Personal- och arbetslivsprogrammet a?r en akademisk utbildning som pa? senare tid hardiskuterats som en utbildning i gra?nslandet mellan akademi och yrkesliv. Utbildningen fa?r oftautsta? kritik i samha?llsdebatten da? de nyexaminerade akademikerna, trots flera?rig utbildningsaknar praktiska arbetsrelaterade fa?rdigheter och kunskaper. Programmet finns pa? ma?nga olikaorter i Sverige, men med olika utbildningsuppla?gg.

Den totala biogasproduktionen i Sverige 2009 var 1,4 TWh och 22 % av biogasen producerades i samrötningsanläggningar. Sedan 2005 är det förbjudet att deponera organiskt avfall, vilket har gjort att produktionen från samrötningsanläggningar har ökat de senaste åren. Den totala biogaspotentialen i Sverige är ungefär 15 TWh och där står lantbruket för över 70 %. Avloppsslam, avfall från livsmedelsindustrin och matavfall står för den resterande delen. Det är även dessa tre råvarugrupper som har störst lönsamhet med dagens teknik.

År 2009 färdigställdes två passivhus på Portvakten Söder i Växjö. Mellan de två byggnaderna finns en spillvattenvärmeväxlare installerad i ett försök att ta tillvara på outnyttjad energi ifrån byggnadernas utgående spillvatten. Växlarens effektivitet undersöks genom beräkning av dess temperaturverkningsgrad över ett dygn. Verkningsgraden bestäms genom temperaturmätning med tekniken termoelement. Vald metod tillsammans med upptäckten av grundvatten på mätplatsen medförde att temperaturmätningen inte blev tillförlitlig och uträknad verkningsgrad för växlaren blev därmed inte rimlig.Under 2013 var skillnaden i varmvattenförbrukning 55 % mellan de två husen.

Between 1999 and 2009, I followed three of my grandparents, all of whom suffered from dementia. Numerous times, when I visited them in their nursing homes, I was met by residents of the ward who were very unhappy. Through conversations at home with my family, I understood more and more that this was a commonly occurring problem at nursing homes. All too often it was solved with heavy medication, which made the residents tired and they slept more often.During my undergraduate education at Konstfack, I have reflected on whether I, as an interior designer and furniture designer, can have an influence on spaces and furniture so that dementia patients can experience greater calm and security. The idea is if that I perceive the environment as calm and secure, I will also be calm and secure.In my degree project, I want to study how interior design and furniture design can contribute to decreased agitation in people with dementia in nursing homes..

I Sverige har vi en låg prevalens av salmonella jämfört med övriga Europa och världen, ett nationellt kontrollprogram ligger till grund för denna låga förekomst. Öland har en högre prevalens av Salmonella Dublin (S. Dublin) än övriga Sverige, vid tankmjölkscreening 2013 konstaterades att 2/3 av besättningarna med tecken på infektion med S. Dublin låg på Öland. Fokusgruppsintervjuer är en metodik som använts för att belysa människors tankar, åsikter och funderingar gällande ett specifikt ämne. Sådana diskussioner hölls med mjölkproducenter på Öland för att diskutera förekomst och kontroll av S.

Abstract"Citizen Influence, Forms and Effects - A study of the Resistance Concerning the Establishment of a Juvenile Detention Center in Kristinehamn 2005-2007"Political Science, Johan Utter This essay circles around the concepts of citizenship and the questions if and how citizens in the modern democracy can influence and effect the political decisions made by the governing body on the local level. This is done by the means of a case-study concerning the establishment of an institutional facility for convicted youths in Kristinehamn. The planning of this facility and especially its planned location in Sunneberg aroused a significant negative response from the citizens, demanding a better alternative for the location.The proposition resulted in heavy protests from the citizens as the planned location was viewed as an important recreation area, where the citizens could experience nature first hand, close to the centre of town. As a result, some citizens living close to the planned location, formed a network called "Bevara Sunneberg", whose purpose was to influence the decision-makers and make the citizen?s voices heard.

Sveriges miljömålsstruktur är i förändring med ambitionen att skapa ett välfungerande system för hur arbetet med miljöfrågor ska fortsätta. Denna uppsats är en utvärdering av agenda 21 miljömål på lokal nivå, Vänersborgs kommun, med 13 miljömål, sammanlagt 26 stycken inberäknat delmålen. Uppsatsens syfte, att spegla kommunens miljöarbete och hela den geografiska kommunens förhållningssätt till miljömålen, har skett genom att stämma av hur arbetet med miljömålen fungerat under en tre års period, år 2009 till 2011. Denna uppföljning är den andra kommunen har gjort, och tanken har varit att bygga på de förra parametrarna. När målen konstruerades, skrevs förslag på hur målen skulle följas upp, med tanken att de skulle kunna användas vid uppföljningen 2012. Metoderna har använts där de har fungerat, men som del av syftet med uppsatsen, så har det varit att testa och hitta bättre metoder för uppföljning. Därför har fokus varit att hitta mer användbara nyckeltal, som indikerar om måluppfyllelsen. Uppföljningen har till skett i samarbete med miljö och hälsoskyddskontoret och miljösamordnare i kommunen.

