This social psychological qualitative study demonstrate how the children?s play begin and what significant important it has in the child?s identity progress. The main subject in this social- psychological study is the child?s self and how through imagination, creativity and spontaneity the human?s personal identity is discovered. However the study is based upon the children?s plays in day- care, the children whom are being objects for the study are from 3-6 years old.

This report has been performed for WSP Construction Design located at Arenavägen 7 in Stockholm. WSP Construction Design is one of the leading departments in Sweden in construction solutions regarding everything from building construction to industrial building. Great competencies regarding steel, wood and concrete constructions are available within the department which is well sought.Crane girders used in the industry are exposed to large loads that vary over time that includes instantaneous lifts and the crane girders movement which lead to the phenomenon fatigue in the crane girder and its ingoing welds. A control of fatigue needs to be performed after a certain lifespan measured in time which in turn is converted to a number of loadcycles. When the number of loadcycles amounts to a greater number the input welds resistance will have been reduced and the rate of utilization thereby increased.

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att vidareutveckla glasfiberbalkar så de kan användas som mellanbjälklag i småhus. Förebilden var ett ?Delta Deck? som utvecklats av Altakor Group och används i brokonstruktioner. Denna profil har vi sedan modifierat och optimerat för bruk i småhus. Den största skillnaden är att vi valt att inte använda den så kallade ?snap-fit?-tekniken.

BIM, Building Information Modeling, börjar vinna mark inom byggbranschen i Sverige och är en vedertagen process i vart och vartannat byggprojekt. Forsmarks Kraftgrupp står inför både upprustningar av sina anläggningar och nyproduktion av bland annat kontor, verkstad och hotell. BIM framstår nu som en lukrativ metod för att dra ner på projektkostnaderna, men även för att få ytterligare ordning och struktur på den enorma mängd dokumentation som ackumulerat under de dryga trettio åren av drift.Syftet med detta arbete är att ta fram ett underlag för implementering av BIM på byggkonstruktionskontoret på Forsmarks Kraftgrupp, som även ska kunna användas för att marknadsföra BIM utåt i organisationen. Målet är att peka på nyttan av att tillämpa BIM på Forsmark, med särskild fokus på förvaltning. Som undersökningsmetod har simulering, intervjuer och platsanalys av Forsmark valts.Då Forsmarks befintliga byggnadsbestånd är omfattande krävs konsensus kring hur framtida förvaltningsmodeller bör se ut och hanteras.

The special quality this building poses is that is was originally built as acohousing living but in the past 25 years is has been a housing estate without any form of servicefunction included.During the last year the whole house have been remodeled and a new kind of livingconcept havebeen created, a lifestyle living with many different kinds of service functions included, hostess,common premises for the residents with things suchs as gym, saunas, movietheater and relaxationareas.The study is about the residents living in Majviken, and how they feel about the new way ofliving but also how it affect their lives. What do the new living lifestyle stand for?My original intention have also been to observe and make interwievs with the residents to capturetheir thoughts and in the end have the possibilty to summarize and compare how it was before theredmodeling..

Communication can be heard in many different ways and it is important for all businesses, especially in B2B. The construction and maintenance of a brand plays just like the communication a very important part. These parts also have a lot to common and affect each other in a large extent. One problem that may occur in many companies is the failure to grow and gain a larger share of the market even if they in various ways are trying. Expander is one of those companies and in this research report we studied communication and brand building, focusing on brand management, relationships and integrated marketing. Here we drew the conclusion that all these areas are important for a company, especially in the Business-to-Business marketing in different ways.

Ett aktuellt ämne inom den politiska debatten idag, är neddragningar inom Försvarsmakten. InomMiljöpartiet vill man lägga ner hela svenska ubåtsflottiljen. Syftet med uppsatsen är att studerabehovet av ubåtar från ett svenskt Försvarsmaktsperspektiv. Uppsatsen har skrivits genom enkomparativ process, med en kvantitativ ansats i analysen. Jag redovisar vilka förmågor somsvenska ubåtar har och vilka förmågor Försvarsmakten skall ha.

