Bolagsstyrning och intern kontroll har diskuterats mycket de senaste åren. Företagens kontrollsystem har synats och gjorts publika på olika sätt i försök att minska risken för fel och oegentligheter. Den ökade fokuseringen på företagets kontrollprocesser är enligt många ett steg i rätt riktning för ökad tillförlitlighet och effektivitet i kontrollerna men på senare tid har man även börjat prata om värderingarnas roll i detta pussel. En förutsättning för att den interna kontrollen ska fungera är att ledningen tar ansvar för att en kultur som stödjer kontrollerna växer fram. Samtidigt finns idag behov av mer decentraliserade organisationer där anställda ges förtroende att agera. Företagen måste hitta nya former att styra företag som tar tillvara på människors förmåga och på samma gång tydliggör spelreglerna.

The aim of this study is to look how the Social Service has handled custody issues. The study has a legal and social aspect with a purpose to investigate how the law affects the social administration as well as the family. During a period of one year a quantitative and qualitative study was performed within the social administration in a nearby community. The study focus is partly on the relationship between the law, family and society. The main questions have been: Which one of the parents, mother or father, did in fact get the custody and why? How has the children?s point of view been reported in the inquiry? A child needs a well organized everyday life in a preferably conflict free environment.

Introduktion/bakgrund: Ridterapi har använts som behandlingsform sedan 1950- talet. Ridterapi är en medicinsk behandling med hjälp av hästar och dess rörelser som innefattar allt från att rida och umgås med hästen till att utföra stallsysslor. Det är även en träningsform som tränar patientens motoriska kontroll och balans. Förutom att vara en medicinsk behandling har ridterapi visat sig kunna vara effektivt för att öka patienters självkänsla, självförtroende och self- efficacy. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att undersöka vilka diagnoser som skulle kunna ha effekt av ridterapi samt att undersöka vilken evidens som finns för användandet av ridterapi inom det sjukgymnastiska verksamhetsområdet.

I denna studie undersöktes frostkänsligheten hos matärt (Pisum sativum var. sativum), foderärt (Pisum sativum var. arvense) och sojaböna (Glycine max) vid tre olika stadier i plantans tidiga utveckling. Syftet med studien är att öka kunskapen kring hur kulturerna påverkas av låga temperaturer, och genom detta bidra till en ökad odlingssäkerhet, som i sin tur kan optimera avkastning och kvalitet i fält. Plantorna utsattes för en simulerad frost (-2 ?C, 10 h) i klimatkammare vid tre olika tidiga utvecklingsstadier.

Idenna studies bakgrund lyfts begreppet empowerment eftersom hög grad avempowerment har visat sig reducera stigmaupplevelsers negativa verkan.Dessutom beskrivs, i bakgrunden, Joyce Travelbees teori om mellanmänskligarelationer. Syftet med den här litteraturstudien var att, med utgångspunkt i vadpsykiskt sjuka uttrycker, undersöka vad sjuksköterskor i omvårdnadsarbetet kangöra för att lindra upplevelser av stigmatisering.

One of the social services primary missions is to protect children from suffering harm. Social service work should work based on the child?s best and have the child's perspective in mind. In all cases involving children, the focus is on the child's needs and interests and is regulated in Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). Both of the previous research and this study reveal the various markers that are evident in the social services handling of honor related cases.

The thesis ?Vi fixar och trixar oss fram till att hjälpa människor? focuses on social work in the field of prostitution and human trafficking in Sweden. Through semi-structured interviews with social workers in the municipalities of Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö working with persons selling and buying sex, and through discourse analysis, the author analyses the perceptions among these social workers of the relation between human rights, prostitution and human trafficking, and the social work which they conduct.The thesis concludes that although the social workers perceive prostitution and human trafficking and social work in this field as human rights related, they are not explicitly using a human rights based approach in their work.The thesis concludes that the social workers identify several aspects that infringe on the rights of their clients in relation to the human rights principles of Universality, Non-discrimination, Accountability and Rule of law and the principle of Participation and Inclusion. They portray the human rights situation of street based sellers, especially those not being Swedish citizens and those affected by human trafficking, as severe.The thesis concludes that the social workers find several obstacles (legal as well as structural) that diminish their ability to strengthen their clients? human rights situation.

Studien syftade till att undersöka skillnader i mun-asymmetrier mellan personer som stammar och normaltalande med hjälp av elektromyografi (EMG). Eventuella avvikande asymmetrier i muskelaktivitet antogs återspegla avvikande cerebral kontroll av talmotoriken. Studien ämnade även jämföra mun-asymmetrier under stammat och stamningsfritt tal, samt studera eventuella samband mellan asymmetrier och stamningens svårighetsgrad. Tolv personer med stamning jämfördes med en kontrollgrupp bestående av nio personer under verbala och ickeverbala uppgifter. Ingen signifikant skillnad kunde påvisas mellan grupperna.

The purpose of our study is to examine whether stress among social workers is present, and ifso, what strategies they and their supervisors use to manage work-related stress. The study isbased on a qualitative method. The data consist of interviews, with six social workers andthree supervisors. Further, social interaction becomes more important among elderly since it has a positive effect on well- being.
