Detta examensarbete handlar om EMC i allmanhet och overhorning i flatkabel samt ledningar i synnerhet. Arbetsuppgiften gick ut pa att undersoka overhorning i en flatkabel och ett kretskort.EMC, som star for elektromagnetisk kompatibilitet, beskriver mojligheten for elektriska och elektroniska system att fungera utan att stora andra system. Den beskriver aven formagan att fungera pa en angiven elektromagnetisk miljo for elektriska och elektroniska system. Problemet med overhorning i kablar och ledningar ar kant sedan tidigare och inom PCB design ar overhorning ett viktigt EMC problem.Tva undersokningar gjordes dar den forsta undersokningen utfordes pa flatkabeln. Matningar gjordes med ett oscilloskop for att sedan jamforas med teorin i form av berakningar och simuleringar.

           Bakgrund: Företagsförvärv har under den senare delen av 1900-talet uppvisat en stadigt uppåtgående utvecklingsriktning. För att minimera riskerna för ett misslyckat företagsförvärv genomför köparen en granskning av förvärvsobjektet, en så kallad due diligence. Syftemålet med en due diligence är att förvissa sig om att förvärvsobjektet inom rimliga gränser motsvarar det som köparen förväntar sig.Syfte: Att kartlägga om och i så fall hur, skillnader i utförandet av en due diligence föreligger mellan riskkapitalister och uppdragstagare. Identifiera huruvida det existerar ett gap samt hur det ser ut, mellan den normativa teorin och jämförelseobjektens utförande av en due diligence i praktiken. Förklara eventuella skillnader och gap med stöd av positiva teorier.Metod: I vår uppsats har vi använt oss utav ett positivistiskt synsätt och tillämpat ett abduktivt angreppssätt.

I uppsatsen undersöks den period då den svenska ekonomin uppnår den fulla sysselsättning som sedan blev normen för hela efterkrigstiden. I arbetet genomförs en sammanställning av fackföreningarnas arbetslöshetsstatistik som publicerats i Sociala meddelanden varje månad under perioden 1935-1948. Materialet har därefter bearbetats och utifrån förbundsredovisningen har arbetslöshetsserier skapats för sju av industrins delbranscher. Utifrån bearbetningen sammankopplas arbetslöshetsstatistiken för respektive sektor med de uppgifter om förädlingsvärden, sysselsättning och löner som publicerats i den officiella industristatistiken och som ett resultat av arbetet med svenska historiska nationalräkenskaper.Med hjälp av materialet prövas två hypoteser som kan härledas från den  Nykeynesianska teorin för arbetsmarknaden. Den första hypotesen berör sambandet mellan löneutrymme, löner och arbetslöshet.

This thesis treats Building Information Modeling, BIM, in the production stage. Brieflydescribed BIM is virtual model of a building object where all information about theobject is gathered. All the involved operators in the construction project have access tothe model and can gather or share information about the project. There are several waysto apply BIM in the production stage. This thesis primarily deals with visualization of theobject, preparation and planning, the ability to take amounts from the model andcoordination and clash control.The basic issue was highlighted by Byggdialog AB.

This paper is an account of the work around the arrangement and registration of the archive of the Swedish Art-ists? Association?s archive. The Swedish Artists? Association is an association of artists that both makes exhibi-tions for their members? works and handles the Artists? House, called Konstnärshuset in Swedish. During the work with the archive the author faced a number of challenges and problems.

Today, an Intranet is an important way for a company to share information. An Intranet has become a company?s way to communicate within the organisation. This communication is important, especially when the company is going through changes. In order for a project to succeed, the employees must support it.

Focus of this study was on the underlying values behind consumers buying motives at the point of purchase of meat products in Sweden. Meat consumption in Sweden has increased and in 2012, almost 50% of all meat consumed was imported (SJV, 2013). This is the case despite of the fact that consumers frequently state the importance of Swedish country of origin on the meat products they purchase (www, LRF, 2, 2006). A rising public awareness about health, environmental issues, animal welfare and food safety coupled to meat consumption and meat production is scrutinized both from media and consumers. Due to rising concerns of production-methods of meat, consumers wants to make informed purchasing decisions of the meat they purchase (BEUC, 2013).

