In Europe, the central governments are the ones to coordinate the international standards and strategies regarding GPP; Green Public Procurement. However in Spain a GPP program was introduced late and only applied to the Central Government Institutions, (AGEA) (BOE nr. 027, 2008). These means that smaller administrations, such as, Autonomous Regions, Municipalities and Town Councils were not included in the program. The absence of a national program which excludes those governments made them introduce their own criteria for GPP, and the difference in criteria varies from one government to the other.

This paper will answer which factors are important for the business relation between a small Swedish import company and a Chinese contractor. The problem is based partly in theories that points to cultural and organizational differences between Sweden and China, and partly in current examples from Swedish companies. The relevant data has been collected by interviews with three small Swedish companies that are currently using Chinese contractors.The result is that the differences between the countries and organizations exist, but that they do not interfere with the inter-company relations. The conclusion is that our result contradictsthe established theories in the field, and that a more comprehensive investigation is warranted..

The purpose of this study was to gain a better understanding of how medium-sized construction companies adapt and how they choose to reorganize their operations in relation to the recession. The study has as its theoretical starting point theories about organizational learning, the impact of the economy on construction companies and strategies for dealing with recessions. The method used to conduct the study was semi-structured interviews with representatives from 15 different construction companies. The results of the study show that they used several strategies to adapt and reorganize the business in accordance with the recession. Some construction companies had to make cost savings as a result of the recession.

Val av prioriterad leverantör vid köp av komponentdelar: en
studie av industriellt köpbeteende inom svensk
tillverkningsindustri.

Denna studie syftar till att identifiera hur valet av prioriterad leverantör sker vid köp av komponentdelar hos stora företag inom den svenska tillverkningsindustrin. Rapporten är avgränsad till komponenter som är kan anses vara kritiska ur försörjningssynpunkt för inköparen. Genom att studera vilka urvalskriterier de berörda företagen använder sig av men även hur köpprocessen och köpbeslutsgruppens sammansättning ser ut i praktiken, har empirin jämförts med de akademiska modeller och teorier som finns på området. Intervjuer har genomförts hos fyra stora tillverkande företag i Sverige som alla har tusentals anställda världen över. Fallföretagen verkar inom branscher såsom ventilationsteknik, vitvaror, industriella verktyg och tillämpningar samt fordonskrockskydd.

The theoretical framework is primarily based on long-term business relationships. The discussion about organic and fair trade products has been a big issue during the last few years. Despite an extensive knowledge about the environmental problems and a willingness to do something about it, the consumers are not always acting that way. Children do imitate their parents and other adults at an early age, so if the role models do not begin to act, think and dress ethically correct, neither will the children. Three problems have been identified out of the discussion. They relate to the questions of how older school children and parents of younger school children are taking sides regarding the organic/fair trade clothes and how existing trends in the society as well as those in fashion contexts influence their attitudes and consumer behaviour.

This paper aims to investigate how Helsingborg?s city library?s visi-tors feel about computer games being available for lending and in which way computer gamers see Helsingborg?s city library as a resource. This was examined first with a study of 100 of the library?s visitors and then with five interviews with computer gamers and an interview with the librarian responsible for Purchasing games.The study showed that most visitors were neutral to having games at the library and of the ones that were not neutral many more were positive than negative. Of the five gamers who were inter-viewed, there were several who had borrowed games in the past.

Intresset för elektroniska inköp där den ekonomiska nyttan är lätt att kvantifiera är stort. E-inköp erbjuder många nya innovativa lösningar som driver utvecklingen av inköpsstrategier och inköpsprocesser framåt. Detta leder i sin tur att E-inköpet anses som en viktig påverkande faktor vad gäller både de interna och de externa processer som innefattas i inköpsfunktionen.Förändringar som implementering av E-inköpet innebär kan resultera i både positiva och negativa effekter. De positiva effekterna dominerar, då fler företag väljer att implementera E-inköp, dock gäller effekterna hela företaget och hela inköpsfunktionen i synnerlighet. Att bryta ner inköpsfunktionens helhet för att se hur dess varje enskild del påverkas av införandet av E-inköp kan därför ge en mer tydlig bild av de positiva effekternas vikt.

The process of gift-giving is something that occurs all around the world, and most people are both givers and receivers of gifts. While receiving a gift is often associated with joyous feelings, Purchasing and giving a gift may not generate the same feelings. The worries of giving a gift may include anguish of finding the right gift for the right person, and not to mention it shall be appropriate given the situation. This paper aims to describe consumer attitudes in various gift-giving occasions. Lärares syn på inkludering i grundskolans tidigare år

This study has examined how teachers in primary education with experience of inclusion look on inclusive education. The study was based on the concept of inclusion and how it is made possible in primary school. The study was conducted using semi-structured qualitative life-world interviews with three teachers in primary education with included pupils with learning disabilities in their class. The results show the complexity of having a pupil with learning disabilities in class. To interpret, follow and then assess under two syllabuses are seen as difficult.
