MÄlstyrning med inslag av Balanced Scorecard inom sjukvÄrden

Vi vill beskriva och analysera hur mÄlstyrning med inslag av Balanced Scorecard anvÀnds inom sjukvÄrden Metod: För att uppfylla uppsatsens syfte anvÀnder vi oss av en kvalitativ undersökning. VÄr fallstudie har genomförts pÄ Universitetssjukhuset i Malmö. AngreppssÀttet Àr av deduktiv karaktÀr eftersom vi utgÄr frÄn befintlig teori som vi avser testa i vÄr fallstudie. Slutsatser: Vi finner att sjukvÄrdens styrning lider av mÄnga av de problem som tas upp inom teorin. Samtidigt finner vi stöd för att om problemen tas pÄ allvar kan en lyckad mÄlstyrning med inslag av Balanced Scorecard uppnÄs inom offentlig verksamhet.

Communication can be heard in many different ways and it is important for all businesses, especially in B2B. The construction and maintenance of a brand plays just like the communication a very important part. These parts also have a lot to common and affect each other in a large extent. One problem that may occur in many companies is the failure to grow and gain a larger share of the market even if they in various ways are trying. Frölunda-Aspvik SÀteri, a company just outside Stockholm within the agriculture and forestry sector, has developed a business idea around countryside tourism as a complement to their existing business. The idea is to offer a high quality and functional way of living in small cottages surrounded by beautiful nature and landscape of cultural importance. There will also be a range of additional activities available such as hunting, canoeing, cycling etc. The project should be done with minimum impact on the surrounding environment and the importance of the ecological system should be at the forefront of all business decisions. At present the company wants to have a better understanding of what the future trends are within tourism, how its business idea fits in with future trends within tourism and how to stay competitive.The purpose of this research paper is to identify the social driving forces that have an impact on people?s lifestyle and choice of holiday destination in the future, and present how these factors affect the travel industry.

Situationsanpassning av ekonomistyrning - en fallstudie av Ferrosan A/S

En jÀmförelse mellan ekonomistyrningen i Ferrosan A/S och contingency theory har visat pÄ en hel del likheter, men Àven vissa intressanta skillnader. Likheterna har frÀmst funnits inom situationsvariabeln omgivning. Den mest intressanta skillnaden berör kopplingen mellan kontrollverktyget budgetering och situationsfaktorn strategi, dÀr det förefaller finnas vissa oklarheter om budgeteringens roll givet en viss strategi. Tecken tyder pÄ att omgivningsvariabeln i Ferrosans fall Àr överordnad strategivariabeln. Avslutningsvis Àr det tydligt att contingency theory fortfarande Àr outvecklat inom vissa omrÄden.

Identifiering och hantering av kulturella olikheter i B2B-kontext

Den teknologiska utvecklingen har bidragit till en ökad globalisering av dagens samhÀlle. För mÄnga företag har detta inneburit att verksamheten fÄtt en alltmer internationell karaktÀr. Internationaliseringen krÀver nya kontakter och företagen stÀlls inför nya utmaningar dÄ de möter mÀnniskor med olika kulturell bakgrund.Med denna bakgrund vÀcktes intresset för vÄrt problem om att undersöka hur företag i business-to-business-kontext (B2B) identifierar och hanterar problem av kulturell karaktÀr vid utlÀndska affÀrsförbindelser. En kvalitativ undersökning av tre svenska företag inom B2B-kontext genomfördes. Företagen som deltog var Pronova AB, Axelent samt Albany International, dÀr respondenten pÄ respektive företag har en framtrÀdande roll vid internationella samarbeten.

The work presented in this report is a suggestion for how you can make business configuration of an IT-based Treasury System in general. The exact configuration for the case received from If is presented as a separate report, found in Appendix A and is called the If-report. The If-report presents the suggested technical set-up of the configuration.

Purpose: The study aims to increase knowledge of dealers' purchasing behavior of impulse goods in wholesale trade.Methodology: An exploratory survey method has been selected in order to investigate the relatively unexplored topic; buyer behavior of impulse goods in the wholesale. Data has been collected through interview of 27 dealers that conduct business with bulk confectionery sales across Sweden. A semi-structured interview technique has been selected, with a predetermined interview schedule but with space for follow-up questions and discussion.Conclusion: The background to this work argued that there is not much research on how retailers reasons when buying convenience products, or also called as impulse items. It is usually the sale of goods such as several of the informants believe is critical to their business existence. Impulse goods which do not require any effort, has little search time and usually are cheap and suits many customers pockets.

Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to investigate potential associations between usage of the cash flow statement report and time perspective in which companies? acts and set goals. Method: Our approach is quantitative, using empirical data summarized in a statistical procedure. The result is thereafter analysed through the developed analysis model from which conclusion is drawn. Results: We have in the investigation stated that the usage of the cash flow statement report varies depending on the time perspective in which companies? acts.

Mobilt community - Bygga sjÀlv eller hjÀlpa till? : Kommersialisering av en plattform för anvÀndardriven karttjÀnst i mobiltelefoner

Mobile Arts have a technical platform for handling maps and community-featured Points of Interest in cellular phones, where the users themselves can share locations with other users either in groups or public. Development of the platform regarding network communication has been included in this paper. The work evaluates different feasible business models regarding packaging the platform as a commercial application and also faces issues users have when using the product. Even if users found maps and POI interesting and cool in cellulars, the technical difficulties and lack of product focus during beta testing, were present. Therefore, the writers recommendation is more development of the platform and using a business model where Mobile Arts deliver to existing communities.

Corporate Social Responsibility in Corporate Sweden: Drivers and Business Impact from a Strategic Management Perspective

This thesis purpose was to contribute to knowledge which could explain the driving forces behind Corporate Social Responsibility in corporate Sweden and their strategic impact from a management perspective. The method used to archive this research was a qualitative interpretative study conducted by interviews. The thesis is based on descriptive theories of drivers for CSR, concepts of strategy and CSR and normative/instrumental theories suggesting a strategic approach to CSR and stakeholder management. The empirical study is based on interviews with Swedish business managers in a strategic board position as well as consultants working with CSR strategies, supported with internet information from companies? webpage.
