the CRM-system effectives the interaction with the customer and thereby business performance increase, with the CSI-value as unit. This therefore increases the value and importance of investigation of Swedish multinational companies, whose purpose is to satisfy the customer and at the same time, increase the business performance.Future research: For future research we suggest publishers to base the empirical basis through additional in-depth interviews with added case companies. Our employer, Gaddad, is a tattoo and piercing community that was created in 2006 with the basic idea to make it easier for people to get in touch with the tattoo artists and piercers from all over Sweden. With the homepage?s popularity at 2009 they decided to expand with the news page Inkzine. 2011 they contacted us with a plan to expand the homepage to Europe and then merge their two sites under the name Inkzine.The goal of this project was to create design suggestions for Gaddad / Inkzine that both the administration and the current users liked and would consider implementing on the website. In order to evaluate the current design and our suggestions we decided to use two questionnaires .

Undersöka vilka olika motivationsfaktorer och belöningar är motiverande för medarbetare samt vilka belöningar är motiverande på kort och långt sikt. Även undersöka hur medarbetare förhåller sig till belöningssystem Metod: Jag har använt kvantitativ metod bestående av enkäter. Data jag samlat in, kodades om till siffror och sedan redogjordes med hjälp av olika typer av diagram och tabeller, vilket blev grunden för min analys. Slutsats: Att ha bra kontakt med sina medarbetare och chefer, att få ta eget ansvar, utvecklingsmöjligheter/utbildningsmöjligheter, att få feedback och beröm samt att få högre lön är de mest motiverande belöningarna. Utvecklingsmöjligheter/utbildningsmöjligheter är mest motiverande på långt sikt medan de övriga nämnda belöningarna är mest motiverande både på kort och långt sikt. Anställda upplever en skillnad hos de båda belöningssystemen, monetärt anses vara orättvist medan icke monetärt anses vara rättvist.