Denna uppsats redogör för vilka påföljder ett eventuellt dröjsmål med premiebetalningen kan få för en försäkringstagare. Det är framförallt en jämförelsestudie mellan konsumentregleringarna och näringsreglerna, samt en jämförelse med dagens rättsläge och propositionen om ny försäkringsavtalslag. Försäkringsparternas förpliktelser är för försäkringstagaren att erlägga premie och för försäkringsgivaren att utge ersättning vid en eventuell skada. De regler som idag reglerar påföljder vid ett dröjsmål med premiebetalningen finns i 1927 års försäkringsavtalslag och inom konsumentförhållanden i 1980 års konsumentförsäkringslag. Som synes är lagstiftningen gammal och Regeringen har nu lagt en proposition om ny försäkringsavtalslag (prop 2003/04:150) vilken förväntas träda ikraft januari 2006.

Warehouses are a key aspect of modern supply chains and play a vital role in the success or failure of businesses today. Figures from the USA indicate that the capital- and operating costs of warehouses represent about 22 % of a company?s logistics costs while figures from Europe indicate 25 % (Baker & Canessa, 2009). Because warehousing is such an important function within a company, the authors chose to focus on this in their thesis. The purpose of this thesis has been to examine the significance of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and item identification with attention to logistic efficiency.

Kommunens arbete ställs i relation till tidigare utförda Lupp-undersökningar i andra kommuner samt till Ungdomsstyrelsens studie Den goda viljan, som berör praktiskt genomförande av kommunal ungdomspolitik. This essay is a textbook study where I aim to review four textbooks regarding some historical events in the subject History. The textbooks are used in junior high school and the historical events are as follows: the genocide that happened in Congo during the leadership of king Leopold II, the genocide on Armenians in the Ottoman Empire, the Holocaust and the Vietnam War.By performing this study I wanted to answer these three questions:What differences and similarities can be found in how the events circumscribed?How much space do the various events have and has it evolved through the years 1980-2009?How can this be explained?The study has been analyzed from a post-colonial perspective and the recurring patterns that appear show how the texts are post-colonial. This means that the authors of the textbooks are writing about the same subjects, but in very different ways..

In this thesis we examine the relationship between board composition and firm performance in Swedish companies. The selection of companies includes all Swedish limited liability companies, with the exception of micro enterprises, that have been active between the years of 2009-2010. We develop hypotheses based on resource dependence theory, agency theory, and the resource based view, and test these with regression analysis against collected data. Specifically, we examine the effects of board diversity, outside directorships, and CEO duality. Our findings show that none of the theories provide sufficient explanatory power of the relationship between board composition and firm performance, and that further research is required to better understand the role and effects of company boards..

The goal of this project was to create the music video for swedish pop/rockband Antennas? single Youngbloods, from their album Feeling Feline Tonight(2009). The video was made through animation, collages, photography andillustration. The main focus for the video was to create an independent visualstory and to implement an investigation of how different technics for creatingand documenting images and motion result in different interpretations of thecontent. The work was characterized by an active search for contrasts andcontradictions.My approach to the project was to work with a child?s curiosity, but withthe discipline of an adult.

The 1st of January 2009 a new goal was set for the emergency care in Stockholms läns landsting. This new goal stated that 70 per cent of the patients shall not spend more than four hours in the hospital when requesting emergency care. The processes in the emergency room at Södersjukhuset do not cope with this new goal. The authors studied the reasons for this and made suggestions based on the findings. The conclusions were that the emergency room should place doctors much earlier in the emergency care process or implement a system where specialists act as tutors to non-specialized doctors.

In this project I have worked with porcelain och and porcelain decors. The project was based on questions like why porcelain is such a richly decorated product and how you can maka a shape and a decor feel like a entirety. In December 2009 I went to China in search for answers and to study porcelain decors. This trip has been my inspiration throughout the whole project and also the main theme for the idea, the shape and the decor. That is why I decided to make a teacup with a plate that also has a function as a lid.As I first started working with the shape I was thinking to make a rounded teacup, inspired by the chinese rice bowls, but since I had to produce the porcelain by myself I decided to make a much more simple shape.
