The aim of the thesis was to better understand how second language learners becomes lingual participants in a Swedish preschool. Using the following research questions: In what situations are SLLs lingual participants at the preschool? What does their emerging language look like? Are the participation any different considering children's time in the new L2 context? What kind of support does SLLs receive at the preschool?Two focal children at the same preschool was studied with ethnography of communication as method. The focal children chosen were one girl (Mandarin L1, 4.0 yrs) who arrived to Sweden and started the preschool two months ago at the time of the study, the other a boy (Serbian L1, 3.9 yrs) who started preschool and learning the L2 one year and two months before the study. Situations where the focal children interacted with other children or adults were analyzed. Results showed that the focal children in interaction with each other understands some of the others intentions before being able to speak about them in the L2.

Detta för att enkelt kunna generera detta vanlig förekommande byggblock utan att behöva rita om allt från grunden. Modulgeneratorn som konstruerats klarar att skapa upp till 2x2 transistor block matchad layout med eller utan sköld. BillerudKorsnäs is a leading global provider of primary fiber-based packaging materials and on Gruvöns Bruk in Grums, they have chosen to invest millions in the boiler at the facility to increase the total capacity of the factory. This results in the Pulp Flash Dryer at Gruvön being burden more, which makes it important that it is of great reliability and can be run with a high capacity. The reliability of the Pulp Flash Dryer at Gruvön is not as good as one could hope, which leads to reduced availability and production, as well as to increased maintenance costs. There are a number of different reasons for this, but all the casual links are not known.The purpose of this project was to perform a system analysis of the Pulp Flash Dryer to identify bottlenecks and the most critical parts from a capacity- and availability perspective. Appropriate methodology for the system analysis was used and would be used in a structured way to perform the analysis with data from the process and the maintenance system.

Many studies have been done related to the riding school but there is no documentation about organizations at riding schools, and a research is needed. The aim of the study was to clarify if riding schools in Sweden has a well considered organization.

Marknadsföring i sociala medier är något som många företagsledare prioriterar eftersom det främjar en tvåvägskommunikation som i sin tur kan leda till att man når ut till fler kunder och ge lyckade vinsteffekter.Arbetet behandlar utvalda best-practices för att hitta de rekommendationer som kan ses som bäst lämpade för att praktiskt optimera ett företags webbsida och profilsidor i sociala medier. För att precisera rekommendationerna granskade arbetet vilka som tillämpas i verkligheten samt vilket behov och vilken kunskap mindre verksamheter har av sociala medier. Detta undersöktes genom att analysera fem företags aktivitet på Internet samt genomföra en enkätundersökning riktad till småföretagare. Resultatet omfattar en sammanställning över adekvata rekommendationer till mindre företag som praktiskt vill optimera sina marknadsföringssatsningar i sociala medier..

Scania har utvecklat en filosofi, Scanias Produktionssystem (SPS), vilken används aktivt som grund för arbetet med ständiga förbättringar i verksamheten. Företaget arbetar hårt med att alla delar i produktionen ska följa SPS principer. I dagsläget lever inte axelförmonteringen på busschassi i alla avseenden upp till dessa principer, vilket föranledde detta examensarbete. Syftet med examensarbetet är således att föreslå förbättringar samt att ge ett eller flera förslag på hur axelförmonteringen kan flödesorienteras. En kartläggning av nuläget genomfördes för att få en tydlig blick över området, arbetssätt, utrustning och eventuell förbättringspotential.
