The transformation within the swedish infrastructure has been a slow process from thebeginning of time. For almost a decade, the traditional form of contracting regardingbuildings and foremost infrastructure has evolved contracting involving the owner to definethe outcome of the product, regardless involvement from the supposed contractor. As forthe swedish market, the traditional design-bid-build (DBB) have been the primary choice ofcontracting. Although changes have been made over time regarding contracting formswithin the road administration, the railway sector has not improved or justified changesregarding choice of contracting, they have conducted same contracting relationshipsbetween them and the contractor.This bachelor thesis, conducted at the Swedish railway administration with supervision ofprofessor Kristian Widén at Lunds University, explores the forces behind the new era ofcontracting within the railway administration. This bachelor thesis focuses mainly oncontracting regarding design-build-operate-main (DBOM), the new contracting formulabetween the owner and the contractor.

This thesis has aimed to study steering process and institutionalization in the context of educational policy work. This has been conducted by using empirical material from the political decision-making process that preceded the implementation of a new national program on how principals should be educated and certified. By using an aggregated theoretical point of view containing new institutionalism and traditional Swedish curriculum theory, the process was analyzed from different perspectives. The results depict a process that contained several actors who tried to shape the principal education program differently. From the theoretical perspectives, the decision-making process could be understood as an act of both self-interest as well as trust in their own beliefs and cultural values.

This bachelor?s thesis report aims to investigate the problems that exist with the ticketing systems ofthe various regional public transportation authorities, specifically with regards to inexperiencedtravellers and cross-county travel.This is done in part through a comprehensive survey for all of Sweden where both the regional publictransportation authorities and passengers were asked about their opinions, as well as a throughin-depth survey focused on the counties of Stockholm and Uppsala. The results of these surveys arethen compiled and analyzed to identify the biggest common problems.The tree biggest problems prove to be a complicated implementation, lack of availability and lack ofinformation. In order to improve the ticketing system it is therefore proposed to implement asimplified ticketing system, as well as improved accessibility and information.         .

Vårt förhållningssätt har varitabduktivt, vilket betyder att vi till viss grad varit öppnaför ny information under processens gång och stundtalsgått tillbaka till teoriavsnittet för att förfina.SLUTSATSER: Sammantaget har vi sett en sund och stabil utvecklingbåde på den österrikiska bankmarknaden och förlandsspecifika makrovariabler de senaste åren, vilkettillsammans ger positiva utsikter för framtiden. Islutsatserna av undersökningen pekar vi ut städerna Linzi regionen Oberösterreich och Graz i regionenSteiermark som potentiella platser för eventuellexpandering och utplacering av SHB:s nästkommandekontor i landet..

The paper aims to find out how staff and users at two public libraries and one Internetcafeuse Internet. The purpose has been to find out what they find and how they use the informa­tion they retrieve. The studies are based on eight longer interviews with the staff and 33 shorter with the users, who also were observed for a week. The paper includes a background chap­ter about Internet, search tools and the studied places. The following chapters are about pre­vious research, our survey and a discussion with the results, literature and our opinion.We have found out that Internet is usually used for information retrieval.

We live in a society where the technology has an enormous role in our lives. The average age of using digital tools among Swedish people is down to a very young age. In the recent period of time there has been much debate about tablets and their use in preschools. The aim of this study is to examine the preschool teachers experiences and perceptions of tablet use and how the implementation of the tablets benefits the school activities. What is central to this research is not how kids use the tablet, but how educators are using the tablet device as supplement for children?s development.

Från misstro till möten. Hinder och möjligheter i kommunikationen mellan Lunds universitet och rikstäckande dagspress.Lunds universitet är Sveriges största universitet med ca 6 000 anställda och 40 000 studenter och bedriver utbildning på flera olika orter. Man kommunicerar med en rad olika målgrupper, varav en av de viktigaste externa målgrupperna är journalister inom radio, tv och dagspress. Sammanfattningsvis ställer detta mycket stora krav på kommunikationsarbetet och det gäller därför att optimera sin publicitet.Under hösten planerar Lunds universitet att utveckla sin presskommunikation och vårt uppdrag är ett led i detta utvecklingsarbete. Rapporten syftar därför till att fungera som ett beslutsunderlag för Informationsenheten vid Lunds universitet..

The purpose of this study was to investigate the reason behind thedecision by a company regarding the desire to use mobile access to theirERP-system and to discover whether this will involve any loss offunctionally in comparison to using the ERP-system on a computer atthe office. In addition, the pros and cons involved in using mobiledevices for accessing the ERP-system will also be examined. Semistructured telephone interviews were conducted with companies whicheither used or did not use mobile devices in relation to their work. Atelephone interview was also conducted with a consultant who isworking with the implementation of ERP-systems and mobile solutions.The survey showed that companies with staff working in the field assellers, service personnel and construction workers want to gain directaccess to their ERP-system so as to be able to act directly and takedecisions, to have the ability to provide more efficient order processingand to send out invoices more quickly. Those companies which have notopted to use mobile devices at work within this field are those whichare unsure of the connection to the Internet and the capacities availablewithin cellphones.

