Previous reaserch has indicated that the almoners position in the somatic hospital hierarchy is poor. The purpose of this study was to investigate the position of the almoner in the hospital hierarch today, together with what this position is based upon.The questions at issue were:- Has the almoners position in the hospital hierarchy changed, or is it still poor?- In what way can the almoners position in the hospital hierarchy be explained?In order to get answers to our questions at issue, we interviewed totally 13 persons from the three chosen professional categories, i e four almoners, five doctors and four nurses. Two of the doctors worked at care centres and the other doctors worked in hospitals within the Region Skåne. The interview material was analysed from the concepts of Pierre Bourdieus; field and symbolic capital and by means of ideas from the closing theory.

F?r att n? denna f?rst?else unders?ks vilka normer kring k?n och etnicitet kvinnor med utomeuropeisk bakgrund upplever finns inom arbetsgemenskapen samt hur de f?rh?ller sig till dem. Fr?gest?llningar: Vilka normer kring k?n och etnicitet upplever kvinnor med utomeuropeisk bakgrund existerar inom arbetsgemenskapen p? deras arbetsplats inom IT-branschen? P? vilka s?tt upplever kvinnor med utomeuropeisk bakgrund att de exkluderas och inkluderas i arbetsgemenskapen p? sin arbetsplats inom IT-branschen? Vilka olika handlingsstrategier har kvinnor med utomeuropeisk bakgrund f?r att f?rh?lla sig till inkludering respektive exkludering p? sin arbetsplats inom IT-branschen? Teori: F?r att besvara fr?gest?llningarna har vi anv?nt oss av teorier om interaktionsritualer, emotionell energi, etablerade och outsiders samt begreppen intersektionalitet och assimilering. Metod: Kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer har genomf?rts f?r att samla in data. Datan har sedan kategoriserats i relevanta teman och underteman f?r att vidare analyseras med hj?lp av teori.

Betydelsen av att ha medarbetare som känner arbetstillfredsställelse utgör en ovärderlig del av ett företags framgång. En betydelsefull uppgift att tillgodose den aspekten har chefen och dennes sätt att kommunicera med sina medarbetare. I intervjuer med personer som blivit internrekryterade till en överordnad position i förhållande till forna kollegor var syftet att undersöka hur de upplevde bemötandet från över- och underordnade i samband med rekryteringsprocessen. Hur deras nya position påverkat relationen till kollegorna och hur de nu ser på sin position och arbetssituation. Resultatet visade att relationerna förändras.

Det ?vergripande syftet med denna studie ?r att med utg?ngspunkt i den fenomenografiska ansatsen unders?ka nio f?rskoll?rares uppfattningar av fenomenet tydligg?rande pedagogik som inkluderingsverktyg i l?rmilj?n utomhus. Studien placerar sig i kontaktytan mellan forskning om inkludering, tillg?ngliga l?rmilj?er utomhus och den praktiska till?mpningen av tydligg?rande pedagogik. Genom att studera f?rskoll?rares uppfattningar av fenomenet och hur f?rskoll?rare anser sig agera i sv?ra situationer som uppst?r i denna milj? har slutsatser kunnat dras kring hur och om tydligg?rande pedagogik anv?nds som ett inkluderingsverktyg.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka om det finns något samband mellan äldres socioekonomiska position och det goda åldrandet i form av livstillfredsställelse, välbefinnande, livskvalitet samt känsla av sammanhang. Jag studerade även hur ovanstående samband såg ut när män och kvinnor analyserades separat, respektive när man använde olika mått på socioekonomisk position. De mått på socioekonomisk position som användes var inkomst, kontantmarginal, socialklass och utbildning. En kvantitativ metod användes och materialet var SWEOLD från 1992. Urvalet var ett riksrepresentativt slumpmässigt urval, och antal medverkande var 537 personer i åldern 77-99 år.

The purpose of this master?s thesis is to see why there seem to be little interest in the management position at the public libraries. Since librarianship is a field that are proportionally dominated by women we chose to approach the study with a gender perspective. This study has excluded men and our main interest is the women?s point of view.

Det förekommer hållningsmönster som kan leda till problem från nacke och axlar. Ett hållningsmönster med hög muskelaktivitet i övre trapezius (ÖT) är ofta förknippat med nack- och skuldersmärta. Därför var det relevant att göra en experimentell hållningskorrigeringsstudie för att studera eventuella förändringar i muskelaktiviteten i ÖT. Syftet med studien var att undersöka om en korrigering av axlarnas position har betydelse för muskelaktiviteten i ÖT när armarna hålls i tre olika positioner framför kroppen, samt beskriva muskelaktiviteten i dessa positioner. Tio personer med hopsjunken hållning och nack- eller axelproblem deltog i studien.

At Flight and Systems test Saab AB, a post-processing software is used to process GPS data. A new software by the name GrafNav has been purchased and the purpose of this master thesis therefore became, partly to make a judgment regarding GrafNav?s ability to estimate position, velocity and accuracy, partly to if needed improve the estimate and finally find one or several methods to estimate the position and velocity accuracy. The judgment of GrafNav was performed partly by a comparison to the former post-processing software (PNAV) and partly by a comparison to the airplane?s inertial navigation system (INS).

This thesis aims to investigate the positioning concept of industrial services. We chose to identify the reasons why positioning is used as well as to describe the positioning process. The research strategy chosen for this thesis was a case study of a consultancy firm Benima AB. This firm was chosen due to the fact that a new positioning concept during the latest year hade been implemented and therefore seemed like a good choice for our study. Of the six available theoretical reasons for positioning, we found that Benima AB had two of them: namely change in target market or their needs and demands and renewed company identity/personality.
