Rapporten innehåller en presentation av aspekter som medför att användarnaskrav återfinns i systemen. Rapporten innehåller dessutom en empirisk utvärdering om databassystem möter användarnas behov.Det som framkommer av rapporten är att användarnas krav inte tillgodoses av systemen de arbetar vid. Det är främst de icke funktionella kraven som inte möter användarnas behov. Rapporten avslutas med en allmän diskussion om arbetet, och en sammanfattning av vad som framkommit i min undersökning.

Den här uppsatsen syftar till att undersöka hur funktionell grammatik kan svara mot det som dagens grammatikundervisning brister i och efterfrågar. Uppsatsen presenterar genom en litteraturgenomgång synen på dagens grammatikundervisning, dess bakrund, argument och strävansmål. Dessutom innehåller uppsatsen en presentation av Michael Hallidays funktionella grammatik och dess möjliga tillämpning i skolundervisningen och vid textanalys. Avslutningsvis förs en kort diskussion kring funktionell grammatik och en meningsfull grammatikundervisning..

Jag gör i denna uppsats en fallstudie om hur fritidspedagogerna på en mellanstor grundskola kan tänkas tolka sitt uppdrag i den verksamhet de arbetar i, fritidshemmet. Bakgrundskapitlet inleds med att beskriva fritidshemmets historia med syftet att förklara varför det finns fritidshem idag och varför denna skolbarnomsorg numera kan sägas vara en utbildningsverksamhet i grundskolan. Det avslutande i det bakgrundstäckande kapitlet är en specifikt framtagen presentation av de styrdokument som fritidshemmet idag lyder under.Det specifika med denna presentation är således att styrdokumenten blir presenterade med syftet att försöka lyfta fram det som Skolverket föreskriver vara fritidshemmets och dess pedagogers uppdrag.I uppsatsens rapport redovisas och analyseras fyra intervjuer jag gjort med fritidspedagogerna i en mellanstor grundskola. Sammanfattningsvis kan dessa pedagogers tankar om deras uppdrag sägas vara lika när de återger vad de i sin verksamhet ska erbjuda sina elever. En trygg miljö som eleverna får en möjlighet att bara vara i.

This report aims to provide an insight into the particle physics of today, and into the research that goes on within the field. The focus is partly on the recent discovery of the Higgs boson, and partly on how software can be used to simulate processes in particle accelerators. Basic concepts of particle physics and the search for the Higgs boson are discussed, and experimental results, including those from the Large Hadron Collider, are compared with simulations made in MadGraph 5. Furthermore, simple new models of particle physics are created in FeynRules, in order to make simulations based on the models. To support the presentations of these aspects, some of the underlying theory is built from the ground up.

The aim of this thesis is to examine how librarians and family historians experience their interaction at the reference encounter, what influences these views and how they affect the service; whether the family historians are aware of these views; which subject knowledge is needed and how this knowledge affects work performance; if there is a need for continuing education, and finally, if the family historians themselves can work as a resource for the library or the librarians? The thesis consists of three parts; in the first a theoretical frame was constructed around the concepts service, continuing education, subject knowledge and attitudes. Role theory was used as a theoretical background to show how expectations influence professional roles. The second part consists of the results given from the qualitative interviews with librarians and surveys with family historians that were performed. In the last part a discussion from the theoretical and empirical information earlier received was made.

Kemikalier hanteras i det dagliga arbetet ombord. Syftet med den här studien var att ta reda på hur kemikalier hanteras ombord på en svensk passagerarfärja. Frågeställningarna koncentrerades på produkt- och metodval, kommunikation och tillämpning av rutiner och instruktioner samt riskmedvetenhet hos besättningen. Studien genomfördes som en enfallsstudie och bestod av dokumentanalyser, observationer och intervjuer med besättningsmedlemmar. Resultatet visar att informanterna på däcks- och maskinavdelningarna hade stora möjligheter att påverka arbetssituationen vad gäller hantering av kemikalier till skillnad från informanten på intendenturavdelningen som enbart hade begränsad möjlighet att påverka.

