Uppsatsen undersöker och beskriver hur sex manliga lågstadielärare upplever sitt yrke och omgivningens reaktioner på detsamma. Männen som är i minoritet i yrkeskåren får komma till tals och ge sin syn på hur de uppfattar och tycker sig uppfattas av kollegor, elever och elevers föräldrar. Uppsatsen beskriver en manlighetsnorm som är upp till de enskilda lärarna att leva upp till eller förkasta i det egna identitetsskapandet och förhållningssätt gentemot yrket. Grunden ligger på olika institutioners intressen och önskemål om fler män i skolans tidigare år, hur och varför detta skall uppnås..

The overall aim with this study is to elucidate outdoor education as an education method and on the basis of that illustration to examine active educators vision on it as a way to motivate students' learning. This study is based on a literature component and a qualitative study through interviews five teachers.The results of the interviews show how to interpret the motivation and how to work with students' motivation. As well as outdoor education as part of the activity.  The interviews show the importance of outdoor education can be to increase students'motivation for learning. They also show the importance of outdoor education is for student learning and test scores have shown the effectiveness of student learning through outdoor education.

This case study examines how upper secondary schools in a municipality in the northern parts of Sweden structure their special Pedagogy with students who have ADHD and dyslexia, students? and parents? experiences of this, and what regulates the schools management in this particular aspect. The results show that all the schools have special pedagogues and other support staff employed, though in varied extent. Furthermore, the resources are distributed differently from school to school. The focus, however, is always around communication between the concerned parties.

The aim of this thesis is to analyse and if possible improve the communication, mainly seen from a pedagogical perspective, between the IT company (Nostratic) and their clients in a first meeting. The analysis covers the preparation part, communication during the meetings, the technical terminology used during the meetings as well as the follow up of the meetings. Due to the lack of research within this area and the lack of personal experience on my part, the conducted study has been explorative with the use of qualitative methods. Although my first aim was to put emphisis on the pedagogical part of the communication, I found while conducting the study that there were other areas of higher importance to analyse in order to improve the customer meetings. Unfortunately the company went bankrupt in the middle of my study which resulted in me not beeing able to try out the potential improvements.

The purpose of this paper is to find out if technology within Pedagogy can help pupils with dyslexiaperform on the same level as their peers without using compensatory aid. Is it possible to replacethe compensatory aids with the technology in question? Can the same technology also be used tosupport other pupils as well and in turn removing the stigma of needing compensatory aid?To learn the answers to these questions I have done a qualitative text analysis. This analysis focuson technology in the form of podcasts and Web 2.0 based teaching platforms. The analysis alsofocus on pupils with dyslexia and what kind of help compensatory aids can be.

The aim of this study is to investigate how Lunds Vokalensemble achieves its goals and in which way the goals influence the choir's work. The study also explores the choir's artistic process. Qualitative interviews and observations were used as a method. Four singers and the director participated to the interviews. The results show that the choir's artistic goals have quite an influence on many aspects of the choir's work, both in a musical and a social way.

Syftet med studien var att ta reda på hur gymnasieungdomar upplever utomhuspedagogiska moment i undervisningen. Det är en kvalitativ undersökning gjord vid Bernadottegymnasiet i Stockholm. Studien baseras på deltagande observationer under drygt två fältdygn och på semi-strukturerade intervjufrågor med tolv elever, i tre fokusgrupper. Resultatet visar att elever upplever utomhuspedagogiska undervisningsmoment positivt.

This paper is an inquiry that is trying to establish four young musicians' views of art and music.To define the boundaries of music and art and explore the possible similarities. The musicians were confronted with an artwork by Marcel Duchamp and a composition by John Cage, and have recieved a questionnaire where they were asked to express their views. They were also asked to point out qualities that define music and art and their boundaries. Follow up questions then try to futher clearify their definitions. The findings show that the group has a similar point of view where emotion and feeling rule over intellectualisation in relation to the creation of art..

Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva hur anställda i servicesektorn uppfattar och värderar strukturen hos de organisationer som de är yrkesverksamma i. Vi har intervjuat fyra personer som arbetar inom olika organisationer. Alla personer är yrkesverksamma i ett servicerelaterat yrke. Vi redogör för olika organisationsteorier och söker finna vilken teori som de anställda anser att de arbetar i. Vi beskriver även organisationen över tid där vi berättar om organisationens olika mål.

Uppsatsen är ett examensarbete inom kursen Praxis, forskning och utvecklingsarbete. Det valda problemområdet är: Specialpedagogik i montessoriskolan. Forskningsansatsen är inspirerad av en socialkonstruktivistisk- och etnografiskteoriansats utifrån studiens problemområde och syfte. Studiens syfte är: Att undersöka och lyfta fram hur specialpedagogik gestaltar sig i montessoriskolan. Studiens upplägg utformas som praxisforskning och genomförs som en komparativ fallstudie vid två montessoriskolor.

This study is about how eurhythmic teachers create a comfortable and educational environment in their classrooms. In other words how they create a healthy working environment. Four teachers were chosen for the study, one of them male. I?ve used qualitative interviews because I believe it's the best method to collect information that illustrates what a teacher's working situation looks like and what he/she does to realize their own ideas.

Studien behandlar projektledares uppfattningar av lärande i projektarbete. Valet av yrkesgrupp projektledare, beror på att projektledare ofta tilldelas nya projekt vilka de snabbt är tvungna att sätta sig in i. För att ett projekt ska fungera och lärande ska uppstå är det ett måste att alla deltagare har goda relationer och ett bra samspel. Syftet med studien är att nå en ökad förståelse av projektledares uppfattningar av lärande inom projektarbete. Fenomenografiska ansatsen valdes då variation är viktigt för att fånga så olika uppfattningar som möjligt.

The purpose of this paper is to understand why education is a human right. I will look at works by the late Paulo Freire, a Brazilian educator. Paulo Freire worked for many years on developing a Pedagogy to promote humanity. His goal was to demonstrate that a literate person will ultimately live a better life because she will be free from oppression and domination.I chose to study Paulo Freire as a tool in proving why education is a human right because throughout his work he demonstrated the need for people to be literate in order for them to be considered ?truly human?.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka om mediepedagogiskt ledarskap för inlärning ger en bra effekt och kvalité från elevens synpunkt. Jag har intervjuat elva studenter från Medieprogrammet vid Luleå gymnasium. En från varje avgångsklass. Jag har värderat en taxonomi över vad eleverna anser att de lärt sig.
