Socialsekreterarens betydelse för ensamkommande flyktingbarns integrationsprocess
The aim of this study was to develop knowledge about the social workers' importance for unaccompanied children's integration in the Swedish society. In order to investigate this we also have to distinguish other people who are important for the unaccompanied children. The method used in the study is qualitative interviews and we have interviewed four unaccompanied children and three social workers to reach the results. To analyze the results we have used symbolic interactionism and Antonovsky's theory about sence of coherence. The results showed that it is important for unaccompanied children to have access to significant people to integrate and they also have to learn values and attitudes which exist in the society.
En organisations employer brand image riktad mot redan anställd personal : En kvalitativ studie om en organisations satsningar för att påverka sin employer brand image utifrån sociala och ekonomiska utbyten på arbetsplatsen
Syftet med denna studie är att utifrån intervjupersonernas perspektiv undersöka vilken betydelse sociala och ekonomiska utbyten har för en organisations möjlighet att attrahera redan anställd personal. Detta eftersom mycket tidigare forskning kring ämnet är av kvantitativ art och inriktad på att attrahera potentiella rekryter snarare än redan anställd personal. Denna studie jämför även likheter och skillnader mellan chefer och personal. För att undersöka hur en organisation kan attrahera redan anställd personal tas avstamp i hur tidigare forskning redogör för hur fenomenet employer brand image används. Den teoretiska utgångspunkten för studien är att individer i sociala interaktioner gör utbyten där något ges och fås.

The Swedish working-class author Ivar Lo-Johansson (1901-1990) wrote a collection of one hundred short stories between the years 1968-1972. His other productions, generally speaking, have partially different social reform purposes, but, according to himself, these short stories were written with the intention to be totally free of tendencies (even though he himself doubted that he succeeded with this).During the same period that these short stories were published, the Swedish social democrats were under the challenge of radical movements that, mainly on the radical left?s ideological foundation, had a relatively strong influence in Sweden, among other countries, from the mid 1960?s to the late 1970?s. Since Lo-Johansson mainly seemed to have supported the politics of the social democrats, the purpose of the investigation in this thesis has been to see if he ? in the three short stories: Vikingakärlek (1970), Rikslögnaren (1971) and Ansgars resa till Sverige (1972) ? is conveying an ideological use of history and basic political values that were used by the social democratic party during this time period.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate how value creation influences consumers´ choice of market place. We have chosen to focus on how inner city centers can compete with external shopping malls by examining what values consumers find essential in shopping areas. The development within the retail market with more external malls outside cities has resulted in impoverished city centers; therefore, new strategies towards more attractive servicescapes in the inner city are crucial. The study is based on a qualitative approach due to deeper understanding and closeness to the subject, where Kalmar city is chosen as a case. We have completed a focus group study where respondents from each target group where represented.

personal vid särskilda demensboenden
Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva och analysera hur samarbetet mellan anhöriga och personal fungerar, för att det på bästa sätt ska komma brukaren tillgodo. Studien omfattade åtta personer, fyra anhöriga som är/var barn till brukare på demensboenden och fyra personal från två olika boenden. Metoden som användes var personliga intervjuer som berörde frågeområdena information, påverkan och deltagande. I intervjusvaren framkom att anhöriga och personal ansåg att samarbetet fungerar/fungerade tillfredsställande. Anhöriga som var framåt och aktivt försökte påverka omsorgen hade goda möjligheter till medinflytande över omsorgen om den närstående.

AbstractA walk at Karlstad's cemetery and burial - grounds is like a strolling in an architectural park with trees, bushes and flowers. But these parks are different; they are filled with dead people, their memorial stones and their life stories. This world is full of socially, economically and culture differences from different times from 19th century till today's society. The cemetery - and burial - grounds in Karlstad can tell you about 19th century influences just by looking at the stones and where they are placed. Influences from the religion, the Christianity, which symbols for example is the cross, the birds and the sun that rises or falls, but also phrases that is directing to the bible.
Lärande i ömsesidiga möten : Möten mellan elev och personal i en specialskola
Syftet med denna studie var att få djupare förståelse av det ömsesidiga samspelet mellan elever med synnedsättning i kombination med flera andra funktionsnedsättningar och personal på en specialskola. Genom intervjuer ville vi undersöka hur personal på en specialskola beskrev ömsesidiga möten och hur det är kopplat till lärande. Resultatet visade på några viktiga förhållanden som var kännetecknande från intervjuerna. Det vi lyfter fram är känslomässig lyhördhet mellan elev och personal, som innebär att man är inkännande och svarar på initiativ och samspel genom att bekräfta med ord och handling. Följsam turtagning, som medför att samspelet upprepas och förnyas genom en ständig förändring.

