Background: The fierce competetivness that characterize todays market force the companies to differentiate their offerings to a greater extent. The customers do no longer choose their supplier on the attributes of the products alone. Their purchase decisions also depend on the relationship the customers have with their supplier. With new customer channels like the Internet and advanced computer systems companies can increase the value for their customers through a better understanding of the customers needs and preferences. In this way companies can create longterm relationships with their customers.

Syftet med detta examensarbete var att underso?ka hur fo?rskolla?rare resonerar kring ett lekpedagogiskt arbetssa?tt och barns relationer. Fo?r att underso?ka detta valde jag att genomfo?ra min studie med hja?lp av intervjuer som metod. Jag valde att intervjua tre fo?rskolla?rare som alla arbetar lekpedagogiskt pa? olika fo?rskolor, fo?r att pa? sa? vis fa? en sa? bred bild som mo?jligt.

Sense of coherence, SOC, is a way to study health and wellbeing in a salutogen perspective. SOC is a theory that Aaron Antonovsky came up with and it involves three elements; comprehensibility, manageability and meaningfulness. These three elements is a objective way to look at our existence. The aim of this study was to examine how high the pupils sense of coherence was in the grades 1, 3 and 6 in a school in Karlstad. And with the result as starting point have a discussion around the pedagogical consequences and which educational work procedures we can use to work with SOC in school.

Forskning har visat att ra?tt utformad feedback kan ha va?ldigt bra effekt pa? elevers la?rande. Idrottsla?rarens uppgift a?r att hja?lpa elever utveckla sina kunskaper och fa?rdigheter i a?mnet, vilket kan go?ras med feedback som verktyg. Med detta som grund var mitt syfte att, genom observationer av idrottslektioner och en la?rarintervju, underso?ka hur en idrottsla?rare anva?nder feedback i sin undervisning samt om och i sa? fall hur elever fa?r ge feedback till varandra.

Concrete floors have traditionally had no problems with annoying vibrations. However with the demand for larger spans the floors need to be made more slender with a higher degree of utilization and lower mass. Therefore new floors may have problems with vibration serviceability. This thesis studies the vibration characteristics of hollow core slabs. The analysis was made in the finite element program Ansys. The hollow core slab was subjected to a varying force simulating one person walking across the slab.

Syftet med denna studie ?r att genom kvalitativa intervjuer unders?ka tolv l?rares vetskap om vad barn och ungdomar m?ter f?r sexuellt inneh?ll p? internet och sociala medier samt l?rarnas undervisning och utbildning kopplat till kunskapsomr?det Sexualitet, samtycke och relationer. I denna studie ing?r nio grundskoll?rare i samh?llskunskap f?r ?rskurs 4-6 och tre ?vriga grundskoll?rare f?r ?rskurs 4-6. Dessa l?rare har mellan ?tta m?nader och 40 ?rs arbetslivserfarenhet inom l?raryrket.

It is essential to reuse- and recycles residues to decrease the amount of deposit materials and reach sustainable energy use. Two ways to work towards this is to recycle wood ashes to the forest as nutrient compensation and extract biogas from combustion of biomass.The aim with this study was to decide whether wood ashes that been used for biogas upgrading with accelerated carbonation also can be used as a nutrient compensation in the woods according to recommendations from the Swedish Forest Agency (Skogsstyrelsen).The ashes that were used in this study came from Johan Andersson who works at JTI in Uppsala, who also treated the ashes with biogas. The ashes have, in both untreated and treated condition, been analyzed in this study according to contents of elements, leaching properties, hardening properties and contents of crystalline phases, to evaluate what impact carbonation with biogas has on the ashes.The accelerated carbonation led to hardening of the ash, and decreased amount of CaO- and increased amount of CaCO3. The CO2-uptake also entails a dilution of the elements, and the content of nutrients and trace elements decreases. However the results show an indication of an uptake of S from the biogas to the ash, since the dilution had a smaller impact on S than the rest of the elements.

The environment that surrounds us affects us all. Research has shown that we feel physically and emotionally best in natural environments with greenery or water elements. Urban environments are likely to be more stressing then natural environments. How we experience specific elements, as water, of an environment is not as much investigated. There is a need of further knowledge for us to fully understand the interplay between our senses and the environment. Human beings have always been depending on water and the search for it has characterized our deeds and doings through out evolution.

This thesis deals with two types of agrarian remains in relation to settlement remains; clearance cairns, low stone walls and house terraces in the area of Northeastern Uppland and the area north of Lake Mälaren, during the middle Iron Age. The aim whit this thesis is trying to get a better understanding of the relation between agrarian and settlement remains in Uppland. Three places have been chosen where these three elements are present and they are interpreted through Richard Whites concept of middle ground but also Landesque capital. The three elements have shown to be expressed in different ways in all three sites. It is possible to see two areas with different traditions, but also to see two areas that closely interact with each other, this opens up for a new discussion around agrarian remains in both areas.

Mot vilken bakgrund och fo?rkunskap va?ljer la?rare i svenska pa? gymnasiet den litteratur de be- gagnar i sin undervisning?Fo?r att besvara fra?gesta?llningarna har en kvalitativ enka?tstudie genomfo?rts med 14 gymnasiela?- rare i svenska. Resultatet visar pa? tendenser i la?rarnas litteratururval som ligger na?ra en kanon.

The landscape is a great asset for Göteborg as a city and places in the landscape are much used by the public. This diploma work deals with the question of how nature in Göteborg can become more accessible and how a place in it can be supplemented with new landscape elements. It is a proposal for a new urban park at Björlanda peninsula in the western part of Hisingen, Göteborg, which today belongs to the Swedish Armed Forces and is a part of the Nature-2000 area "Nordre älvs estuarium". The reason for choosing this place is that it is the only area around the costal area in Göteborg that has not been built on and that it contains a very varied landscape. The proposal is presented as three different broschures, dated 10-20 years ahead: A map of a possible system of urban parks including a detail of such a park, Västra Hisingen (the western parts of Hisingen) The idea with a system of urban parks is to make the landscape generally more accessible and maybe open it for people that do not use it today. A broschure of the central area Välkommen, with my design proposal for an urban park at Björlanda peninsula The design aims to utilize the landscape elements water, mountains, vegetation and sky and to intensify the experience of them.
