Hälsoinspiratörer : En kvalitativ studie om hur hälsoinspiratörer inom kommunal verksamhet upplever stöd och motivation i det hälsofrämjande arbetet
The workplace is perhaps the most developed arena for prevention of diseases and injuries among employees. In addition, according to the Swedish Work Environment Act, the employer is responsible to address physical and psychosocial risk factors. Moreover, many employers use health promotion, primarily related to individuals and their ambition to maintain or improve health, for example through dietary means and exercise. The aim of this study is to investigate health inspirers in municipal activities and their perceived support and motivation in work related to health promotion at the workplace. A qualitative method was chosen where six health inspirers within Ludvika kommun were interviewed.

Obsterisk plexus brachialisskada (OBPP) är en nervskada som kan uppkomma vid vaginal förlossning. OBPP kan ge neurologisk funktionsnedsättning med varierad svårighetsgrad. Konsekvenserna för barn med OBPP är framförallt funktionsnedsättningar i axel, arm, hand och fingrar men även ögats nerver kan skadas. Den största riskfaktorn för OBPP är klinisk handläggning av skulderdystoci. Skulderdystoci är en svår komplikation som uppstår då barnets axlar fastnat i kvinnans bäcken i samband med förlossningens slutskede.
Krishantering i skolan : En studie om hur skolan som helhet arbetar med krishantering.
The purpose of this thesis is to investigate how the school as a whole is working with crisis management. The purpose includes examining the readiness of both school teachers and leisure educators when it comes to dealing with crises that children undergo and also to study how they best can provide support for those children. Accordingly, this thesis aims to provide an insight into what the school's work with crisis management might look like. The basis of this thesis consists of six qualitative interviews with a principal, a school counselor, two class teachers and two leisure educators. The study shows that it is important to have a functioning crisis team and a well-made emergency preparedness plan, which the school in this study is considered to have. The crisis group is responsible throughout the crisis work, attends trainings and updates the emergency plan.

AbstractThe aim of the study was to examine how a school team works with formative assessment in compulsory school for pupils with intellectual disabilities. The study had a particular focus on formative assessment in relation to pupils with moderate and severe intellectual disabilities. Since there is a lack of research within the field of formative assessment and pupils with moderate and severe disabilities this study may contribute to new knowledge in this field. A sociocultural perspective has been used as a theoretical framework. A central concept in the sociocultural perspective is that people develop knowledge in interaction with other people and that communication and language is important. The methodical framework was inspired by an ethnographic approach and the empirical material was concocted by participatory observations and by interviews.

frågeställningar vi tar upp handlar om hur vi har lyckats genomföra projektet
trots bristande planering och utan någon hierarkisk ordning samt hur det har
varit att arbeta i en grupp där majoriteten av medlemmarna har haft en ny roll
för första gången i ett projekt.

supply from the forest management districts concerning both delivery in time and
assortment output. As a result, the flow of timber has fluctuated a lot with serious
consequence for the timber supply during 1994.

Floorball is currently the second largest sport in Sweden, yet there is a low ethnic diversity. This study aims to describe, explain and understand how the leaders in Swedish floorball perceive the work with ethnic diversity from the Swedish Floorball Federation and within the associations they seem. The questions of the study are: How do leaders perceive that the Swedish Floorball Federation works to promote ethical diversity in the within the federation? How do the leaders describe their own efforts to promote ethnic diversity within their team / association? How do the leaders perceive their role in increasing ethnic diversity? How do the leaders perceive the sport as an integration arena? The study was based on a qualitative method with semi-structured interviews. The respondents were eight leaders from four different associations, two leaders from each association.

ProblemIdeation in group is used by many, often as a tool for creating new and innovative ways to solve problems and creating change. Groups may have difficulties to move from the phase of inspiration to the phase of ideation, if information and ideas aren?t defined in the team.The authors claim that this process can be helped by providing practical tools that are adapted and tested for the purpose. The reason is to foster concretization of volatile thoughts in form of inspiration and information.PurposeThe study aims to investigate how Storyboard as a tool can be used to concretize thoughts and inspiration in a group before ideation.MethodIn order to collect empirical data the authors along with four other facilitators, conducted 24 DO TANK:s for the innovation contest Smart Lunch. The empirical data where then analyzed using theories related to the topic.

Syftet med den här studien var att få en bättre förståelse för hur arbetet med personlig försäljning kan beskrivas i små och medelstora företag. Syftet nåddes genom att undersöka försäljningsprocessen och de olika rollerna inom försäljning. För att nå studiens mål utförsdes fallstudier på fyra svenska små och medelstora företag inom livsmedelsindustrin. Personliga intervjuer genomfördes med representanter för Jonssons Chips, Bergnäsets Bageri, Polarica och Piteortens Chark. Resultaten från den här studien visar att existerande teorier inom personlig försäljning inte alltid passar för att beskriva personlig försäljning i små och medelstora företag.
Från ansökarland till medlemsstat. -En studie av Polens förhandlingsprestation under EU-utvidgningsförhandlingarna
In May 2004 the European Union enlarged from 15 to 25 member states and it was the biggest enlargement since the foundation. Two years earlier Poland, as one of the new member states, finished four years of accession negotiations with the EU.This study focus on the case of Poland and how the accession negotiations with EU were conducted. According to the theoretical framework of asymmetric negotiations Poland was said to be a weak party and the EU was considered a strong party in the enlargement negotiations.The aim of the thesis is to examine Poland's negotiation performance and determine what Polish failure and success in the accession negotiations depends on. The research contains a illustration of the motives for enlargement, the negotiation process and structure, attitudes and behaviour and finally results of negotiations in specific areas.The study concludes that Poland's negotiation performance was influenced by the Polish negotiation team's unpleasant attitude, confused organizational structure, lack of coalition partners and the strong will to become a member state, in both positive and negative ways. Finally, Poland was most successful in negotiations that concerned specific issues which were of great importance for Poland but less prioritized by the EU..

Det handlar inte längre om vad den arbetssökande har att erbjuda organisationen, utan snarare tvärtom ställer sig många frågan, vad har organisationen att erbjuda mig?För att möta dessa behov måste organisationerna se till att ha en strategi för att attrahera och behålla medarbetarna. Developments in the field have progressed rapidly and research has contributed to more efficient working practices. This study describes the elements that a project manager should keep in mind when he leads a project without actually being physically present, complex factors occurred and the basic approach to encounter them. The aim of this report is to examine factors that arise in the context of coordination at a distance and how companies, in their daily work, surpass these obstacles. The study does not include cultural differences, time zone differences and language differences, all very common in project management at distance.
Prestation vid sönderdelning av GROT med olika typer av maskiner
There is a need for productivities data and data for different types of machines for comminution of logging residues. The lack of data and studies on GROT comminution makes it difficult to evaluate different chains for handling of residue fuels and make system analyses.Four types of machines with three different working principles were compared at six studies during winter conditions. Three to eleven trials during 9.5 to 30.7 minutes were made on each machine. Samples from the produced material at each study were sieved to determine the size distribution of the comminuted material. Samples were also taken from the studies for determination of moisture content.
