The essay's primary data consists of data collected through interviews, while the literature that the authors have made use of for the interpretation and analysis of the paper form the essay?s secondary data.Theory:                      It includes a main theory and four other theories supporting the paper. The main theory is the agent theory, while theories on information quality, the theory of outsourcing of management accounting, theories of calculation methods and regulations on management accounting is to support the analysis and conclusions made in the paper.Empirical base:          Interview Responses forming the essay?s primary data is presented in its entirety in this chapter.Conclusions:              The authors conclude that there are no major problems or obstacles in terms of internal management accounting in Swedbank, at least not in the departments such as the HR and the GF.

3D modeling is a common tool in landscape architecture. Today, there have been new ways in which virtual 3D models are successful tools in the dialogue with the public. These new methods involve children and young people who are groups that is hard to reach and engage in citizen dialogues. The purpose of this work was to investigate how a virtual 3D model works in the landscape architect?s communication with the public through the project Gruvstadsparken in Kiruna. Through workshops, I wanted to communicate Gruvstadsparken to get ideas from participants on how the park can be used and be revisited.

Idag är företags årsredovisningar ett viktigt instrument för att minska den osäkerhet och informationsasymmetri som existerar mellan företag och investerare. I denna studie ses därmed agent- och principalteorin som den överordnade teorin då studien utgår ifrån att företagsledningen i det valda tjänsteföretaget innehar mer information än investerarna. Till skillnad från tidigare, då innehållet i årsredovisningar till stor del endast innehöll finansiella redogörelser, så fungerar årsredovisningar idag som en viktig marknadsföringskanal för företag. Årsredovisningar ska informera investerare om företagets verksamhet samt därmed legitimera företaget. Denna kommunikation till investerarna via årsredovisningar är en svår och komplex uppgift, speciellt i tider som karakteriseras av ekonomisk kris.

Wind power is a growing energy sector in Sweden. However, it still represents only a small part of the total electricity production, about 0.7%. In order to create good conditions and to facilitate the establishment of wind power in Sweden, the government has for example, created a national centre for wind use. The objective has been to reach the governmental goal, which is an expansion of wind power by 10 TWh by year 2015 compared to the level in 2002. The Swedish electricity market was deregulated in 1996 which refers to the introduction of a competitive market in electricity production and trade.

In order to facilitate testing of anesthesia machines a patient simulator has been required by Maquet Critical Care AB. A patient simulator has been developed to reduce expensive and time consuming animal experiments and temporary lab arrangements. The patient simulator has been developed and designed to simulate human lungs with regards to anesthetic uptake, production of carbon dioxide and heating and moisturizing exhaled air.The system comprises a container and a test lung to simulate the volume and the dynamic of the human lung. The simulation of uptake of anesthetics has been implemented by pumping a fraction of the gas from the container through a bypass circuit with an active charcoal filter that adsorbs volatile anesthetics. The flow through the bypass circuit is generated by a pump and is controlled by a linear valve.The resulting performance of the patient simulator has fulfilled the requirements.

Bovine viral diarrhoea virus (BVDV) is the causative agent of a complex of disease syndromes in cattle with high economical and welfare impacts. BVDV occurs as two biotypes; cytopathic (BVDVcp) and noncytopathic (BVDVncp) determined by differential effects on cultured cells and can also be divided into two genotypes (BVDV1 and BVDV2) on the basis of genomic diversity. The interaction between BVDV and the host?s immune system is regarded a key aspect in the sequel of BVDV infection. Infection with BVDV normally causes an acute transient infection, with mild to subclinical signs, but occasionally results in severe and even fatal disease.

The aim of this master´s thesis is to examine how librarian´s views of the users can vary for different types of materials in public libraries. We have seen that literature and reading are the central parts of the libraries in Sweden. All other types of media are traditionally seen as complements and in focus for the study is feature film as an example of these other medias. We examine policy documents to see the official view of the general target group of the libraries and compare it to the view of the users of feature films as expressed by the librarians. The study includes several different types of empirical materials such as interviews, observations and documents and the method used is case studies.

