AbstractThe purpose of this essay was to determent if the authors? idea to replace a personal trainer with a training program, which is provided by software, is viable and if there is a market for such a product. The method that was used, included eight people who enrolled in a training program which were designed by the authors in Microsoft excel. The programs were based on principals of periodization, and included the phases: anatomic adaptation, hypertrophy, maximum strength and muscle definition. The training program was personal and based on individual goal setting.

AbstractMotor sports have been around as long as motor vehicles have been. Sports are often seen as costly polluter but in the same time the motor sports have encourages a large part of development, both for vehicles and other industries. Inventions like rear mirror and ABS brakes come from motor sports. One way to once again drive development forward while making motor sports carbon-neutral is to run the race cars on hydrogen. In this thesis, the goal is to convert a spark ignition engine for hydrogen operation.

I dag löser många företag både långsiktiga men främst kortsiktiga personalbehov med personalinhyrning. I vår undersökning har vi försökt att identifiera bakomliggande drivkrafter till personalinhyrning med hjälp av en fallstudie. Vi har även försökt kartlägga om det finns någon skillnad på drivkrafter när företag hyr in rutinmässiga eller professionella medarbetare. Någon sådan skillnad kunde vi inte hitta. Att det går snabbt och är enkelt att hyra in personal är enligt vår undersökning den främsta drivkraften till personalinhyrning, oavsett vilken typ av personal företaget väljer att hyra in.

Bemanningsbranschen har det senaste decenniet vuxit fram explosionsartat till följd av ändrad lagstiftning och krav på ökad flexibilitet hos företagen. Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att beskriva fem fallföretags erfarenheter av att hyra in personal från bemanningsföretag. Vi har undersökt vilka arbetsuppgifter som företagen hyr in personal till, vilka motiven för inhyrningen är, om den ordinarie personalen har uppvisat motstånd mot inhyrningen, om desammas motivation har påverkats till följd av inhyrningen och om företagskulturen har haft betydelse för inhyrningens framgång. Vi har genomfört en kvalitativ intervjustudie där respondenter både har varit ordinarie personal som arbetar tillsammans med den inhyrda personalen och personalansvariga. Några av de slutsatser som vi har kunnat dra utifrån fallföretagens erfarenheter är att kommunikationen av motivet till inhyrningen påverkar hur väl inhyrningen fungerar.

The purpose of the study is that based on focus groups with personal assistants understand how self-determination and participation, expresses itself in work with the users. The study has a focus on the concepts of power and help and social citizenship in the context of self-determination and participation. We are interested to explore how personal assistants reason and argue about different design cases and situations related to self-determination and participation in the relationship with the users. For this study we have used a qualitative method and to collect our data we have used focus groups and different design cases (vignettes). To analyze our data we used the theory about power and help and the theory about social citizenship.

Syftet med detta arbete var att beskriva vilka förväntningar det finns på personal som arbetar i förskoleklass. Vi avgränsade arbetet genom att fokusera på förskollärarna, fritidspedagogerna och grundskolelärarnas förväntningar, även fast vi vet att det finns många andra som har förväntningar på den personal som arbetar i förskoleklass. De frågeställningar som vi har utgått ifrån är: Vilken eller vilka kompetenser bör den personal ha som utför arbetet i förskoleklass?Vilka förväntningar riktas mot personalen i förskoleklass från avlämnande förskollärare och mottagande lärare i grundskolan? Vilka förväntningar har personal i förskoleklass mot varandra och sig själva? Vi använde oss av kvalitativa intervjuer för att kunna få ut så mycket som möjligt i de samtal vi förde med de intervjuade lärarna. Vi intervjuade två förskollärare som var avlämnande lärare, en fritidspedagog och en förskollärare som arbetade i förskoleklassen och två grundskollärare som var mottagande lärare.

The purpose of this article is to examine how social workers may experience fear in their profession, how they and their organizations handle the fear and how the fear may affect their practice. To obtain the purpose, in-depth interviews were carried out with seven social workers from the southeastern part of Sweden. The experiences of fear were many and are summarized in four categories. Fear of treats and violence, fear of the responsibility in complicated situations and without optimal solution, fear of being regarded and judged as worthless and fear of being scrutinized with the risk of being stigmatized. During the last years, producers and consumers have become increasingly aware of food safety. Foodborne illness and foodborne injury are in best case unpleasant but they can also be fatal. HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) is a preventative food safety system which is aimed to guarantee production of safe food free from pathogens, foreign materials and substances with potential to cause adverse health effect. In order to succeed in developing, installing, monitoring and verifying a HACCP system, there is a mix of hurdles for the company to overcome. While larger food companies meet a difficult challenge, small and medium size enterprises often feel that the hurdles are almost impossible to manage.

Nowadays in our society we find it hard for some groups of people to integrate in society. It?s known by media, that the suburbs are presented by a negative view, which often highlights the social problems in these suburbs. Women today feel that their urban surroundings are unsafe, and because of that they use different strategies to reduce the risk of being exposed to criminal acts towards them. The focus of this study is to develop an understanding of the insecure feeling that women feel and what that feeling might originate from. By using previous research and theories we have been able to incorporate a gender perspective on the study this because the gender role is central to understand women?s feelings of insecurity. In 1997, the Swedish parliament adopted a decision on Vision Zero (nollvision) in the road and transport system. Vision Zero means that no one should be killed or seriously injured in traffic accidents in the road transport system (Prop. 2003/04: 160). For the Transport Administration in Sweden (Trafikverket), this means increased demands on security and signage at road work sites around the country. This in turn means increased demands on the contractors that carry out road work for the Transport Administration.

This study focuses on the use of animals in social work from the perspective of social workers. The purpose of this study is to examine social workers? experiences of animal assisted social work and how social workers view the integration of animals in various fields of social work. The research is based on a qualitative method and four semi-structured interviews were conducted with social workers. The theories incorporated in the study are Attachment Theory and Sense of Coherence (SOC).The following results are presented: Social workers are considered to have a more comprehensive understanding of clients compared to their associates who do not hold a degree in Social Work.
