Intern kommunikation är ett av verktygen för att förmedla strategier inom organisationer och företag. Att finna ett gemensamt språk inom organisationen kan underlätta förståelsen för företagets visioner och mål. Vårt syfte med undersökningen är att öka kunskap och förståelse samt skapa insikt kring ledningsarbete med intern kommunikation särskilt i samband med en expansiv fas. Vårt mål är att finna beskrivningar för hur ett företag i en expansiv fas kan arbeta med intern kommunikation. Vi har utfört en fallstudie av ett företag inom vård- och omsorgssektorn.

The purpose of this thesis is to discuss how a Swedish public library approaches their costumers. I will show how a library interacts with their costumers compared to a business, which has a different economic work frame, a building materials supplier. My aim is to pinpoint differences and explore new methods for the library in order to improve their service.The theoretical frame of the thesis is based on Richard Norman's notion the Moment of truth. The moment of truth is the moment when a business has to convince their customer that they offer both the product, proficiency and service that the customer needs. Service encounters at two organizations have been observed and their differences and similarities compared.
Utvecklingens dimensioner: utifrån ledarskapsutvecklarnas perspektiv
The market for management training programs is growing and the supply of the service is increasing and getting further diversified. A consequence is a market with a wide variety of definitions of the very concept of development, and subsequently a wide variety of practices and methods to achieve development. The individuals that are subject to these programs seldom know what they are purchasing, or what to expect. When assuming a transfer of the developers view on development to the subject, a need for a greater understanding of the concept arises. The purpose of this thesis is to understand what views on development do exist among management trainers and map underlying dimensions of the views to increase the understanding of the concept of development.

Under 2000-talet har begrepp som E-Government och 24-timmarsmyndighet kommit att fo?ra?ndra offentliga myndigheters sa?tt att erbjuda tja?nster och interagera med medborgare. Att genom e-tja?nster erbjuda medborgare alternativ till de traditionella kanalerna a?r na?got som de flesta svenska myndigheter och kommuner stra?var mot. Skelleftea? Kommun tog redan i bo?rjan av 2000-talet initiativ att erbjuda service inom ramen fo?r begreppet 24- timmarsmyndighet och erbjuder i nula?get en rad e-tja?nster riktade mot kommunens medborgare.
Den kommunikativa arbetsgivaren
Syftet med uppsatsen är att kartlägga och visualisera hur all medveten kommunikationen av arbetsgivarvarumärket sker internt i företag idag. Primär data har samlats in via tio stycken intervjuer. Samtliga intervjuer har skett semistrukturerat med öppna frågor. Sekundär data har samlats in via tidigare studier inom uppsatsens huvudområden, arbetsgivarvarumärket och intern kommunikation i syfte att skapa ett teoretiskt ramverk för att analysera primärdata. Kommunikationen av ett arbetsgivarvarumärke är en process som består i att i första hand sätta förväntningar hos arbetstagarna och i andra hand leverera de värden som utlovats.

Management by contract is nowadays a common method within the public sector since the NPM overtook as paradigm with its mechanisms of control inspired by the private sector. The public agency is foremost a service provider where they interact with citizens in the service process. Swedish eldercare has significantly increased its expose to competition which means that eldercare can be executed not only by the municipalities own provider. Such an adaption increases the requirements to inspect quality and how the purchasers assure goal achievement by control. The outmost liability stays with the municipality to ensure that the service produces god care since their position as the service purchaser implies the responsibility to plan, precise and evaluate the required work that the executor has to accomplish.

Hur företag kan förbättra sig lär det sig bäst av sina kunder. Det är dock inte många företag som lyckas ta tillvara på den kunskap som finns hos kunderna. Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva hur SAS Sverige internt använder den information de samlat in från kunderna och hur de möjliggör för berörd personal att ta del av denna information, i syfte att omvandla den till kunskap. The issue of sick leave and an increase of ill health in the workplace is a social problem inSwedenthat is currently an important topic. Public human service organisations are one of the sectors where this is a major problem. The aim of this study is to examine what significance the leadership in public human service organisations has on the health and sense of well being among the staff within the organisation. We have chosen to look at this issue from a health promoting perspective where we focused on health factors and to what extent the management can influence and promote the possibilities for a healthy workplace with healthy staff. The results of the study are based on interviews with three leaders within the public human service sector.

The thesis is aiming to investigate what happens in the customer-service worker interaction when the service worker is wearing religious attributes. In order to operationalize this the Muslim head scarf, hijab, is chosen as stimuli. Reviewing previous research and theory in this field, it is clear that people have a preference for people that they perceive to be like themselves, this is referred to as homophily. Further on, the study investigates the ethnicity dimension of the service worker customer interaction. Theoretical areas of attractiveness and color are also investigated.

Kvalitetssäkring av servicelämnare för skogsbrukets arbetsmaskiner : Intervjuer och förslag till utveckling
In this study we have examined the possible quality standards and methods for applications with service workshops in the forest industry. The purpose of the methods presented here was to start the work of standarardising the maintenance service in the industry and be of use for service providers in their quality effort.The methods we used to accomplish the study were interviews and field visits together with a comprehensive literature research. Our results are presented in the form of four solution proposals: a standard based on existing SIS standards for terminology and key indicators, checklists that are filled in by mechanics with customer participation, the construction of a instructions database, and the implementation of the method 5s.We believe our suggestions can help the service providers in the four problem areas that we have identified: long term strategy, documentation, recruitment of competent technicians, and standard procedures in their operations. These improvements will be beneficial for both the service provider and the customer..