The concept of art infusion has become more and more used in the field of marketing and product advertising, and the phenomenon has been subject to research. The purpose of this paper is to study how the perception of an office environment is influenced by different kinds of art settings. The study is made as a survey in which the respondents have been exposed to working environments, only differentiated by the existence of different kinds of art or non-existence of art in the presentation. There are many conclusions to draw from the study, the most important is that the presence of art gives positive spillover effects on the surrounding environment..

Since 1 January 2010 it is a requirement to use the European standards, Eurocodes, in Sweden when constructing bridges. One chapter that has caused an extra amount of problems for the engineers is the one about fatigue analysis, which resulted in us doing this thesis.To do this we had to read all of the Eurocodes that direct, or indirect deals with fatigue and calculating of such. We have read the background documents for the Eurocodes and master?s thesis in the subject. We also studied the calculations of bridges constructed by different construction firms.We have chosen to limit the thesis to discuss only road bridges made of concrete due to the lack of method for verification of concrete in the national appendix.

Atlas Copco Tools develops and manufactures handheld industrial tools. Heat and surface treatments are used to provide the tools with certain properties. There are no routines for the choice of treatment or for how to specify treatment on drawings. Production documents that are sent for production abroad may not be clear enough. Some treatments are known as trademarks and there are no instructions for how to specify these on drawings and in CAD-models.The purpose of this master thesis work is to create recommendations for the procedure of choosing heat and surface treatment.

This is an explorative study about subject indexing of a special collection of books, administered by the John Andrén Foundation at the library of Ystad. The study summarises a number of theoretical perspectives as well as some practical instructions on how to carry out the task. Theories have been placed into five different groups according to their various approaches to subject indexing. These have been analysed in regard to their usefulness to the Andrén collection. The authors have tested and evaluated six practical models on a selection of books from the Andrén collection.

Concentration problems have been discussed from a variety of angles and have been problemized in different ways. One approach is to place the major part of the problem on the child independent of its environment. The terms used as an explanatory model are ?attention disorder, impulsiveness, difficulty at finding suitable activity levels, difficulty in understanding rules and instructions? (Kadesjö 2007). Others place the root of the problem in the environment prevalent at pre-school and school.

The purpose of this study was principally to illuminate and describe how the alteration in law (1994:137) about the reception of asylum seekers and others has been implemented at some different authorities in Sweden, according to separated children; children who have fled to Sweden without their parents or other adult guardians. Beside this I want to, as a part, describe how the child perspective looks like at the authorities. The study refers to illuminate and describe the first time for the separated children in Sweden, which means from the arrival and about one year ahead. Qualitative interviews have been used as a method to especially investigate how the subjects of my interview understand their commission according to the separated children, how the practice situation looks like for and according to the separated children in relation to existing laws and instructions and finally how my subjects of interview think about the above mentioned alteration in law (1994:137), which means distribution of responsibility between Swedish authorities.My study showed that there were implementation problems according to the alteration in law (1994:137). The intentions to make it better for the separated children through the law alteration don't work in a good or satisfying way in the practice situation..

To find useful methods of reading instructions for pupils with Cerebral palsy is a complex but at the same time very challenging work. The main focus of this research lies in studying the pupils work focusing on special adaptation of educational materials and means of assistance for pupils with Cerebral palsy. In trying to get a complete picture of the work with the reading instruction I don?t think that it can be described only by studying the work, it also demands an inside look at the job the working group performs. My overarching purpose of this research is to try out measures to further develop the work with reading instruction for pupils with Cerebral palsy.

Tanken med vårt examensarbete var att vi skulle ge oss själva en bra start i arbetslivet. Dels genom att komma igång mer med låtskrivandet men framförallt att få inblick i vad som ska till för att vi senare ska kunna ta oss hela vägen.
