Med en allt mer konkurrensutsatt marknad är det svårt för företagen att nå ut med sina budskap till konsumenterna. Reklam är inget som lockar längre och möjligheterna  att  slippa  dem  blir  bara  fler  och  fler. Ett  relativt  nytt  sätt  att ändå få ut sitt budskap är att förpacka det i redaktionellt material och göra ett TV-  program  av  det  hela,  programming,  det  vill  säga  helt  eller  delvis förfinansierade program..

The aim of the study is to elucidate and analyze newcomer students´ experiences of the Language Introduction Program, in more detail, how the students describe their time at the program and how experiences could differ between girls and boys. Finally, the study examines how the program, according to the students, can be significant for their future. The analysis of the students´ dictums is based on the perspective of intercultural education. To answer the study´s aim and research questions, the investigation consists of eight semi-structured interviews with students who are studying at the Language Introduction Program at an upper secondary school in Uppsala.The results show that the main advantages with studying at the Language Introduction Program are, according to the students, that they learn the Swedish language and that they meet students with several cultural backgrounds. The main disadvantages that were noted were that the Language Introduction Program takes a long time to finish, and furthermore, the contact with the students at the other programs at the school is not enough.

The aim of this study was to explore refugees experiences of an introduction program in a small Swedish municipality. The study was based on semi-structured interviews with six refugees and was conducted to explore how the introduction program contributed or has not contributed to feelings of being integrated. Our informants have got different backgrounds but have all been forced to flee their home country to Sweden. The interview data was interpreted through earlier research, theories about social exclusion and concepts which were relevant for our study. Our study showed that the informants felt kindly received in the small municipality.

In this study we have examined how men and women are heard on Sveriges Televisions program Debatt. Debatt broadcast on Sveriges Televison which is a public service broadcaster. Through the use of a quantitative content analysis and a dialogical approach, we have documented how many men and women who speak, how they speak, how long they have the word and the subjects they will be heard in, in the program Debatt. We have investigated the ten last broadcast programs from the fallseason 2011. Every program is 45 minutes long and contains from two to three discussiontopics each time. By categorizing our survey and enter the result in four different tables, we found that the majority, 63%, of those that are heard are men.

AbstractThe purpose of this work is to try to find out how young people's reading habits among students look at different types of secondary school, ie. both theoretical and practical, and what factors might encourage them to read more. My questions have been; do young people read today? Is there any difference between city, gender or program? What can a teacher do to inspire young people to read more? I have made a questionnaire survey among different students at two different high schools in Skaraborg. The first school is a high school located in a medium sized town, where I made inquiries to the scientific program, social program, Business and Administration Program and the Electricity Program.

Denna uppsats behandlar rektorns pedagogiska ledarskap utifrån ett rektor- och lärarperspektiv. Syftet med den genomförda studien är att undersöka och försöka förtydliga hur rektor själv och lärarna idag uppfattar rektorns pedagogiska ledarskap representerat av situationen på kommunala skolor. Utifrån detta syfte formulerades tre frågeställningar som behandlar vad begreppet rektorns pedagogiska ledarskap innebär formellt, hur rektorn utövar pedagogiskt ledarskap samt vilka ramar som påverkar rektorns pedagogiska ledarskap. Metoden som användes för att samla in datamaterial var halvstrukturerade intervjuer med två rektorer och åtta lärare på två kommunala skolor (F-6). Datamaterialet kategoriserades utifrån intervjuer och frågeställningar.

Gott snack ? en kulturanalys i jakten på det pedagogiska samtalet är författat av Sebastian Aggestam och Hanna Persson och behandlar det pedagogiska samtalets funktion och plats i skolan. Med pedagogiska samtal menas det reflekterande och kunskapsutvecklande samtalet mellan lärare. Med kulturanalytiska metoder granskas samverkansformer och det kollegiala samarbetet på en grundskola i Skåne. Utifrån teorier av framförallt Andy Hargreaves och Gunnar Berg om hur kulturer formas och styrs identifieras tre kodbärare; kommunen, rektorn och lärarna, vilka genom dokumentanalys och kvalitativa intervjuer utgör det empiriska materialet.

To complete an overweight treatment program is associated with better weight loss. Previous studies have in principle focused on drop-out from the entire program, not individual parts of a program. Factors previously shown to influence the patients´ weight loss results are: frequency of individual meetings with a professional, the lack of social support from family or friends, the lack of motivation and in a few studies vacations. In several studies the drop-out patients have stated that their reasons for drop-out were dissatisfaction with the staff and the program design. Drop-out has also been shown to be connected with difficulties in adherence to the diet.