Projektet är ett förslag på hur man kan bygga nya bostäder, kontor och butiker i en av Stockholms större innerstadsparker. Hornsbruksgatan på Södermalm ligger längs Högalidsparken som kröns av Ivar Tengboms Högalidskyrka från 1923. I förslaget presenteras två byggnadskomplex med ett 30-tal lägenheter på drygt 1300 kvm samt ca 3500kvm för kontor och detaljhandel. Byggnadskropparna är tegelklädda med bärande stomelement i betongskivor.Förslaget handlar om hur husen möter parken och gatan som har två helt skilda karaktärer. Stadsgatan möter en allvarlig park för rekreation.

INGEN LAG ? STRAFF? ABSTRACTThe thesis deals with a gap in the Swedish legislation concerning the criminal responsibility under which military personnel act in international peace operations. According to international treaties called Status of Forces Agreements, military personnel operating abroad within the territory of other states are exempted from the criminal law of the host states. In return, their home states apply its national criminal law upon the personnel instead. Thus, Swedish criminal law is applied in relation to actions taken by Swedish military forces in international operations.

This thesis aims to describe how a fashion designer should balance art and commerce in order to succeed in the fashion industry. We aim to define the Swedish term KRÄDD, and sort out how a designer or CEO in the fashion business should relate to the term, as well as the balance between cultural and economic capital. We present theories of the origins and fluctuations of fashion, as well as social studies on cultural capital, and brand building. The study is made in a qualitative manner where the empirics consist of interviews with 13 respondents that have different positions in, and experience from the fashion industry, including designers, journalists, buyers, a CEO and a PR-professional. In our conclusion, we emphasize the need for a balance between cultural and economic capital in order to succeed as a fashion designer.

This dissertation was made since we wanted to investigate the conception called quality within the school sector. What it means and if there is something that can give an explanation of how they  at look at the conception within the school sector. This will be the benchmark through the dissertation, trying to find out the most important things which might be equal to quality within the school.To find the answers of our questions we will read literature according to the subject. To get an increased understanding we will interview some people within the school efficacy, and give students a survey to fill in.The most important results from our investigation is to look at everything in its entirety, not only look at what grades students get. Even though this the most narrated sign of quality.

SummaryAt the summer festivals and it?s campsites there are each year thousands of tents left behind. Last year, at the Peace and Love festival in Borlänge, 220 tons of garbage was left behind at the festival area, much of which is tents. 69% of festival goers have at some point left behind a tent on a festival campsite. A prefabricated timber frame house previously built by Villafabriken AB has been modeled in Autodesk Revit Architectural, a 3D-program based on BIM-technology. This has been done tosee if it?s possible to produce the publications that Villafabriken demands from the designengineer?s work, and examine which possible extra values that may arise compared to traditional 2D-CAD drawing.BIM is short for Building Information Modeling. Everything is stored in a single database and a change in the project file is automatically updated across the project. BIM provides more than just drawings since information from the model can be retrieved in various ways such as lists and quantity schedules.It was possible to produce the publications that Villafabriken demanded using Revit, but BIM doesn?t only mean a new way of drawing, it also require a change in the company?s process were the information from the model is being used..

This study aims to analyze the risks with building new households between railroads and shore, the focus of the study lays on Öbacka strand in Umeå municipality. The study also investigate if a land use conflict has taken place and how it was handled.The paper is based on different documents that was central for the work of planning the households and some interviews with operators that was highly involved with the planning of the area.The results shows that there is several risks with establishing new household between railroads and shores. Mainly because of the exposure of noise from the railways, though the risk for impact on the living environment for animals were low in this case there is a generally risk that it could get negative effects. It also a very important that the availability to the shore is secured. Planning in this type of area involves a great number of operators can easily cause a conflict due to the different perspectives on how the land should be used in the future, and also because of protecting different interests.

This survey was made to investigate the possibility of using an alternative method of fencing inSwedish forestry. The most common way of fencing in Sweden today is made by a two meter highmetal net that is attached to turned impregnated poles. The fencing methods that have beeninvestigated is a fencing system made completely out of wood so called ?German wood fence?.Browsing of game in forest regeneration areas is often a big problem and some kind of protection ofthe plants is often necessary. There is several ways of building fences and the most common way isto use metal nets and impregnated poles, this leads to a problem when the fence has profiled itspurpose.
