This thesis investigates and analyses the social media strategy of eight companies. How the companies measure and evaluate their activity and investments in social media channels in general, and Facebook in particular is studied through qualitative interviews. The findings are then compared and analysed. Findings indicate that companies' social media presences to a large extent are dependent on individual employees with high levels of interest for the area and that companies that have integrated social media into their others operations see more value from their efforts..

Den här uppsatsen syftar till att ta reda på om det finns något samband mellan social kompetens och stress. I uppsatsen presenteras vad social kompetens är och vad stress är. Sambandet har undersökts med hjälp av enkät med 16 slutna frågor, 8 som handlar om social kompetens och 8 som handlar om stress och en öppen fråga på slutet. Urvalet, som var ett bekvämlighetsurval, var 60 anställda på olika arbetsplatser i Karlskrona, av dem erhölls 52 svar. Med hjälp av en Pearsonkorrelation och en fenomenologisk analys visade det sig att det finns ett samband mellan social kompetens och stress.

Med denna uppsats har jag velat undersöka och definera begreppet "rockfotografi". Detta har jag gjort genom att först definiera ordet, därefter har jag analyserat fyra olika bilder som jag hävdar är bra rockfotografier utifrån olika apsekter som valör, ljus, poser, bildvinklar, färg ochdynamik. The aim of this essay was to examine what kind of help and support social services departement can offer gamblers and their relatives. We also want to examine what the relatives to the gamblers think about the help and support they have got from the social services departement. Central questions we asked were: What kind of help and support can social services department offer the gamblers and there relatives? What kind of help is there to get for children respectively adult relatives? Do the relatives consider that the social worker have enough knowledge about the problem? Do the social workers consider that they have enough knowledge about the problem? This is a qualitative study of three women relatives to the gamblers, three social workers and one specialist in this problem. We have delimited the study to one big city in Sweden.

The purpose of this study is to use a qualitative approach to get an understanding of what is expected of social workers targeted towards women managers in social services. Nine social workers were interviewed. The empirical data was then analyzed on the basis of gender theory. Respondents did not see their supervisor as a manager but more as a social worker with special tasks. Our empirical data indicates that there is a strong belief that men and women possess different properties.

The focus of this research is to investigate how the client's emotions can affect the social worker and how the social worker manages these feelings in order to make the right decisions. We have used a qualitative approach in our investigation. We have interviewed six social workers at social welfare bureaux in southern Sweden. Our theories are ?Nai?ve Theory? and ?Affect Theory?.

The purpose of this study was to examine how social work professionals view their professional role and how they think about the concept of social work. I also wanted to investigate what they believe characterize a professional social work. For the purposes of this study, I chose a qualitative approach in which I interviewed five people linked to the social work. The theories which I have assumed in the analysis of the results are power theory, organization theory and professional theory. The results of this study show that the respondents believe that a professional social work is performed by someone who has training and experience in the field.

Experiences in Sport (IPIES; Weibull 2008a) användes som mätinstrument. Resultatet visade att det var stora skillnader mellan spelarnas generella och specifika visualiseringsupplevelser. Resultatet visade även att på en stor dynamik i spelarnas visualiseringsmönster. Förändringar i spelarnas visualiseringsmönster kan förklaras utifrån Action Theory (Nitch, 1985). Vidare visade studie att spelarnas medvetenhet ökade under undersökningsperioden.

Det här examensarbetet har som syfte att undersöka hur ljus går att göra dynamiskt och hur det går att skapa föränderliga rum med hjälp av ljus. Arbetet börjar med att först reda ut ljus i allmänhet, dess egenskaper och kvaliteter samt på vilka sätt som man kan arbeta med ljus. Studien handlar om all form av ljus, både naturligt och artificiellt, och vad som händer i mötet med olika material. Därefter utforskas dynamiskt ljus, det vill säga ljus som förändras och utvecklas. I denna del redogörs för hur själva ljuset kan skifta i uttryck, det vill säga i färg, intensitet eller spridning och vilka metoder som finns för att förändra ljuset. En stor del innefattar interaktion vilket innebär hur ljuset kan ändras till följd av människors närvaro och hur det går att låta människor styra ljuset. Arbetet undersöker även hur man kan ta tillvara på och förmedla dagsljusets naturliga dynamik och hur man kan arbeta med ljus i kombination med väder och årstidsväxlingar. Innehållet i det här avsnitt bygger till stor del på fallstudier av platser och installationer. Genom att studera dessa exempel lyfter arbetet fram ett antal metoder och tillvägagångssätt som kan användas för att skapa dynamiskt ljus på en plats.

The purpose of this study was to enlighten the views of male social work students on; the social work profession, social work status and their career options. Also, the study aimed at getting these students angles of approach on the fact that they, being men, are a minority group within the profession of social work. Some of the main questions were: Why does not social work as a profession seem to attract men? What about the status of the profession of social work? What were the thoughts of male social work students about this? What advantages or disadvantages did they recognise, being a minority in the profession? The method used in this study was doing separate interviews. All of the interviewed students were convinced that they had a better chance of getting a job.

In Sweden the social assistance from a historical perspective, has been a part of the social legislation, since the 18th century. In that time called poor relief. Through the centuries this has established the social assistance we have today. With focus on the child, we have attempted to illustrate how the social workers consider the child perspective when they are dealing with the social assistance. We wanted to get a view of how the social worker reasons about needs the children have and how they can see that the benefit has been provided for.

The aim of this study was to enlighten social workers experiences of social networks direct influence in Swedish social services, and in which ways those influences are manifested. Some of the issues that are being explored in this study are: The separation of the private sphere and professional duties; boundaries and dual relationships that occurs inside social networks; the use of social networks as a control-instrument in authority exercise towards clients; and social networks arising impact on social work. The empirical material was collected with nine qualitative interviews with social workers stationed at different social service departments in a Swedish municipality. Also one qualitative e-survey was sent out to, and answered by four social workers with a managerial position in the same municipality.The results reveal that several informants have experienced different problematic situations involving clients within the social networks. This study shows that the informants are very restrictive with what information (text and pictures) they publish on their facebook-profiles, because of their position of authority and the awareness of the possibility of always being watched.
