Konsten att samtala : en kvalitativ studie om psykosocial hälsa i arbetslivet

En stor del av befolkningen tillbringar den största delen av sin tid på arbetet. Detta gör arbetsplatsen till en viktig arena att arbeta med för att ökat välbefinnande bland fler människor. Delaktighet och inflytande är faktorer som har stor betydelse för individens välmående, som kan främjas genom ett bra ledarskap och en bra psykosocial arbetssituation. Ett idag vanligt försök till att skapa delaktighet och inflytande på arbetsplatsen är att använda sig av årliga medarbetarsamtal. Beroende på hur det väljer att användas kan det leda till ett viktigt lärande för såväl individ som organisation, men används instrumentet slarvigt riskerar samtalet att förlora sin mening för samtliga inblandade.

Saklig grund för uppsägning i samband med samarbetssvårigheter

Abstract Co-operation difficulties in the work place can be a problem serious enough. Co-operation difficulties can occur between employee and employer, as well as employees among themselves. Irrespective of between which individuals the co-operation difficulties occur, it will have negative consequences. These can consist of, for example that individuals might suffer mentally, inproductivity and also an unwished economic disadvantage for the employer. From the employers? side it is pointed out that it is important with employees who are possible to co-operate with in a satisfactory way.

Aim: The aim of this study was to examine health professionals´ experiences of giving advice regarding sleep to parents of infants and to perform and evaluate an intervention in the form of introducing information about the sleep of infants.Method: The study was designed as an intervention study with a qualitative approach where data was collected from two focus groups in the form of interviews. The intervention consisted of the information material Sugen på sömn. There were five participants whom three of them participated in the second interview. The interviews were processed by content analysis.Results: Health professionals´ experience of giving advice on sleep was summarized in three themes. The experiences of giving advice in interaction with parents, health professional themselves experienced the power to influence the parents with the advice they gave, while the parents' previous experience and knowledge impacted on how the advice came into practice.

Sjuksköterskans syn på svårigheter i telefonrådgivning: En litteraturstudie. : Difficulties in telephone advice as perceived by registered nurses: A literature study.

Background.Telephone advice increases the accessibility to health care and the streamlined work at primary health care centres. The goal of telephone advice nursing is to give the caller a correct advice, adapted to the caller?s situation, in order to reach correct care level. However, registered nurse?s telephone advice includes risks for misjudgement.

Vad anser anställda inom näringslivet vara kränkande beteende med fokus på sexuella trakasserier och könstrakasserier?

Heinz Leymann betraktades som en pionjär i forskning om fenomenet vuxenmobb-ning redan på sjuttiotalet. Syftet var att undersöka vilka beteenden som ansågs vara mest kränkande med fokus på sexuella trakasserier och könstrakasserier bland an-ställda på ett mansdominerat näringslivsföretag. Dessutom att ta reda på om det finns ett samband mellan företeelser och scenarier. Faktorer som studerades utöver samband var kön, ålder utbildning och yrkeskategorier. Respondenterna var an-ställda på ett mansdominerat näringslivsföretag (N = 396; 54 kvinnor och 236 män) med följande yrkeskategorier: 187 tjänstemän, 54 kollektivanställda, 44 konsulter.

This report is our Master thesis. Our work has taken place at a one-stop-shop in Sölvesborg during the spring of 2002. We have conducted ethnographical studies concerning the one-stop-shops frontdesk and telephone exchange. During these studies we became aware of some differences under which the daily work was to be carried out. When operating the switchboard the staff usually work alone and perform the tasks individually.

Data analyserades genom en kvalitativ inneha?llsanalys.

Organisationsplan för Skanska Direkt Värmland

AbstractSkanska Sweden has decided to split the organization that earlier handled both large and small projects into two different subsidiaries. A consequence of this is that all construction service handling will from now on be enforced under the name Skanska Direkt AB. The management of Skanska sees this as an opportunity to develop the organization and in the long term achieve higher earnings.   The task which Skanska in connection with the reorganization wanted to be investigated was a proposal on how the organization of work with the insurance work in the future should look like.The organization that is handled is from production manager to professional workers and includes damage handling that has been obtained from insurance companies in the southern and northern parts of Värmland. The purpose with this work is to present a different kind of view to the problem with developing this branch of the company. The main target was to work out a proposal of an organizational plan for the damage handling in Skanska Direkt AB that is possible to apply, less sensitive for dismissals, results in higher earnings, obtains higher customer satisfaction and also a staff stab that develops their skills at their own.The report and work progressed as following:Opening theory study of strategies to obtain the objectives set.Restructuring of existing organization with theories as support.Interviews with the actors involved to verify feasibility of the developed organization plan  Organization chart, the result of work means that some workers at each location shall be responsible for a small group of workers and work independently. They shall manage the process of invoicing and calculate costs at the same time as they work out on the Workplace.

Hedersrelaterat våld kombinerat med annan problematik - Om eventuella samband mellan utsatthet för hedersrelaterat våld och utvecklandet av psykisk ohälsa och/eller en missbruksproblematik

The purpose of this essay is to explore how social workers view a possible connection between exposure to honour violence and development of mental illness and/or substance abuse. We first heard of the possible connection from a voluntary organization who work in this field and who believe that this connection could be common. We therefore wanted to explore this from the perspective of social workers who come into contact with victims of honour violence: was this something they had noticed? How did they deal with it if it was noticed? We also asked how the possible connection could be interpreted and, supposing the social workers had failed to notice the connection, why this could be. We made five qualitative interviews with six social workers working in different contexts whom within their work come across honour-related issues.

Yttrandefrihet kontra lojalitetsplikt : Vilken princip väger tyngst när det kommer till kritiska uttalanden om arbetsgivaren via sociala medier

In this paper, the legal situation regarding freedom of expression versus the duty of loyalty is investigated, this in a context where an employee makes critical statements about his employer through social media.The duty of loyalty is a part of all employment relationships and it follows implicit from the contract regardless of whether it is specified in it or not. This duty means that an employee is required to put the employer's interests before his own and avoid all situations that end up in collision of the duties. The employee may no t either act in such a way that is intended to harm the employer. This means that the employee must be even off duty careful not to appear disloyal to the employer. This may lead to that a status update on Facebook, even when made on the employee's free time, can be regarded as disloyal conduct, with the dismissal or disciplinary action as a result.Case law states that the point of departure regarding criticizing the employer must be that the employee has an extensive such a possibility to that, without that being considered as disloyal conduct.
