Inledning:Flertalet organisationer har idag kommit att identifiera sina medarbetare som den viktigaste resursen, detta har lett till att allt ho?gre krav sta?lls pa? HR-funktioner/personalavdelningar. Att de ska tillfredssta?lla ba?de medarbetarna och organisationernas behov fo?r att pa? sa? vis bidra till att organisationen na?r framga?ng. Under de senare a?ren har ma?nga personalavdelningar fo?ra?ndrats till HR-funktioner med mer strategiska inriktningar, o?verga?ngen har medfo?rt oklarheter kring HR-funktionens roller, vilket i ma?nga fall har lett till att HR-funktionens fulla potential inte nyttjas samt att deras arbete begra?nsas.Syfte:Att o?ka kunskapen kring HR-funktionen och dess tillskrivna roller, skapa en medvetenhet och fo?rsta?else fo?r de oklarheter som existerar kring dessa.

Sammanfattningsvis kan man säga att denna undersökning har behandlat lärarens roller idag. Det vi har kommit fram till genom kvalitativa intervjuer, har blivit en central del i vår analys om hur lärare ser på sin roll idag. För att komma fram till detta resultat har vi fått gå tillbaka till skolans historia och använt oss av relevant forskning kring ämnet idag. Historiskt sett har läraren haft en central roll i samhället som kunskapsförmedlare men har ändrats till ett allt mer komplexet yrke, där ständig övervakning och styrning bidrar till lärarens utsatta roll. Detta bidrar till att lärarens rättigheter inte är tillgodosedda.

There have been debates on the big differences in mathematics knowledge concerning pupils in Sweden and Finland. Especially, one common issue in the discussions of education is the Pisa test results, which take up in the media. In the Pisa research the Finnish pupils get through well year after year. Because of the discussions about the distinct school systems in Sweden and Finland, I found it interesting to investigate the divergence of the curriculums in these two countries. The main research questions asked were, what are the main differences and similarities in the Swedish and Finnish curriculums in primary school? Such as, is the assignment of primary school similar in Sweden and Finland?In my study I analyzed and compared by means of the curriculum especially mathe-matics teaching in primary schools in grade three in Sweden and in grade two Fin-land.

 Aim. To describe patients who have got a recommendation by a telenurse to visit the emergency department and how many of these patients could have received care in the primary health care instead. Further on, the aim was to describe if there are patients not following the recommendations.Methods. Quantitative, descriptive study, with an examination of medical records of the patients, which the telenurses recommended to visit the emergency department, during one week. Assessments whether the patient could seek medical care at the primary health care was made, firstly based on the telenurses documentation and secondly on both the telenurses and the emergency department´s documentation.Results.

AimThe aim with this essay was to find out what the personal in the primary care of Värmdö have for attitude to work with physical activity in prevention and treatment of diseases, how they work with the method today and how they think about working with the method in the future. Following questions were in focus of the study: How are they working in the primary care of Värmdö today with physical activity in prevention and treatment of diseases? What is the attitude to work with physical activity in prevention and treatment of diseases? And how do they want to work with physical activity in prevention and treatment of diseases in the future?MethodThe study includes all doctors, nurses and physiotherapists in Gustavsberg and Djurö primary care in Värmdö. To get answers on the question of issue was a questionnaire handed out. 82 % answered, which means that 45 of totally 55 employed in both primary care units answered the questinnaire.Results44 of 45 asked reported that they give verbal advice about physical activity to their patients today.

The objective of this thesis is to make a training material for KSU, which shows how radiation affects the different electronic components in a radiological environment.All electronic systems in the presence of high ionizing radiation can experience difficulties and be destroyed.This influence may compromise the control system and thus the safety of a nuclear reactor plant.To achieve this objective requires a description of electronic components and sensors, to better understand its function.This thesis will also show the possible solutions available that the author found interesting.Organizations such as NASA, CERN and ESA have worked to develop electronic components immune to radiation. Those organizations have also developed a test protocol that guarantees to a certain extent the security of electronic components in a radiological environment.Since we know how the material reacts with the radiation, it could develop a material that can be resistant to radiation or like CMOS technology has proposed, to reduce the component to avoid the storage of charge in the oxide.Another solution can be the GRAPHENE. Its features will revolutionize the electronics and provide answer to the radiation problems, Graphene will replace Silicium and the electronic components will only have a few nanometers dimensions so the oxide area also reduces, and in this way avoid the known problem of storage of charge..