Vårt syfte var att beskriva, kritiskt granska samt dra slutsatser över vilka pedagogiska strategier det finns att tillämpa vid en AD/HD-diagnos. Detta för att skapa en god utvecklings- och lärandemiljö i klassrummet. I bakgrunden behandlas tidigare forskning, historik och viktiga begrepp inom området. Olika perspektiv belyses, både pedagogiskt och samhällskritiskt, kring diagnosen AD/HD. Kapitlet avslutas med pedagogiska strategier och miljöns betydelse för en god utvecklings- och lärandemiljö i klassrummet.

This master thesis work was done by two students at Machine Design at KTH for Lesjöfors Stockholmsfjäder AB. The task was to develop a calculation program for gas springs. The program is going to ease the selection of gas springs for a given case of a lid that should be opened. The program is going to be used internal by sales people at Lesjöfors AB in Sweden and internationally. The program is therefore written in English.The program was developed in Microsoft Visual C# 2008 Express Edition.

The purpose of our study was to examine how three teachers and four students relate to the program "Fem myror" in teaching. We have been through qualitative interviews with two teachers and one special teacher received a detailed picture of how their literacy programs made in relation to the "Fem myror." Qualitative interviews have also been made with four students, a boy and three girls, in order to examine their attitude to the program. From educators? interview answers, we think we can say that the theory and practice conform to what we read in the literature may be associated with what we observed during our time in the business. The study has shown that all teachers believe the program will be a good educational tool to take to read and write.

Detta examensarbete har till syfte att lyfta fram den skapande förmågan hos eleven i bildundervisning på gymnasiets estetiska program för att förstå hur man som lärare kan hjälpa eller stjälpa elevens förmåga till eget skapande. Skapande förmåga tillhör de centrala kompetenser som lyfts fram i skolverkets skrivelser i det inledande avsnittet om skolans uppgifter för ämnet bild. Jag har genom två undervisningsförsök och två intervjuer av lärare inom ramen för ämnet bild undersökt hur jag som pedagog kan påverka den skapande förmågan hos eleven. I mina litteraturstudier ges exempel på hur pedagogen kan främja lärandet och skapa förutsättningar som främjar skapande förmåga. Både resultat från undervisningsmetoderna och intervjuerna pekar mot att det finns metoder och strategier i undervisningen som kan påverka den skapande förmågan hos eleven; att som lärare exempelvis ge eleverna ?redskap?, sätta tydliga ramar och skapa goda relationer..

When different type of programs are developed one wants to make these adjustable to future changes and requirements. It must be done a good design of the program from the beginning to make it possible to continue development of it without having to redo big parts of it to high costs. In the area of object orientation there are design pattern, which can be used to design systems that can be adjusted to new changes in an easier way. I have in this thesis chosen to take a closer look at how to design a program that sends SMS to cell phones through a system of an operator. One requirement on the program is that it has to be possible to change what operator to send though in an easy way.

Vårt syfte med undersökningen är att få en fördjupad bild av ett pedagogiskt förhållningssätt och vad det betyder för lärandet. Metod: Vi har gjort en kvalitativ fallstudie med observationer och intervjuer av pedagoger på den aktuella förskolan. Observationerna gjordes före intervjuerna för att vi skulle få en så klar bild av de pedagogiska rummen som möjligt. Resultat: Vårt resultat av studien visar att omorganisationen bland annat lett till att personalen anser att de har mer tid för barnen tack vare de olika rummen samt fått större tilltro till varandra. Allas olika kompetenser tas numera tillvara och verksamheten är inte så tidsstyrd.

Att "smarta" brädspelande datorprogram har blivit mycket bättre under de senaste årtiondena har väl knappast kunnat undgå någon. Med brädspel menar jag spel såsom Go, Othello, Backgammon och Schack. Idag spelar program, som körs på en reguljär PC, bättre än de flesta människor. Vad är det som gör dessa program så bra? Hur kan man lära en dator att spela ett så pass komplext spel som Othello på en sådan nivå att ingen människa har en chans att vinna? I detta examensarbete kommer jag att försöka förklara mekanismerna bakom ett toppspelande Othelloprogram.