The empirical data that lies behind this survey comes from field work between 1992 and 1995. This field work represents work I made myself as a sales-man for the company, Malmberg Original Water. The task was to implement the Malmberg mineral water brand on the restaurant market of the South-Swedish area. Our aim was to reach the upper-scale, premium market of restaurants. The mission was successfully completed, and at 1996 we had completed the position as the most exclusively positioned mineral water brand in Skåne (Southernmost Sweden).

Aim Developmental Coordination Disorder Questionnaire 2007 (DCDQ'07) is an international survey tool based on parents' estimation of their child's motor coordination skills. The purpose of this study was to investigate the validity of a Swedish version of DCDQ'07 by finding out how the classification of Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) via DCDQ'07 is consistent with the classification of DCD via the motor impairment test, Movement ABC.MethodIn the context of a larger study, a Swedish translated version of the parent survey DCDQ'07 were sent to 4000 randomly selected families with children aged 8 - 10 years in Stockholm County. The classifications "DCD" or "NOT DCD" with cut-off values ??of 56 (9 years) and 57 (10 years) were applied. Forty families were selected from 410 registered responses.

The issue has been observed by IMO that has through BIMCO done a study with the aim to identify and reduce administrative burdens at sea.The primary aim of this study is to find out if safety officers aboard Swedish ferries consider that SOLAS Chapter III, 8.3 och 19.5 regulations are administrative burdens, restricted to muster lists and documentation of training aboard the ship.The secondary questions to the study are if it is possible to remove, combine or change the documents and how much time can be saved by doing this. The question about timesaving could not be answered, because the values were scattered and could not be used for further investigation. The observed values were accumulated by a survey and the result indicated that safety officers did not experience the two regulations as administrative burdens.

Arbetsklimat och bemötande av personer med krävande beteende: en enkätstudie bland personal i äldrevård
Krävande beteende bland personer med demenssjukdom är en stor utmaning för personal som arbetar inom äldrevård. Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur krävande beteende hos personer med demenssjukdom påverkade bemötandet de fick av personalen och personalens arbetsklimat. Studien genomfördes med en metod för enkätstudier. Resultatet visade att arbetskamrater är viktiga och att arbetet skulle vara nästan omöjligt att genomföra utan att arbeta i team, där arbetskamraterna ger varandra trygghet och respekt. Resultat visade också att påverkan på arbetstrivsel är stor oavsett arbetsplats och utbildning.

There is a wide arrange of sources where this could be found. One of the most important, due to the great influence it has on consumer choice, is in-store communications. This is also one of the least developed sources. It is not uncommon that the only facts that can be acquired are found on product packaging and from contact with the store´s staff.
Metod för dosoptimering av digitalt detektorsystem i klinisk drift
The county of Dalarna is at present carrying through a process of digitalization where traditional x-ray film is being replaced with digital detectors. Earlier used methods for dose optimization turned out not being sufficient. This report presents a method to harmonize dose levels between x- ray sites equipped with Fujifilm imaging plate systems. An exposure index, S, related to the dose level of the examination is computed to every x-ray image. S turned out to be inversely proportional to the detector dose used at the examination.

Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att identifiera skillnader i uppfattningar om lojalitet mellan kunder och personal i ett tjänsteföretag. Teori: Teorin baserar sig på lojalitet och är hämtad från Barroso och Picon (2012). Det centrala i teorin är flerdimensionellt begrepp av lojalitet. Vår teoretiska modell är fullt testbar. Metod: En kvantitativ metod har använts under denna undersökning.