Local charges may induce people to change their pattern of consumption by influencing investments and acts in certain directions. Some charges could for example give people incentives to use less natural resources. This study investigates four different local charges and whether they benefit an economical management with natural resources or not. This is carried out by investigating whether there is a polarity between local charges that may influence environmental actions or goods, and effective pollution control set to achieve certain nationally determined environmental goals. The study includes two economic perspectives and investigates on the one hand whether local charges counteract governmental subsidies and on the other hand whether the charges vary between the different municipalities since large differences may lead to cost inefficiency.

Syftet med denna studie är att beskriva och analysera några lärares tal om den egna rollen och roller som elever kan ta eller tilldelas vid undervisningssituationer där elever samverkar kring problemlösning i matematik. Frågeställningarna behandlar vilken betydelse lärarna tillmäter den egna rollen och elevernas roller, hur lärarnas beskrivning av den egna rollen utvecklas under samtalet samt vilken betydelse lärarna tilldelar reciprocitet mellan eleverna. Det teoretiska ramverket har sin grund i det designteoretiska perspektivet som Rostvall och Selander (2008) har utvecklat samt forskning om lärares roll vid matematikundervisning och lärares yrkesutveckling. Resultatet från ett fokusgruppsamtal analyseras och diskuteras med hjälp av det designteoretiska perspektivet. Resultatet visar att lärarna främst tillmäter den egna rollen betydelse då det gäller organisation av elevgrupper i målsättning att samtliga elever ska delta i problemlösningsarbetet.

Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka bildens betydelse som ett verktyg, en artefakt, för att utveckla kommunikationen tillsammans med två elever som har diagnosen Charge. Syftet är också att personalen runt eleverna ska öka sin förmåga att se kommunikationen som redan finns och fungerar.Teori: Kommunikation, samspel och språk påverkar oss mycket i vår vardag. Grundsärskolans kursplan betonar att människan genom kommunikationen utvecklar sin identitet. Charge syndrom innebär för individen en svårighet i att samordna sina sinnen. Här talar man också om det proprioceptiska och det vestibulära sinnet vilka har stor inverkan på hur individen upplever sin egen kropp.

Supervisors ansvarar för den dagliga ledningen av kabinkåren och delar sin tjänst mellan att vara administrativ ledare och att arbeta som kabinanställd i organisationen. Syftet med studien var att med hjälp av en kvalitativ induktiv metod få ökad förståelse för hur arbetsrollen ser ut och upplevs. Resultatet baseras på enskilda intervjuer, vilka tolkades i enlighet med en induktiv tematisk analys. En Supervisor rekryteras från kabinkåren och innehar två olika roller i verksamheten. Supervisorrollen har förändrats över tid.

The arguments put forward in support of how stages are organised have been studied, likewise whether municipalities have acted rationally when making their decisions.Six municipalities are included in the survey. They were divided into three educational categories: lower, middle and high level schools; previous and recent schools and F9 schools with pre-schools and primary schools integrated.Minutes from politicians' and civil servants' meetings have been studied and categorised according to arguments for and against. The most common supportive arguments are about economy and organisation, others concern school premises, trends and the wish for a comprehensive compulsory school.

Introduction: Our lifestyle habits affect our health and unhealthy habits are a contributing factor to disease. Health care is an arena that should work with health promotion. MI (motivational interviewing) is a method used in various forms of care to work with lifestyle. Aim: To map methods with intention to be used in Swedish primary care, to work with the lifestyle habits diet, physical activity, alcohol and tobacco. Method: This is a literature based study.

This study centres on learning to read and methods for teaching reading skills. The aim is to provide a survey of the concept reading skills and the methods developed on the basis of different theories and the methods preferred when teaching children in primary school and why. The study is based on interviews with eight teachers who are working on a dailybasis teaching Swedish in preschool class or lower primary school. The result of my study is that the majority of teachers do not use a specific method, but rather combine several different methods, thus adapting instruction to each individual pupil. .

This study has examined how teachers in primary education with experience of inclusion look on inclusive education. The study was based on the concept of inclusion and how it is made possible in primary school. The study was conducted using semi-structured qualitative life-world interviews with three teachers in primary education with included pupils with learning disabilities in their class. The results show the complexity of having a pupil with learning disabilities in class. To interpret, follow and then assess under two syllabuses are seen as difficult.