Denna rapport redovisar ljuddesign- och implementationsprocessen av en sekvens i ett digitalt spel. Syftet var att designa en cinematisk interaktiv sekvens utan cut-scenes. Arbetet skulle vara upp- byggt runt ett system som ska fo?renkla sma? designingrepp utan att pa?verka eller fo?ra?ndra de o?vriga implementerade ljuden allt fo?r mycket. Arbetet utfo?rdes genom en kombination av linja?r ljudla?gg- ning och implementering i spelmotorn Bitsquids level editor och det visuella skriptspra?ket Flow.

Arbetet bygger på att de informationssystem som används idag men som blir allt äldre och därigenom inte klarar de krav som ställs på dem. Detta medför att informationssystemen måste migreras till modernare plattformar, då företagen dels inte klarar sig utan dess nuvarande funktionalitet och dels måste vidareutveckla systemen.Detta arbete tar upp olika sätt som detta kan genomföras på och vilka problem som kan komma att uppstå när detta sker. För att kunna undersöka detta så genomfördes ett antal migrationer. Språken som migrationen kommer att ske mellan är Visual Basic 6 och Visual Basic .net. Migrationerna kommer att ske med hjälp av ett migrationsverktyg, samt ett ramverk som i arbetet skräddarsys för just arbetets typ av migrationer.Det arbetet kommer fram till är att det sker problem vid användande av ett verktyg och även att det inte ger tillräckligt med respons på vad som gått snett under migrationerna..

Syftet med den aktuella studien är att se om kommunikatörer i offentlig sektor arbetar strategiskt med kommunikation och på så sätt bidrar till den egna organisationens måluppfyllelse och effektivitet. Frågeställningarna är:Arbetar kommunikationsfunktioner och kommunikatörer inom kommuner, landsting och myndigheter strategiskt med kommunikation?Är strategiska arbetsuppgifter prioriterade och är kommunikationsfunktionerna bra på att utföra dessa uppgifter?Har kommunikationsfunktionerna och kommunikationsansvariga de förutsättningar som krävs för att de ska kunna arbeta strategiskt med kommunikation?Den teoretiska ramen utgörs av en sammanfattning av litteratur och tidigare forskning om stra­teg­isk kommunikation, organisationers mål och kommunikation samt av kommunikations­funk­tioner och professionen.För studien valdes en kvantitativ metod, en surveyundersökning. Två versioner av en enkät togs fram och skickades via e-post till organisations­chefer respektive kommunikationsansvariga vid samtliga av Sveriges kommuner, landsting och myndigheter. Totalt skickades 1 082 enkäter, bortfallet var 2 procent och svarsfrekvensen 65 procent.Resultaten visar att organisationschefer och kommunikationsansvariga anser att kommunikation bidrar till målen. Kommunikationsansvariga anser också att de och deras funktioner arbetar strategiskt med kommunikation och att deras ledningar förväntar sig det av dem.

Alltfler kommuner har börjat tänka och arbeta som om det vore en produkt med konkurrens. Detta innebär att många städer idag också vill marknadsföra sig. Det kräver att staden blir ett varumärke. Att lyckas med utmaningen att kombinera varumärkesarbete med demokratiska värden är en problematisk uppgift som städer ställs inför när de vill göra staden till ett varumärke. Den här uppsatsen har som syfte att undersöka hur demokratiska värden tillvaratas i varumärkesarbetet med det så kallade ?Göteborg 2021?, firandet av Göteborgs 400-årsjubileum.

Studien ämnar belysa hur medarbetare och ledning upplever och sätter ord på samma organisationsförändring. Den syftar även till att uppmärksamma skillnader och likheter i upplevelser av en organisationsförändring mellan dessa två grupper. Genom detta kan studien bidra till framtida förändringsarbete genom att belysa förändringsprocessen, vilka faktorer som är viktiga för de undersökta grupperna och på vilket sätt faktorerna påverkar resultatet av förändringen. Resultatet som presenteras grundas i intervjuer med medarbetare och personer från ledningsgruppen på en organisation som genomgått en strategisk organisationsförändring och skapat ett resursteam. Viktiga faktorer som framkommit hos båda respondentgrupperna som viktiga är kompetens, kommunikation, trygghet och uppföljning.

The purposes of this literature review were to study how nurses use intuition in health care, how these experiences are described by nurses and if you as a nurse can learn how to use your intuition. We also want to make nurses attentive of and give them the courage to use their intuition. The study is addressed to both nurs-ing students and practicing nurses. The method is a literature review based on nine scientific articles. The results implicate that nurses use their intuition to know how to do something, when additional measures needs to be done and which measures they are.
