Konflikter finns överallt i det dagliga livet. De existerar inom individer, mellan människor, inom organisationer, mellan olika grupper och länder. Denna uppsats fokuserade på interpersonella konflikter och de olika sätt individer väljer att hantera dessa konflikter. Huvudsyftet var att undersöka konflikthanteringsstilar hos svenska studenter samt att se på skillnader mellan kvinnor och män. Ett instrument kallat Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument har använts i studien för att mäta i vilken utsträckning studenter använder sig av olika konflikthanteringsstilar.

I föreliggande uppsats undersöks IKT (informations- och kommunikationsteknik) i gymnasieskolans svenskundervisning. Studien har utförts bland annat genom kvalitativa intervjuer av 5 svensklärare på fyra olika gymnasieskolor i Småland. Författarna försöker ge svar på vilka motiv som ligger bakom den pågående förändringen mot ett mer digitaliserat svenskämne, vad och hur dessa förändringar rent konkret ser ut samt om svensk-undervisningen blir bättre eller sämre av IKT. Dessutom har vi försökt ta reda på och besvara hur svensklärares attityder till förändringen ser ut samt huruvida skolornas 1:1-satsning med en dator per elev har betydelse för förändringen mot en IKT-baserad svenskundervisning.De huvudsakliga resultaten visar att det finns olika motiv till integrerandet av IKT i svenskämnet på gymnasiet. Vi ser tendenser till något som kan sägas vara ett slags socialiserat behov hos dagens unga där de nya digitala, visuella medierna ser ut att påverka och förändra den unga generationens sätt att hantera sitt lärande.

Arbetet är en studie för att försöka klargöra hurvida man kan säkra fingeravtryck med hjälp av enkla beprövade metoder samt nya och icke beprövade metoder. Dessa metoder är Kolpulvermetoden, Järnpulvermetoden samt den mindre prövade metoden med flytande kolpulver på porösa material såsom kartong och papper. För att kunna ge en förklaring till hur fingeravtryck säkras och lagras är det viktigt att gå in på bakgrunden till de biologiska faktorerna. De historiska faktorerna för hur fingeravtryck uppmärksammades under mitten av 1800-talet som en unik identifieringsmetod och hur man idag säkrar fingeravtryck och identifierar med hjälp av dessa. Bilder förekommande i arbetet, påvisar huvudsatserna, om hurvida ett fingeravtryck är oföränderligt och är ej likt något annat fingeravtryck.

Vi vill även belysa samt studera sambandet mellan kvinnlig representation i styrelserna och branschernas kunder samt anställda.  METOD: För att kunna uppfylla studiens syfte har vi utgått ifrån en abduktiv ansats. Vi har genomfört statistiska tester samt kvalitativa intervjuer med fyra respondenter från näringslivet. Materialet användes sedan för att förklaras med hjälp av teorier för att slutligen kunna svara på studiens forskningsfrågor och för att studiens syfte skulle kunna uppfyllas. SLUTSATS: Kvinnlig representation har ökat mellan åren 2002 och 2014, vi kan alltså se en positiv trend som visar att kvinnor har ökat i detaljhandel- och finansbranschens styrelser.

I have for my one year master's thesis worked on arranging and cataloging the archives from the missions stations of Musana, Congo-Brazzaville and Sundi-Lutete, Congo-Kinshasa, belonging to the Swedish Missions Church (Svenska Missionskyrkan). The archives contained records written in Swedish, French and Kikongo, from primarily the years 1910 until 1961. Records have though been found that adhere from both prior to and after these years. These archives are deposited at the Swedish National Archive and it was therefore important to take the opinions and regulations of both parties into consideration, as well as relying onto archival theory.The archives were initially scattered and had in some parts been organized by an archivist without formal schooling. The major difficulties in this work has therefore been to establish the provenance ? to which creator the documents belonged to, and also to decide to which degree the principle of the original order should play a part.

I have chosen to investigate the relationship between Latin American- and African Liberation Theologies. My purpose is to analyze, understand and compare the similarities and differencesbetween the two. The bulk of the study addresses two Liberationists, Gustavo Gutiérrez from Latin America and Jean-Marc Ela from Africa, both of whom are considered by many to be the most important theologians on their continents. This is done with the aim of deepeningthe knowledge of other theologies which have also influenced present day theological thinking.The questions I pose concern Liberation Theology in general, its background and its history. I will journey through Latin American and African church history in order to understand the contexts in which these two theologies have arisen.

This essay concerns the osteological cremated skeletal remains from Broe, Halla parish, Gotland of  The Late Iron Age.The focus of this essay is to determine the position of the corpse on the pyre, whether the cremated bones were crushed after or prior to the cremation and if the individual was buried in the pyre. In addition the species, age, sex and skeletal abnormalities of the bones in question will be studied.The result of the research has yielded that the cremated bones did not need to be crushed to result in the small fragment sizes. Crushing of the bones may have happened during the cremation, this conclusion has been drawn through the comparison of a pyre experiment were bone fragmentation is evident with cremated foxes, and dogs in the cremation graves from Broe. The construction of the pyre and the position of the corpse could not be determined through colouring and fragmentation of the bones.The human's were commonly buried in the pyre, and in some cases it is possible that the "grave" in fact is the remainder of a pyre. The species found are dog, horse, cow, sheep/goat and bear.