Att öka engagemang och inlärning är syftet med att integrera en pedagogisk agent i många spel. Detta fungerar väldigt bra, studier har visat att agenterna påverkar användares engagemang i lärsystemet och det påverkar även prestationen i lärsystemet och minnet för det användaren lärt sig. Lärsystem med pedagogiska agenter påverkar även inställningen till matematik positivt. Agenternas olika kön sägs påverka användare olika, maskulina agenter sägs leda till bättre prestation än de feminina agenterna. Dessa skillnader tros bero på de stereotyper vi människor tillskriver både människor och fiktiva karaktärer för att veta hur någon beter sig och hur man själv ska bete sig i relation till denne.

Texture is an important soil property and accurate particle size analysis of soil texture is therefore crucial. There are a number of well-established and newly developed methods available for determining soil texture. In order to compare the results of these methods, the differences between them must be determined. The difficulties, problems and differences regarding texture class determination were examined through a study performed on forest soil samples. The study compared different methods (pipette, hydrometer and field methods) and two types of dispersing agents (sodium pyrophosphate and sodium hexametaphosphate (calgon)) commonly used for particle size analysis.

Syftet med revisionen är att se om redovisningen ger en rättvisande bild av företaget, och skall till slut mynna ut i en revisionsberättelse. Denna revisionsberättelse kan antingen vara ren det vill säga att redovisningen ger en rättvisande bild över företaget. Den kan även vara oren det vill säga att revisorn inte anser att redovisningen ger en rättvisande bild över företaget.

The cooperation between university and industry life in the region of Gävle is always a topic of importance. University and High schools have various roles to fulfill: except administrating the training and supporting research they should also - as a third role - contribute to cooperation between organizations, business companies and other associations. In addition to that, they should support individuals by local as well as regional development. The purpose of our paper is to make a critical review of the cooperation between the University of Gävle (HiG) and industry life until today and the consequences in order to encourage students to stay in the Gävle region during and after their period of studies.Initial we started with a preliminary inquiry with a questionnaire as a base for students in three programs at the Department of Economy; the program for Bachelor of Science, the program for estate agent and another economy program with direction estate economy. From this preliminary inquiry we got the picture of the way the students looked at the problem.

Emerging infectious diseases are a recurring threat to both human and animal health. Understanding the multiple causes behind the emergence of new diseases is key to the prevention of new and potentially devastating outbreaks. The list of underlying causes is long, including a variety of anthropogenic, environmental, molecular and climatic changes that promote the emergence and spread of disease. Two of these factors are central to the emergence of new diseases and receive special attention in this study. The spread of disease from wildlife to livestock and diseases that spread from animals to humans (zoonoses) are of importance as they implicated in the majority of EID events.

Uppsatsen fokuserar på energideklaration i samband med överlåtelse, och vad den innebär för konsumenten, fastighetsmäklaren och förmedlingsprocessen, av småhus. Därför har två fastighetsmäklare samt representant från Boverket intervjuats, för att ge sin åsikt om ämnet. En representant för energiexperterna skulle även ge sin syn på ämnet, men försvann under tider för intervjuerna. Från och med 1 januari, 2009 är det krav på att alla byggnader, som tillhör en fastighet vilken säljs, skall energideklareras. Detta krav framförs i Lagen om energideklaration för byggnader, som i sin tur grundar sig i ett EG-direktiv från 2002.

Syfte: Vi som studerar till fastighetsmäklare ser att fastighetsmäklarbranschen har hamnat i dålig dager. En tes vi har är att detta till stor del beror på media. En annan tes är att de flesta gliringar gentemot yrkesrollen kommer från personer som saknar erfarenhet av fastighetsmäklare. När vi tog del av statistik som tvärtemot visade att fyra av fem kunder var nöjda med sin fastighetsmäklare, bestämde vi oss för att undersöka saken djupare. Syftet med arbetet är att verifiera eller falsifiera våra två teser.
