The purpose of this study is to investigate how the legal protection against sexual harassment at work functions, and where to draw the line. The study is limited to focus on the sexual harassment directed at women from men, because it usually occurs that way even though only a few report the incidents. The results are discussed from a gender perspective on how the distribution of power is between men and women as a way to explain sexual harassment.Sexual harassment is currently protected by the discrimination law and the EU principle of equal treatment for men and women. For a behavior to be considered as sexual harassment it has to be unwanted by the receiving party and the person practicing the harassments must be aware that the behavior is perceived as offensive. The behavior shall be of a sexual nature and contribute to a disadvantage for the victim in the form of a violation of that persons integrity.It is the victim that determines whether the behavior is perceived as sexual harassment or not, what one person believes is a friendly behavior may be perceived as offensive by another.

An alternate reality game, often abbreviated as ARG, is a mix between a game and a crossmedia interactive story using mainly the Internet as a platform. The game is built around the idea of teamwork among its participants. The players cooperate to solve puzzles allowing them to go forward in the story of the game. The marketing element is in different ways included in the story.A few Alternate Reality Games such as The Beast, The Art of the H3ist and The Lost Ring have previously been launched as marketing campaigns. This bachelor thesis aims to examine the possibilities of Alternate Reality Games as an alternative marketing tool for profit-driven companies.

Syftet med denna studie var att påvisa vilka känslor som väcktes hos föräldrarna inför sitt barns hjärttransplantation och hur deras upplevelse av informationen från vårdpersonalen uppfattades. För att kunna genomföra undersökningen användes en anonym enkätundersökning med semistrukturerade frågor. Undersökningens deltagarantal var litet på grund av att få barn blivit hjärttransplanterade på hjärtcentrat. Av sexton tillfrågade föräldrar svarade endast åtta på frågeformulären. I resultatet framkom att föräldrar under kontakten med hjärtcentrat hade både positiva och negativa upplevelser.

This study has been conducted with the purpose to examine the marketing effects of waiting lines on the customer- and brand experience. Our ambition has been to describe how the waiting line can be used to heighten the positive experiences. The study has had a qualitative, as well as an inductive approach towards the subject. Idag skiljer sig tidplanerna mellan de olika platscheferna mycket när projekten är snarlika, vilket innebär stora skillnader på täckningsbidraget. Skillnaderna på tidplanen beror på att platscheferna planerar på olika sätt där de inte har klara styrdokument. Det finns ett intresse hos JM att utveckla tidsplanering då det är ett styrande verktyg som till stor del påverkar projektens ekonomi. För att kunna dra slutsatser har vi studerat planeringsmetodiken där det idag finns brister.
