Sverige har likt många andra europeiska nationer brottats med hög ungdomsarbetslöshet under de senaste 20 åren. I ett försök att underlätta ungdomars inträde på arbetsmarknaden valde regeringen att i två steg sänka arbetsgivaravgiften för ungdomar. De båda sänkningarna innebar sedermera en dryg halvering av det samlade uttaget för arbetsgivaravgiften från 31 till 15 procent. Tidigare forskning påvisar försumbara sysselsättningseffekter. Detta till följd av att skattesänkningen på längre sikt övervältras till löntagaren i form av högre lön.

The purpose of this thesis was to examine relevance of the proposition made by new insitutionalists about institutional and technical environment. This proposition originaly made by Meyer & Rowan (1977) has two core assumptions: The first is that all organizations are controlled by combinations of types of demands; technical demands for efficient production and institutional demands to adept to cultural and normative expectations. The second assumption is that there exists a few organizations dominated almost entirely by one typy of demand. Organizations dominated by institutional demands are said to live in an institutional environment, while technical organizations is said operate in a technical environment. This thesis has examined if these assumptions are still applicable in describing organizational interaction with the environment.

The paper contains comment, clarification and criticism, even constructive criticism, of some theses that have been put forward by Laurence Bonjour in his In Defense of Pure Reason.It presents a concept of experience that deals with the relation between cognizer and object of experience that has a great similarity to that of Bonjour. Through analysis it is shown that the concept of a priori entails that Bonjour has two concepts of a priori, a narrow and a broad one. The narrow one is, in my own words: According to moderate rationalism a proposition p is a priori justified if and only if you apprehend that p must be true in every possible world. This doesn?t mean that Bonjour doesn?t believe in an epistemological, metaphysical and semantic realm.

In the proposition Nya förmånsrättsregler, 2002/03:49, the government suggests a new bill of beneficial rights, or FRL. The proposition has several changes, mostly for The Banking system. One of the changes is that the banks´ individual beneficial rights shall be replaced by a general beneficial right, where the beneficial value never exceeds 55 percent of the value of insurance bonds. Previously, the beneficial value was 100 percent.The purpose of this essay is to evaluate the relationship between the banks´ activities, and the new bill of beneficial rights, especially what the effects will become for the public companies within the printing houses, with 1 - 49 employees in the Skåne Region.The survey includes a total of 142 companies and it was distributed via e-mail. The conclusions from the study are that there are tendencies of increased difficulties for companies to get their credits granted by the banks.

Rapporten handlar om examensprojektet som utförts av Magnus Johansson och Thomas Klasa under våren 2009. Man har under åtta veckors tid arbetat med att hjälpa företaget LBElkonsult AB i Mölndal med att ta fram en specialanpassad verktygspalett i datorprogrammet AutoCAD MEP 2009. I rapporten finns de olika steg som genomförts för att nå det önskade slutresultatet. Allt från förstudier och själva arbetet i AutoCAD MEP 2009 till finjusteringarna som avslutningsvis gjordes på den blivande slutprodukten.Resultatet blev en mobil verktygspalett för datorprogrammet AutoCAD MEP 2009, som innehåller de nästan 200 symboler och de grundläggande funktioner som fanns på företagets önskelista. Verktygspaletten är uppbyggd av objekt istället för ?döda symboler?.

This report describes the development of a web site for co-workers on leave of absence at Volvo Cars Engine AB and graduated students at Volvo Upper Secondary School in Skövde. The aim of the web site is to be a complement to existing communication channels in the promotion of the contact between the target group and the company. The work was divided into two parts; the first consisting of a preliminary study used to identify the information which the target group finds absent in their absence from their place of work/school, and the second part consisting of the development of a proposition of content layout and web site design. The finished proposition was presented along with a couple of alternatives for the technical implementation. The information department at Volvo Cars Engine AB in consultation with Volvo Cars IT will carry on the implementation, administration and further development of the proposed solutions..

The report is part of the university´engineer program within Industrial Organization and Economics with specialization in Logistics and Managment at Jönköping´s university.Skoghall´s mill underlies a large supply chain, which means there should be a lot of areas in need of small improvement measures. This report illustrates a small part of one of these areas and is focused on the loading distribution services in the terminal Vänern.At the moment there´s a very unequal load of the load carriers SECU box and Container at the terminal. Skoghall´s mill has the desire to equalize the high and low load levels of the 2 loading carriers named previously. One of the options to solve the problem is to set a limit of how much the carriers can load per week or per day. The mill also wants it to be investigated if the proposition would influence the customers in any way and if both the company and its customers could handle a lower level of delivery services in case the proposition was to be applied.The goal to be achieved with this thesis is to provide balance to the unequall loading of the 2 load carriers, SECU and Container, and investigate whether or not the Skoghall´s mill´s customers, could manage the lower degree of delivery service that the proposition would imply.For this goal to be achieved, random sample investigations were taken from orders of a customer that is provided with SECU load carriers and the same was made with a Container´s customer.

Bakgrunden till arbetet väcktes genom debatterna sensommaren 2009 om skyddsnivån på de fordon som svenska soldater i Afghanistan använder sig av och det ökade antalet attacker mot den svenska kontingenten där. I takt med att upprorsmännens attacker började skada personalen så var frågeställningen klar. Hur ser stödet till de svenska soldaterna och officerarna ut? Syftet med arbetet är presentera en sammanhållen bild av hur försäkringsskyddet ser ut genom att svara på dessa frågor. Hur försäkringsskyddet ser ut för svensk personalen som tjänstgör för utlandsstyrkan idag? Samt vad innebär den så kallade veteransoldatspropositionen ur försäkringssynpunkt, vilka är skillnaderna? Metoden i arbetet kommer att vara i huvudsak deskriptivt men även komparativt.

Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att ta reda på hur utvalda tidningar, både morgon- och kvällstidningar, valt att förhålla sig mot proposition 2008/09:140 ? Ett användbart försvar. Den proposition som innebar att vi idag har ett yrkesförsvar och inte värnplikt.Arbetet har utgått från en kvalitativ textanalys. Tidningarna har analyserats utefter sökkriterierna: kostnad, tillgänglighet ? användbarhet, hög beredskap, rekryteringssvårigheter och folkförankring.

Studiens syfte är att: med utgångspunkt i två skilda propositionstexter (daterade 1990 och 2009) påvisa hur införandet av Individuella programmet/Introduktionsprogrammet vid två skilda tidpunkter löst differentieringsfrågan, samt att påvisa hur dessa lösningar motiverats och hur de kan förstås. Syftet uppfylldes genom två frågeställningar. Den första riktade sig mot respektive proposition för att identifiera olika differentieringsformer och deras bakomliggande motiv. Den andra jämförde de båda propositionerna för att se om det över tid skett någon förändring i differentieringsfrågans besvarande och dess bakomliggande motiv.Studien befinner sig inom ett läroplansteoretiskt forskningsfält och har tagit avstamp ifrån differentieringsrelaterad teori. Studiens källmaterial behandlades genom en kvalitativ textanalytisk metod och dess resultat påvisade en förändring över tid i besvarandet av differentieringsfrågan.