Visitor Centers were first established at various national parks in North America. Most Visitor Centers were built in the ten-year period following 1952. The purpose of the Visitor Centers was to welcome visitors and enhance their experience of the national parks. Today there are Visitor Centers all around the world, connected to different places or attractions. Many of the Visitor Centers that exist today, especially those in the national parks in North America, were built during the information society.

This report deals with an exam report written by Olle Hjalmarsson and Thomas Likar, students at Högskolan i Halmstad. The project was carried out for Haldex Traction AB in Landskrona whose business consist of manufacturing automatic all wheel drive systems (AWD-system). These systems consist of a plate clutch which activates all four wheels of a 4-wheel driven vehicle. An important component in these clutches is the accumulator which basically consists of a piston under the load of a spring which creates an oil pressure with the help of an electric motor used for actuating the clutch.At Haldex difficulties has been experienced regarding the assembly of the accumulator parts due to the small tolerances between the piston and the hole of the accumulator in the cast aluminium housing. Attempts have been made to assemble the parts in existing robot cells.

This master thesis summarizes contemporary theories on secularization processes in the Western world, and compares these with the example of Sweden, which by many scholars is considered to be the most secularized country in the Western world.I do this by dividing the most influential theorists in five different groups. In each group I explain how the theorists formulate and motivate their positions. These groups are:1) The secularization paradigm, where secularization always accompanies modernization. (Therorists: Steve Bruce and Peter Berger (in the 1960s)2) The paradigm basically accepted, but revised to depend on existential security, rather than modernisation as such. (Pippa Norris and Ronald Inglehart)3) Religion returned in the public sphere.

This Masters thesis is a study in library and information science, that examines literature as a tool for young people in their identity creation. Both scientists and teachers have found that teenagers like to identify themselves, when reading literature. The purpose of this Masters thesis is to examine how youths construct their identity through reading in relation to the purpose that libraries and cultural politics have in youth novels. The starting point of this study is the sociologist Thomas Ziehe and his idea about identity try-out identitetsutprovning and Erving Goffmans dramaturgy perspective. The main question is: what is the relation between young peoples identity creation in youth novels and in their reality in proportion to the young peoples reading of youth literature and the science about their reading? The question is answered in three parts.

Syftet med denna studie var att ge en djupare inblick i pedagogiska tanketraditioner och med ett musikpedagogiskt kunskapsintresse undersöka vilka intentioner och konventioner som låg till grund för kommunikation av musikaliska kunskaper i historiska manualer. Förord ur fyra manualer från två olika århundraden studerades; en instrumentskola och en musikteoretisk manual från 1500-talet och en instrumentskola och en musikteoretisk manual från 1700-talet. Manualerna var Silvestro Ganassis Opera intitulata Fontegara från 1535, Thomas Morleys A Plaine and Easie Introduction to Practicall Musicke från 1597, Johann Joseph Fux Gradus ad Parnassum från 1725 samt Johann Joachim Quantz Versuch einer Anweisung die Flöte traversiere zu spielen från 1752. Med en kombinerad metod analyserades förorden i tre nivåer för att se hur musikaliska kunskaper kommunicerades dels på ett individuellt plan, dels på ett mer socialt orienterat plan. Studiens teoretiska ansats utgjordes av ett övergripande kulturpsykologiskt perspektiv, vilket gav möjlighet att vetenskapligt belysa relationen mellan individer och traditioner och därmed också förbinda studien med dagens musikpedagogiska praktik.

Title: Improvisation ? a pedagogical perspective. This investigation studies how church musicians and pianists describe the use of improvisation in their teaching. The research questions focus on the relationship between improvisation and interpretation, the aim how to use improvisation and how this could be realized. To get the answer of these questions, I have interviewed two organists and two pianists, all excellent in their profession.

Detta har fått företag till att applicera Bitcoin som möjligt betalsätt utöver de vanliga betalmöjligheterna som exempelvis kortbetalningar. Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att efter insamling av empiri kunna beskriva genom vår utvalda teoretiska referensram varför företag väljer att acceptera Bitcoin som möjligt betalmedel, samt vilka möjligheter och risker som finns förenade inom företagsbranschen, och sedan förklara vidare hur företagen hanterar dessa möjligheter och risker. Metod: För att kunna uppfylla syftet med studien så har vi utgått från en abduktiv metodsyn. Vi har samlat in empiri i form av semistrukturerade kvalitativa intervjuer från sex olika företag som mottar Bitcoin som möjligt betalsätt.
