I den här slutreflektionen kommer ni att kunna läsa om vårt kandidatarbete i sin helhet. Ni får ta del av det koncept vi arbetade fram och strävade efter att realisera. Ni kommer att få följa med i arbetsprocessen där vi låter er få inblick i hur vi gick från idé till färdig produkt inom de tre avdelningarna programmering, grafik och ljud. Avslutningsvis kommer vi att reflektera över kandidatarbetstiden, både som grupp och på individnivå. Några av de frågeställningar vi tar upp handlar om hur vi har lyckats genomföra projektet trots bristande planering och utan någon hierarkisk ordning samt hur det har varit att arbeta i en grupp där majoriteten av medlemmarna har haft en ny roll för första gången i ett projekt. Det övergripande syftet med detta arbete har varit att studera hur kommuner förhåller sig till bestämmelserna som finns i Miljöbalkens 3 kap § 4 om ianpråktagande av jordbruksmark. Syftet har vidare varit att undersöka vilka motsättningar som finns mellan miljö- och planeringsparadigmen inom den fysiska planeringen genom att studera hur kommuner resonerar om frågan om byggande eller bevarande av jordbruksmark. För att undersöka detta studeras de fall som har den bästa jordbruksmarken sett till dess produktionsförmåga samt har en stor befolkningsökning och liten yta att växa på. Som tillvägagångssätt för att studera detta tillämpas en flerfallstudie som undersökningsstrategi. I studien genomförs en innehållsanalys av åtta kommuners översiktsplaner. Uppsatsen visar på att det finns en förskjutning från miljöparadigmet till planeringsparadigmet i sättet som kommunerna för sina resonemang om bestämmelserna om byggande på jordbruksmark. I samtliga översiktsplaners övergripande mål eller strategier nämns jordbruksmarken som en viktig resurs som ska värnas. Detta inledande resonemang tillhör ?miljöparadigmets? bevarande- och skyddssynsätt på utveckling.

The development of our time, is due to great progresses in technology and an enormous ex-plosion of knowledge, has lead to an increased effort of our attention as a result of a boundless torrent of information . Higher productivity and efficiency in our workplaces and homes crea-tes fewer opportunities for rest, leading to a community where stress has become a national disease. Recreation is an important part of our lives in order to be able to deal with stress and is now considered to be an essential resource when it comes to sustainable development. Green spaces are therefore today viewed to play a considerable roll for the national health. Nature has proven to have positive influence on man which leads to a decrease in blood pressure, an increase in power of concentration and lowered production of stress hormones.

In Sweden, the eutrophication of lakes, water courses and the coastal areas is considered the major threat to aquatic ecosystems and therefore actions taken to reduce the nutrient load to aquatic system including the Baltic Sea has high priority. There are many different sources of phosphorous and nitrogen and domestic wastewater is one contributing factor to the high load. Especially waste water from households that is not connected to municipal sewage treatment or a local small scale plant with appropriate nutrient removal efficiency is considered a problem. These types of households are quite common in rural areas in Sweden and in areas where summer houses has been converted to permanent living. Swedish legislation now permit the municipalities to decide in which areas within the municipality higher demands of the local small scale treatment facility should be met by the households (i.e.

Weber and Linder (2005) have enlightened that the focus of the current debate on the budget?s to be or not be, has been on trying to find a general tool, which fits best in all situations. They argue that the budget may be more appropriate for organizations in certain circumstances, than for others. They claim that there is a gap in research concerning the situations in which the budget may be appropriate, or when Beyond budgeting is preferred. It is this gap we are trying to fill with our thesis.The purpose of the thesis is to explain which situational factors that affect the organization's use of budgets for the functions the budget can fulfill.

The Circle is a strong form that influences the landscape. It also has symbolic value which influences our feelings and experiences. This Thesis project examines the Circles? characteristics and its significance in various connections. The goal of this Thesis is to examine what role the Circle plays in various situations and what motives there are for using it is landscape architecture. The basis for this Thesis work is a proposal which has been drawn up for development of the rural area between the villages of Hofterup and Löddeköping in the municipality of Kävlinge.

The research group Soil and Water Management at the department of Soil and Environment at theSwedish University of Agricultural Sciences in Uppsala are studying greenhouse gas emissions fromcultivated peat soils. To measure carbon dioxide emissions from peat soils in the field the researchgroup are now using two portable carbon dioxide meters (Vaisala GMP343). For practical reasons,they plan to acquire a new type of automated field meter. The aim of this study is to evaluate thepresent meters to see how environmental conditions and instrument settings affect the results,which is meant to facilitate the introduction of the new field meter when the meters needs to becompared. As a part of the study the relationship between groundwater level and carbon dioxideemissions from peat soils will be investigated.The evaluation of the two carbon dioxide meters was made by connecting them to one single airtightsystem, with the aim of creating identical measurement environments.

Warszawa är en stad som ständigt förändrats av historiska händelser, den viktigaste har kanske varit andra världskriget. I slutet av kriget var cirka 90% av staden jämnad med marken. Återuppbyggnaden under efterkrigstiden var under sovjetisk influens och det ledde till en på många sätt ofördelaktig fysisk struktur och därmed transportstruktur. Sedan järnridåns fall år 1989 utvecklas Polen och Warszawa på marknadsekonomiska premisser, vilket har lett till andra typer av problem såsom en starkt rotad ?bilist-kultur?.

