This thesis has created an image of the exchange of information among teachers in the Swedish upper secondary school. The study indicates that the exchange of information seems to be limited at all levels and the exchange that takes place outside the own teaching team occurs mainly through teachers personal networks. The study also shows barriers that may exist and the opportunities that an increased exchange may generate. From the picture that the empirical material provides and the theory that is presented a discussion is made around how IT can best support the organizational learning in schools. Swedish consulting companies within the architecture-and engineering business exist on a market that is distinguished by an increasing globalization and internationalization. The companies? commissions are based mostly on long-term, personal clientele. These relations are threatened by a huge number of coming retirements and high employee turnover.Consequently these companies need to improve and strengthen their relationships with existing customers, to create long-term employee and customer loyalty. The purpose of this essay was to analyze and evaluate consulting companies´ internal marketing.

I denna uppsats har målet varit att försöka skapa en uppfattning om hur lärare säger sig resonera kring styrdokumentens skrivningar om Sveriges nationella minoriteter, hur de hävdar att deras förkunskaper i ämnet ser ut och sedermera hur de säger sig planera och utföra undervisningen kopplat till minoriteterna. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer med sju högstadielärare - tre svensklärare och fyra samhällskunskaps- och historielärare har vi kommit fram till att endast en av de intervjuade lärarna har fått med sig någon kunskap om de nationella minoriteterna från sin lärarutbildning. Detta har lett till att lärarna fått inhämta kunskaper på eget håll. Resultatet visar att alla lärarna i studien säger sig undervisa om minoriteterna, men upplägget på undervisningen ser olika ut sett till innehåll och var det får plats i terminsplaneringen. Mycket beror på klassens komposition då flera av lärarna väljer att styra undervisningens innehåll mot det som känns relevant för demografin i klassrummet.

Utgångspunkten för min uppsats har varit en dokumentation av ett rollarbete på skolan, en slags dagbok. För att få innehållet i uppsatsen så autentiskt som möjligt har jag valt att inte göra några förändringar i efterhand. Jag har under skrivandets gång dragit en hel massa slutsatser och skulle jag efter alla de insikter som förändrat min syn på teater och hur man repeterar förändrat uppsatsens innehåll skulle den i mina ögon vara förkastlig. Jag har istället valt att skildra den process som jag genomgått som tänkande konstnär, detta i sin tur leder till att jag ibland förkastar konklusioner som jag dragit bara någon dag tidigare..

The purpose of this thesis is to find components that can provide a positive experience in a clothing store to the customer. We have used a qualitative method with an inductive approach and the empirical data is collected through interviews. Literature we have chosen focus on how an experience is created in clothing stores.

The purpose of the present study has been to explore if there is an agreement between people about what to call real country music. Three Swedish people who are interested in country music have described this music by means of interviews. The interviews have been analysed and compared with literature dealing with country music, and the result of the study presents three conceptions: authenticity, simplicity and contextual comprehension. The conclusion is that there seems to be some common views about what real country music is but that these conceptions are not defined in exactly the same way by different people..

This paper is about cemetaries in a multireligious society. The aim of the work is to compare the physical expressions of different religions burial traditions, in order to plan a multireligious cemetary in Borås. I´ve studied the five worldreligions, Judaism, Chritstianity, Islam, Buddhism and Hinduism. I´ve also written about the Humanism, a nonreligious organization, and funerals without any religious connection. Litterature studies gave basic knowledge about the religions beliefs, and interviews with a person from each group deepend the knowledge, mainly regarding the burial traditions.

This work is about Cuban music and my relationship to it. My study contains two different parts. In the first one I try to give a short summary of Cuban music history. The second part is about possibilities and problems that can arise in the meeting with foreign cultures. I have focused on three themes: Music and respect, cultural encounters and travelling, and communication.

This report describes the work and the results found when comparing three different 3d modeler applications. The programs are 3ds Max, Maya and Cinema 4D. The comparisons focus on the possibilities/the amount of freedom these programs interface offer to its plugins. The comparisons are made from the point of view of a tool for creating animations developed as a plugin for these modelers. This plugins demands on the system it is loaded into have been analyzed and from the results of this analysis a template have been created.
