Denna studie syftar till att belysa l?rare i fritidshems perspektiv p? det h?lsofr?mjande arbetet i fritidshemmet samt hur detta arbete utf?rs i verksamheten. Med vetskapen om att barn i dag r?r sig f?r lite i f?rh?llande till rekommendationerna s? vill vi unders?ka hur detta ?terspeglar sig i den fritidshemspedagogiska verksamheten. Det ?r ett intressant omr?de att l?gga fokus p? d? m?nga barn spenderar mycket tid i fritidshemmet.

The goal of this project was to make the requirement process at the Swedish Coastguard more effective. The first step to achieve this was done by locating bottle necks in the process with value stream mapping method. The result of this study showed that the biggest restriction in the requirement process was while examining older requirement documents to understand what elements were suitable for the particular project. This was followed by a study of literature, interviews and theory of Lean Production with the ambition to investigate how the requirement process was handled on other companies and how to improve the process on the Swedish coast guard. This led to a number of potential enhancements of the process which later was evaluated.

Syftet med studien ?r att f? mer kunskap om hur pedagoger p? sfi reflekterar ?ver uttal och uttalsundervisningen i allm?nhet, men ?ven mer specifikt kring deras m?l med uttalsundervisningen och vilka prioriteringar den har i j?mf?relse med ?vriga delmoment inom sfi. Unders?kningen har genomf?rts genom kvalitativa intervjuer med fem sfil?rare verksamma p? studiev?g ett, kurs a, b, c, och d, d?r l?rarnas erfarenheter, funderingar och intentioner kring uttal och uttalsdidaktik ligger till grund f?r analysen. Resultatet visar att sfil?rarna anser uttal vara en viktig och relevant del av svenska som andraspr?ksundervisningen f?r elever p? sfi men samtidigt synligg?rs en avsaknad av gemensamma riktlinjer samt gemensamma pedagogiska praktiker och m?l med uttalsundervisningen.

It is essential to reuse- and recycles residues to decrease the amount of deposit materials and reach sustainable energy use. Two ways to work towards this is to recycle wood ashes to the forest as nutrient compensation and extract biogas from combustion of biomass.The aim with this study was to decide whether wood ashes that been used for biogas upgrading with accelerated carbonation also can be used as a nutrient compensation in the woods according to recommendations from the Swedish Forest Agency (Skogsstyrelsen).The ashes that were used in this study came from Johan Andersson who works at JTI in Uppsala, who also treated the ashes with biogas. The ashes have, in both untreated and treated condition, been analyzed in this study according to contents of elements, leaching properties, hardening properties and contents of crystalline phases, to evaluate what impact carbonation with biogas has on the ashes.The accelerated carbonation led to hardening of the ash, and decreased amount of CaO- and increased amount of CaCO3. The CO2-uptake also entails a dilution of the elements, and the content of nutrients and trace elements decreases. However the results show an indication of an uptake of S from the biogas to the ash, since the dilution had a smaller impact on S than the rest of the elements.

Field balances based on supply and removal of trace elements from the topsoil have been calculatedfor farms specialized in crop, dairy and pig production in Sweden. Today's field balances have beencompared with the field balances of 1990 in order to examine if, and then how, the situation haschanged. Studied trace elements are arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), copper (Cu),mercury (Hg), manganese (Mn), nickel (Ni), lead (Pb) and zinc (Zn).The balance calculations show that the stores of Cu and Zn are depleted with an average rate of -15% and -6 % over a 100-years period on crop farms when only commercial fertilizers are being used.The concentrations of Hg and Pb tend to increase in the topsoil on crop farms with more than 3 % forHg and with 2 % for Pb in 100 years. There is today balance between supply and removal of the traceelements As, Cd, Cr, Mn and Ni. In the south of Sweden, on crop farms with sugar beets in the croprotation, one can see a decrease in the concentration of Cd in the top soil by -6 % over a period of100 years.

To have motivated employees is important for companies so that they are able to keep valuable competence within the organization. This report treats a relatively new concept for increasing the motivation of employees. It is however, a concept that gets more and more attention. The aim of this paper is to investigate the subject matter of visual communication in presentation brochures of two Swedish regions: Region Halland and Region Dalarna. My focuses are the following questions: what is the aim of the brochures and in what ways does the visual material relate to that aim? How can strategic communication be defined through a visual perspective and in what ways is it useful in the context of presentation brochures of the regions? What sort of communicational functions are specific for the visual material in relation to the written language of the brochures? Lead by these questions, I start by analyzing the brochures through a textual analysis and a social semiotic approach. The result shows that the aim seems to be both political and commercial, but that the visual elements relate more strongly to the commercial aim than to the political aim by the way they strive to present a positive image of the region. The visual elements work in strategic ways that I define as visual strategies.

Fokus har legat pa? hur bakgrundsmusik pa?verkat klassrumsmiljo?n, och i vilken utstra?ckning den passar in i elevers olika la?rstilar och vilka avsikter la?rarna har. Arbetet har delats upp i tva? delstudier da?r sex la?rare och tolv elever har intervjuats.

The purpose of this project was to find out how reading is affected, and not affected, by different elements on a start page. The site I was studied belongs to the magazine Fitness Magazine, and the current site has a problem. The editorial texts and articles don?t reach out to the visitors. The goal was to make a proposal for a new first page of the web site that highlights the texts and the reading.With the help of interviews, user testing and textual analysis, I studied if the texts were in itself that caused the problem or if it was the design.
