Problemet med traditionell självkostnadskalkylering är att de indirekta kostnaderna ofta fördelas efter produktionsvolym och att det därför finns en risk för att vissa produktgrupper subventionerar andra. Det här är vanligt inom företag med stort produktsortiment, som exempelvis i läkemedelsbranschen. ABC-kalkylering däremot utgår från att aktiviteter konsumerar resurser och att det är produkter som konsumerar aktiviteter. Således kan man genom ABC-kalkylering skapa en mer tillförlitlig fördelning av kostnaderna. Syfte Syftet med vår uppsats är att genom en fallstudie beskriva och analysera traditionell produktkalkylering för ett läkemedelsföretag.

Vi har inte funnit några konkreta sammband mellan hanteringen kvalitetsbristkostnader och Volvo Pentas användande av ABC-kalkylering. Vidare har vi kunnat konstatera att medvetenheten om att det finns kvalitetsbristkostnaderna inom företaget är relativt stor. Dock finns väldigt få system eller verktyg för kontroll och uppföljning av kostnader som orsakas av kvalitetsbrister. Vårt förslag till Volvo Penta är att, under den lönsamma period som företaget nu befinner sig i, upprätta ett system som fångar upp företagets kvalitetsbristkostnader. Vi tror att detta kan generera stora kostnadsbesparingar i framtiden..

I takt med ökad globalisering och konkurrens, runt om i världen, har kundernas preferenser förändrats. Detta har gjort att företagen måste kunna kalkylera bättre med faktorerna pris och kvalitet. Mot bakgrund av detta behandlar denna uppsats i vilken omfattning stora sågverksföretag arbetar med kalkylering i sin ekonomistyrning. Dels har jag beskrivit den arbetsgång som tillämpas vid kalkylering i branschen och dels har jag jämfört denna med arbetsgången vid så kallad ?target costing? (målkostnadskalkylering).

This study explores the shift in football recruitment from traditional scouting to data-driven methods, focusing on Sweden. It investigates how football organizations can enhance competency for effective data-driven recruitment. Through qualitative interviews with elite Swedish football organizations, the study emphasizes the need for competence development for proficient data-driven recruitment. To address the enhancement of personnel competency in the recruitment process, this study poses the research question: "How can football organizations effectively promote competence development to optimize their utilization of data-driven recruitment?" The results highlight the importance of targeted education, combining expertise in data-driven recruitment with a broad skill set.

Det finns en rad olika skrivna vetenskapliga artiklar om vad kalkylering är. Men hur används kalkyleringen utav ledningen i ett företag? Används kalkyleringen som ett styrverktyg? Syftet med studien har varit att beskriva och analysera hur kalkyleringsarbetet och utformningen av kalkyleringen påverkar styrningen av ett företag. Jag har därför utformat följande frågeställning: Hur påverkar kalkyleringen och framtagandet utav fördelningsnycklar styrandet utav verksamheten? Jag har valt att undersöka mitt syfte och min frågeställning genom en aktionsstudie på Ardagh Glas i Limmared.

I dagens industrisamhälle anses projektarbete som den självklara modellen för utvecklingsarbete. Första steget i projekt där information spelar en väsentlig roll är vid kalkylering . Det är här projektets framtid avgörs. Här gäller det att vara tydlig med den information som sammanställs samt lagra den för effektiv åtkomst för projektmedlemmarna. Utan ett väl fungerande informationsflöde får organisationen svårt att anpassa sig till förändringar samt problem som uppstår.

Heavy duty vehicles often have problems with traction during the winter periods. For vehicles that can lift tag axles it is possible to increase the normal force on the driven axle by lifting one or more tag axles, this will then increase the propulsive force of friction. This however increases wear on both road and vehicle. A possibility to reduce the wear while achieving nearly equivalent traction compared to lifted tag axles is to allow the vehicle to regulate the normal force by lowering the pressure in the air suspension associated with the tag axles or by the lifting of these axles. The vehicle would then by itself be able to set just the right amount of normal force on the drive wheels to avoid unnecessarily high normal forces while maintaining sufficient traction.The purpose of the report is to find out which parameters affect heavy duty vehicles when driving on slippery slopes and how traction can be improved.
