Nutrition and health claim labelling of food: Understanding the unique relationship between consumers, companies and legal instruments involved
Problem formulation: Recent results from the European Food Information Council?s consumer research on nutrition information and food labelling revealed that most consumers have little understanding of the nutrition information found on food products, feel that there is little authority regulating these matters and wish for a more trusted source of information and regulation and lastly it was found that consumers accept their limitations and have little motivation to even read or learn about nutrition information. How are consumers then reacting to these two players in the industry and the changes they are making?Purpose: The purpose of this research is to gain new perspective and a better understanding of relationship between consumers, companies and legal instruments in relation to nutrition and health claim labelling of food products. Nyttoforskning. En studie av den svenska forskningsfinansieringen för humaniora och samhällvetenskap med Riksbankens Jubileumsfond som exempel.
In this paper I argue that the development of innovation ideas within the financial system of scientific research might have a counterpart within the financial system of the social sciences and the arts. The ideas of innovation share a common way to evaluate science in terms of how well it can contribute to economic growth. In the past two decades a similar development can be observed within Riksbankens Jubileumsfond (RJ), one of the largest external financiers of the social sciences and the arts in Sweden. The idea of evaluating research used by the innovation ideas has grown popular within RJ, only it seems they evaluate research in terms of how well it fits into an international research community rather than how much it can contribute to economic growth as is the case within the innovation ideas. By examining the different ways of financing research that RJ has used during the last 2 decades, this paper aims to introduce a new perspective in which it is possible to understand the development within this type research funding as a part of a bigger system of development..

Läs- och skrivutveckling i grundskolan
This essay deals with how the development of society, the media society in particular, has an
impact on the teaching of the subject of art. In the society of today, we are bombarded with
more images than ever before. As an effect of this, the curriculum of 2011 emphasises the
importance of the ability to orientate oneself in the modern society. Furthermore, it describes
art not only as a practical subject, but also as a verbal and community-orientated subject.
Because of sparse and dated research, the subject of art is in danger of marginalization as a
school subject.
The purpose of this study is to illustrate art teachers? conception of the aim of the subject of
art.

Contrary to popular belief, the publishing of children?s book in Sweden is continually increasing, which makes mapping the field quite significant. Förebyggande effekter av fysisk aktivitet på depression : ? en litteraturstudie
Objective: To study the evidence on physical activity (PA) as an effective preventive strategy for depression. Methods: A search of electronic databases was performed for articles between 2007 and 2012, both original research and review articles, concerning the link between PA and depression on children, youth and adults. Three reviews, five longitudinal and two cross sectional studies were included. Results: PA reduced the likelihood of depression in many studies and a sedentary or inactive lifestyle increased the risks for mental health symptoms such as depression. One study showed that low PA in childhood increased the odds of depression as an adult and other studies on teenagers saw a connection and mediation between PA and self-esteem whereas physical fitness showed no mediating effect. Many of the studies and reviews point out the insecurity regarding the dose-response association and the difficulties in defining causality. Conclusion: PA might have a preventive effect on depression. Some evidence exist to support that PA in childhood prevents depression in adults.
