Through an examination on a Telemarketing company this paper aim to investigate which relations there is between the level of motivation and performance and how these are related to the factors that are included in Herzbergs two-factor-theory.In this essay we have been using a questionnaire and interview. We have also been able to collect statistics on employees from the Telemarketing company we examine. On the basis of these data we have analyzed which relations there is.The examination shows on relations who mean that the factors Performance and Acknowledgement are the ones that affect the motivation the most, and therefore the level of Performance. The rest of the Motivation factors don?t show any clear relations.

This paper deals with an object donated by a group of members of the public to the Royal Armoury in Stockholm, Sweden. The donators claimed to own a horse bit that had been used by King Gustav II Adolf's mount in the battle of Lützen, where the King was killed. The bit was a gift to the donators' ancestor, the farmer and politician Petter Jönsson, from the King of Sweden, Oscar I, in the 1850's. In this paper, the donated bit is examined and found unlikely to be the bit used at Lützen. The examination also revealed that the bit now worn by the horse in its display is a prop, included in the group of objects in the 19th century, and that the original bit probably was lost in a fire in 1648.

AbstractThis examination is about how pedagogue can teach language in junior school first year with element of the arts of learning. The purpose of the examination is to take a piece of how pedagogues in two classes in junior school first grade can use the arts for a way of working with the language teaching. The observation of Swedish- and English language training in two classes have give a insight in how two teacher work with the language teaching in first grade. The class teachers who were interview received questions about the observation and what they think about language teaching. The questions were about their basic view on language teaching and arts of learning.

Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie var att undersöka hur verksamma lärare ser på bedömning och arbetar med det i svenskundervisningen i årskurs 2 och 3 samt hur elever i dessa årskurser upplever bedömning och hur de involveras i den. I litteraturgenomgången presenteras bland annat formativ och summativ bedömning samt vad dessa innefattar. Även tidigare forskning kring bedömning och dess betydelse för elevers fortsatta lärande tas upp i denna del. Som metod i studien användes intervjuer av både lärare och elever från två olika skolor, belägna i två olika delar av södra Sverige. Totalt fyra lärare, verksamma i årskurs 2 och 3, och 16 elever intervjuades i studien. I resultatet framkom det att samtliga lärare förespråkade den formativa bedömningen och såg återkoppling som något ytterst väsentligt för främjandet av elevernas lärande. Endast en av de fyra lärarna lät sina elever kontinuerligt arbeta med självbedömning utifrån bedömningsmatriser. De andra tre lärarna ansåg att bedömningsmatriser var för avancerat för eleverna.

Syftet med studien är att belysa studenters copingprocesser, d.v.s. appraisal och copingstrategier, inför examinationsformerna salstentamen och hemtentamen. En intervjustudie genomfördes med åtta kvinnliga studenter inom samma program på en högskola i Sverige. Data analyserades med induktiv tematisk analys. Resultatet visade att examinationer oavsett form skapar stress, även om studenterna inte upplever en hemtentamen som lika hotfull eller utmanande som en salstentamen.

Denna studie har som huvudsyfte att undersöka formativ bedömning ur våra elevers perspektiv. Genom att sätta oss in i vad det formativa arbetssättet innebär och vad Lgr11 säger om detta fick vi en fin möjlighet att samtidigt utvecklas som pedagoger och bedömare. Lgr 11 anger tydligt att lärare förväntas arbeta mer formativt då aktuell forskning visar stora vinster för de enskilda elevernas kunskapsinhämtning. Våra elever har vid två tillfällen fått besvara enkäter med frågor om hur de upplever lärares bedömningar av deras kunskaper och vilken feedback de vill ha. Vårt arbete ger en kort tillbakablick hur bedömning i allmänhet utvecklats sedan antiken och hur de båda begreppen summativ och formativ bedömning uppkommit och utvecklats.

I och med reformen och den nya läroplanen 2011 så har det skett förändringar på hur elever och kunskaper ska bedömas och även vilka kunskaper som ska bedömas. Läroplanen från 2011 innehåller betydligt många fler punkter än den tidigare från 1994. Det framgår tydligare vad det är som ska behandlas i de olika ämnena och vad syftet med dessa ska vara. Kunskapskriterierna är som tidigare målstyrda, det har även här blivit tydligare vad det är som ska bedömas och hur progressionen i bedömningen ska se ut. I och med att det är många saker som har förändras så har detta väckt många frågor hos både lärare, elever och vårdnadshavare.

Studien undersöker redan bedömda skriftliga tester från nationella provet i svenska för invandrare (sfi) i syfte att pröva relevansen hos processbarhetsteorin (PT) som ett stöd i summativ bedömning av andraspråksutveckling. Betydelsefulla infallsvinklar kommer från innebörden av kommunikativ språkförmåga och ställningstagandet till s.k. icke målspråksenliga former och kriterier för systematisk användning. I metoden tillämpas både kategorier och kriterier från Rahkonen och Håkansson (2008). Resultaten visar en viss skillnad mellan underkända texter och godkända texter på gruppnivå men också en stor individuell variation på individnivå..

Background: The education for becoming a registered nurse in Sweden includes compulsory time for clinical practice. The clinical education means an essential part in the students? personal development. According to regulation for nurses, a registered nurse has the responsibility to supervise nurse students during their clinical placement.Aim:. The aim of the examination was to describe nurse students´ experiences of supervision during clinical education.Method: The study was an empirical examination based on interviews with seven nurse students.Results: The result showed that nurse students wanted to be seen and treated as colleagues, but not used as labour.

The CTBT forbids all nuclear weapon test explosions and all other types of nuclear explosions. The purpose of the study was to distinguish the critical steps of the negotiations that resulted in the success of the CTBT. Based on these insights, my intention was to identify relevant events and actors in the process around the Fissile Material Cut-off Treaty (FMCT), which has been on the nuclear disarmament agenda for over a decade. Furthermore, my ambition was that the examination of the CTBT negotiation would give me some clarity in what the next step would be to get the FMCT back on track.

The main purpose of this essay is to examine what these parental guidebooks say about rebuke. The following four questions will help to answer the main investigation. The purpose of this examination is to get a view of the attitude towards internet-use within after school centers. By comparing the views of pupils with the teacher?s point of view, one can notice differences that may be due to a lack of knowledge or communication. The questions are: What view does the principal, the staff, and the pupils have on internet-use in after school centers? Does their view differ? If so, how?
