Upplevelser av koordinatorsrollen i rehabiliteringsprocessen : -en kvalitativ studie
Aim: The aim of this study was to examine health professionals´ experiences of giving advice regarding sleep to parents of infants and to perform and evaluate an intervention in the form of introducing information about the sleep of infants.Method: The study was designed as an intervention study with a qualitative approach where data was collected from two focus groups in the form of interviews. The intervention consisted of the information material Sugen på sömn. There were five participants whom three of them participated in the second interview. The interviews were processed by content analysis.Results: Health professionals´ experience of giving advice on sleep was summarized in three themes. The experiences of giving advice in interaction with parents, health professional themselves experienced the power to influence the parents with the advice they gave, while the parents' previous experience and knowledge impacted on how the advice came into practice.

The collective agreement contains many important provisions concerning the relationship between employers and employees. When a collective agreement applies in the Workplace, both employers and employees are bound by it. However, only employers of those two, can take part in the collective agreement, and therefore negotiate the content of it.The purpose of this study is to answer the following question: Why are rules that has been interpreted in collective agreements not expressed in writing? Therefore, the Swedish collective agreement system will be examined, and a distinction between types of silent regulations will be made to find causes. The potential for workers to act on a collective agreement with quiet regulations will also be examined.Collective agreements are signed on three levels: central, union and local levels.

The aim of this study was to examine the experience, knowledge and attitude to mandatory reports of mistreatments amongst first line managers and assistance nurses in municipal elderly care. The following questions were at the center of the analysis: how do the different professional groups view having to report their own organization? How can various factors affect the mandatory reporting of mistreatments? What knowledge do the different professional groups have of mistreatments and mandatory reporting? A qualitative research method was used to examine these questions in the form of semi structured interviews and a small document study. The interviews were carried out with assistance nurses and first line manages in elder care, we interviewed four respondents from both professional groups. The interviews were then transcribed and coded with help of a content analysis.

Data analyserades genom en kvalitativ inneha?llsanalys.

Bakgrund: En kvalitativ studie av arbetslivspedagogik i en särskild kontext vid en arbetplats med dubbla funktioner, arbetsplatsen är delvis rehabiliterande utöver sin funktion som arbetplats. Syfte: I studien belyses expansivt lärande utifrån möjligheter som kan finnas i den undersökta organisationen. Studien syftar till att belysa lärande möjligheter inom organisationen KRIS och Unga KRIS, Halmstad. Beskrivning sker utifrån ett medarbetarperspektiv. Metod: Studiens empiriska material insamlades genom en enkät med Cultural- Historical Activity Theory (CHAT).

Millennials- Den nya och krävande generationen
Psykologisk forskning visar på att unga medarbetare, den så kallade
Millennialgenerationen, efterfrågar en annan typ av ledarskap än deras äldre
föregångare. Syftet med studien var att undersöka unga medarbetares
föreställningar om transformativt ledarskap samt i vilken utsträckning dessa
föreställningar motiverar dem i arbetet. Hypotes: Transformativt ledarskap är
gynnsamt för unga vuxnas motivation på arbetsplatsen jämfört med andra
ledarstilar så som laissez-faire och transaktionellt ledarskap.
Undersökningsmetoden som använts var en webbaserad enkätdesign med 28 deltagare
i åldrarna 20-38. Resultatet stödjer studiens syfte och hypotes, det
transformativa ledarskapet var det som motiverade unga vuxna mest på
arbetsplatser.

Hur påverkar organisationsstrukturen genomförandet av social dokumentation
The purpose of this study has been to analyze how managers within the elderly care who operate according to the Social Services Act work to support the assistant nurses with the social documentation. In order to achieve my purpose and to be able to answer the research questions, a qualitative approach was selected. My empirical material consists of seven interviews, four with assistant nurses and three with managers. Anthony Giddens? structuration theory in Månsson, (2003 s. 422) has been my theoretical starting-point and the concepts of practical and discursive consciousness have been used in the analysis.
Fjolla, butch och en polisuniform : En intervjustudie med fyra medlemmar av Gaypolisföreningen
Syftet med denna studie är att öka förståelsen för den sexuella läggningens betydelse för upplevelsen av arbetsplatsen. Undersökningen baseras på fyra intervjuer med homosexuella poliser som är medlemmar i Föreningen för gaypoliser i Sverige. Studien undersöker hur öppna de är med sin sexuella läggning på arbetsplatsen, kollegornas bemötande angående deras sexuella läggning och hur medlemskapet i föreningen har påverkat dem på deras arbetsplats. Studien använder tre teoretiska utgångspunkter: begreppen socialkonstruktivism och heteronormativitet och även Raewyn Connells teori om maskuliniteter. Resultatet av studien redovisas i fem delar.