This master thesis covers the seasonal planning of a small scale hydropower system. The system in this study is owned and operated by Mälarenergi Vattenkraft AB. The total system consists of 4 different main rivers with 24 hydropower stations and several dams. The total installed power in the system is 43.75 MW. Most of the hydropower stations are regarded as small scale hydropower stations and thus entitled to green certificates.In this report the issue of planning is formulated as an optimization problem.

Kandidatarbetets överordnade teman är entreprenörskap, stadsförnyelse och rättvisa. Syftet är att, med utgångspunkt i vad forskare hävdar vara ett skifte från traditionell välfärdspolitik till entreprenörsmässig stadspolitik, belysa rättviseaspekterna i den nutida fysiska planeringen utifrån ett antal principer för hur en rättvis stad kan uppnås. Vidare är syftet att tillämpa dessa principer i en analys av rättviseaspekterna i ett aktuellt stadsförnyelseprojekt. Problematiken som undersöks bygger på antaganden om att den nya stadspolitiken banat väg för en ökad social polarisering i samhället, då de ekonomiska intressena tenderar prioriteras framför sociala behov och demokratiska rättigheter. Undersökningens forskningsdesign är en fallstudie och fallet som har undersökts är stadsförnyelseprojektet H+ i Helsingborg. I fallstudien appliceras begrepp hämtade från Susan Fainsteins teori om The Just City (2010), den rättvisa staden, i en kvalitativ innehållsanalys av det empiriska materialet Fördjupad Översiktsplan för H+, Imagine Helsingborg (genomförandeplan) samt planområdets Miljöprofil.

Detta arbete behandlar problematiken med att bygga kustnära, samtidigt som det i relation till klimatförändringen och den globala uppvärmningen sker en havsnivåhöjning. Syftet med arbetet är att upplysa om olika skydds- och bygg-nadsmetoder, som kan användas för att upprätthålla traditionen av att bygga vid kusten samt att kunna stilla den efterfrågan som idag finns för havsnära lägen utan att utsätta människor för risken av översvämningar. Arbetet börjar med en översiktlig bild av dagsprognosen för de stundande kli-matförändringarna samt vilka effekter dessa har för den globala havsnivåhöj- ningen, för att sedan beta sig ner till en mer lokal nivå och beskriva dagsläget för södra Sverige samt prognosen fram till slutet på seklet. Det presenteras även en aktuell bild för hur lagstiftningens, kommunernas, länsstyrelsernas och den fysiska planeringens roll förhåller sig till den stundande havsnivåhöjningen samt vilka kli-matanpassningsåtgärder som kan göras med havsnivåhöjningen i fokus. Avsnittet, ?Att bygga för framtiden? ger en kort översikt för olika skydds- och byggnadsmetoder som finns med hänsyn till havsnivåhöjningen. Här presenteras även influenser och inspirationer från Holland, ett land känt för sin eviga kamp mot översvämningar och för sin innovativa arkitektur vad gäller kustnära bebyg-gelse.

Throughout many years there have been discussions within the European Union (EU) regarding harmonization and improvement of accounting rules for companies with listed shares or other securities. The ambition exists to adopt, the within the union applied accounting standards, to those applied globally. These discussions lead the year 2002 to adoption by the council and parliament of international accounting standards (IFRS). The ordinance meant that all listed European companies have to adopt international accounting standards, accepted for application within the EU, for their consolidated accounts.During July 2003 the Swedish Government Official Reports issued a report (SOU 2003:71) stating, among other things, the differences and oppositions of implementing IFRS on a corporate level in Sweden, since corporate disclosure is regulated in Swedish law by Bokföringslagen (BFL) and Årsredovisningslagen (ÅRL). One of the main obstacles for the full implementation of IFRS is that a company?s annual report underlies the governmental taxation and an implementation of IFRS would affect this balance.

Aim: The aim with this study was to elucidate the mealorder and the mealsituation for the elder and how the nurse handles this. Method: This litterateur review was based on teri research studies.

The government procurement legislation ? i.e. the Swedish procurement law, the EC procurement directives and the WTO?s Government Procurement Agreement ? applies on public procurement. Such a procurement exists when the contractor meets the conditions stated in the directives that the organ is to be considered as a contracting auhtority.

The overall purpose of this essay was to provide a better understanding of the importance of discretion for social workers in direct social services. To answer the purpose three questions were formulated: (1) How do social workers define and describe their discretion and their ability to independently accomplish their work? (2) How do social workers experience that workplace organization, policies and economic conditions interact with their discretion and (3) How do social workers experience that the interaction with the client can affect how they use their discretion in the individual case? The method used was qualitative interviews. The theoretical framework was Michael Lipskys (1980) Street-level bureaucracy and the four themes organization, professional role, skills and interaction.The results showed that the respondents, although they did not consider themselves to be affected by the economy still adapted to budget restrictions when they said that they were cost conscious in their work. This adjustment to budget framework could possibly be what made them not feel limited in their work.