Aim is to investigate from a criminological perspective how the safety questionnaire in Älvsborg police district can be improved theoretically and methodologically, in order for the questionnaire to effectively measure criminal victimisation, concern about crime, safety and confidence in the police.1. What should a good questionnaire contain?- Which methodological problems are related to measuring criminal victimisation, concern about crime and confidence in the police?- Which criminological theories are interesting in this context and how can questions be designed from these theories?2. How will the themes now represented in the questionnaire be measured in the best possible way? Are there any reasons to remove, The material consists of questions from the safety questionnaire, the total analysis report and individual reports for the local authorities, as well the results and technical information from Mind Research.

Att vara motiverad beskrivs som att ha en drivkraft att göra någonting, antingen genom uppskattning av aktiviteten eller påverkan från omgivning. Enligt den självbestämmande teorin har medarbetare tre grundläggande behov; kompetens, självständighet och samhörighet som måste vara i balans för att medarbetare ska kunna bli motiverade. Medarbetare kan på en arbetsplats vara omotiverade eller motiverad att utföra sina uppgifter. Genom att vara motiverad kan medarbetaren antingen uppleva inre- eller yttre motivation, där den inre motivationen karaktäriseras av medarbetarens egna inre vilja att engagera sig i arbetsuppgifter. Litteratur av bland annat Vallerand och Houlfort (2003) visar att när ledare påverkar medarbetare att uppnå mål med hjälp av yttre motivationskällor så som bonus eller tidsfrist upplevs yttre motivation.

Göbekli Tepe is an 11000 year old religious center where Totem has been exercised. It was raised by megalithic hunters and collectors that still during the construction lived in small-scaled mobile groups in order to find food and therefore should not have had time to raised costly stone monuments. The religious center consists of four enclosures with two T-pillars decorated with pictures of different animals and birds. Any dwellings have not been found. The place has been constructed by a well-organized elitist organization that has been capable of raising constructions in order to exercise their religion in a way we did not thought was possible such a long time ago. Analysis and findings from the near east existing from this time shows however that social changes happen in the communities around the region. Can archeological finding from the excavations on the religious center give any answer or clue regarding how man came to develop from hunter and collector to farmer? Do the findings reveal that the religion has changed Mans way to think and organize so that she was prepared to introduce the agriculture that occurs? The aim of thesis is to clarify whether Göbekli Tepe has played any role in the complex origin of agriculture..

Studien är gjord i syfte att förstå ålderdom utifrån fyra teman vilka utgörs avförväntningar, ensamhet, beroende och bemötande. För att spegla varje personsindividuella upplevelse av åldrande är studien genomförd med en kvalitativingång. Semistrukturerade intervjuer har genomförts med åtta personer i åldernåttio år och uppåt där informanterna fått ge sin bild av ålderdomen utifrån ovannämnda teman. Resultatet har bearbetats med utgångspunkt i dessa teman då deockså utgör studiens frågeställningar. Därtill har teorier om ålderdom såsomgerotranscendens.

Our paper is targeting mainly students, but also all other people interested in social work with children. The purpose of our study was to investigate how the social workers experience and handle their work with children, who have been exposed to sexual abuse, and what kind of support and guidance the social workers are offered, in order to handle their working situation. We chose to perform a qualitative study, by the use of interviews, since we found it to be the most appropriate way to gather the information. Our conclusion is that the work with these issues is emotionally burdensome and requires a great commitment, however it is essential for the social workers to maintain a certain distance to their work, in order not to influence their personal lives. It is through experience and knowledge that the social workers learn how to handle their working situation.

This master thesis was conducted during the spring of 2014 at Atlas Copco Rock Drills AB in Örebro. The purpose of the thesis was to develop a simulation model of the rotation system for a hydraulic rock drill. In the future, the model will be used to investigate the phenomena called ?jerky rotation?. In order to validate the simulation model a test bench was designed and tests were made.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka repatriaters upplevelser av repatriationsprocessen. Fokus ligger på arbetsrelaterade aspekter i syfte att utvidga förståelsen för hur repatriaters upplevda relation till organisationen påverkar tankar om uppsägning bland repatriater. Teorin är uppdelad i fyra avsnitt. Repatriatens uppfattning om hemkomsten samt arbetsvillkoren efter hemkomsten. Som efterföljs av repatriaterna i hemorganisationen för slutligen redogöras för vad den normativa teorin har för goda råd till företag.
